I recently left a review that was unfavorable and in some ways unfair to my local station and I need to make a revision to said review. I had an appointment for an inspection and waited about an hour+ for that service. I was in a hurry and was used to an inspection at that shop taking about 25 minutes but the shoi had three people quit the day before and the one inspector they had was more thorough than the ones and in past years. I thought they were trying to 'upsell' me services that I did not need. It turns out I did need a couple of things done and I will have them done at that location. I did apologize to the gentleman at the desk but I feel I need to put it in writing that it was not his, nor was it the shop's fault. The fact that I was in a hurry was not their fault and they would not have found the issues with my car if they had done it faster. A few of the things I said in the other review were true but I wasn't fair in my overall review given that they were short staffed, it was a Sunday and the thorough job they did was helpful in the end. I will continue to use that shop in the future.
Do not make an appointment and anticipate waiting while the work is performed. You can drop your vehicle off sure, but bring a blanket and plan on spending the day if you make an appointment. That said. The alignment performed was perfection. The tech was able to work with what i had requested to solve the low traction pull. Thank you!
I want to thank all the staff at this Monroe, especially Josh for the checking out my car, they were honest, and took great care. They also did'nt charge me as they could not find anything wrong. Amazing. They were also very kind and supportive with my autistic son's car last year. In this day and age, very rare to find honest, caring people. Will be back and thank you

Philip was incredibly helpful and kind! The screws/bolts holding the trunk of my mother's car needed to be tightened and we didn't have the tools to do that. We stopped by and Philip fixed it for us in less than 5 minutes. He provided excellent, friendly, immediate service and made my mother very happy. Thank you!
Tire was mounted far off the bead I’m not sure how it even held pressure, photo attached if recent service from this location for new tires. In addition failure of mounting tire, 2 rims have quite a few paint chips, dings and scratches around the face of rim that will requires complete repaint to fix them. MONRO agreed to pay out to repair both rims, took about 3 weeks of working with their corporate team to address the issues. Edit - even found they very badly screwed up balancing by throwing tons of weights on me side without checking, car was shaking terribly. They also dented my Tesla battery lifting car without proper equipment and using lift directly on battery instead of using lift pucks on lift point.
I went to several places, and I was not satisfied with their words or prices. After that, I asked several people and they advised me to go to Hana. When I arrived, everything was easier, the prices were appropriate, and the service was good. I went two days later and changed the spark plugs of my car, and the service was very good, and the car was driving better than it was. I am really grateful to DaShawn. He helped me a lot and made the experience smooth and good. I am grateful to everyone. This place was a great service. Thank you to everyone. I advise everyone to come to them.♥️🛞

I was quoted one price on the phone and a different more expensive price when I went to get my car. It feels like instead of the stellar service they use to provide its all about getting people to spend more money. My previous visits were great but this last one left a bad taste in my mouth. Im looking for a new place to go because Monroe is no longer for me.
Arrived for a state inspection they were friendly and got me out in a timely manner awesome job. I especially like they did not try to sell me anything extra LOL

Heads up analysis and quality work for tire issue.
Came in for full diag and TPMS light. I called to check in and they have a list of repairs (throttle body, rack and pinion, etc) and never mentioned the TPMS light. They stated something about a check engine light, WHICH WAS NEVER ON!! They admitted that. They then stated they were going to diagnose regarding the TPMS light. I told them that even after adding air to the tires, that didn t fix the problem. Nonetheless, they tell me you just needed air in the tires. Of course, now one day later the TPMS light is back on. Now regarding the other 3 grand in repairs they said I needed, we have a warranty! When asked about what s covered, Brett said he couldn t get into contact with the warrant agency. Funny thing is, I called an immediately got through. I told Brett that and gave him a number to reach them. We waited for them to call. Never heard back. I called on July 4 (Monday) and asked if they reached out to the warranty agency. They had not due to the holiday. So they said they would call Tuesday. We never heard anything. I called Wednesday and they confused us with TWO DIFFERENT CARS. Lol. And then said we are NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM??? The person who answered asked Brett for an update regarding the warranty agency. Brett apparently stated that the warranty agency won t cover anything. By this point we had our car back in our possession. I immediately call our warranty agency who explains that Monro never called and never made a claim.

Josh Barnum the mechanic was very helpful and informative and was able to get the check up done within a couple of hours.
Josh was great, we had our exhaust system replaced and are thrilled with the quiet! He also provided pictures and information about other future maintenance items which has been very helpful.
Josh did a great job working on my car very responsive to the fact that I have a day trip planned. They got me on the road in no time at all.
Brought my car with a slow leaking tire in thinking it would need to be replaced. Matt was able to find the problem and fix it without replacement or charge. Service was outstanding and quick, was in and out within 1/2 hour. Cant say how much I appreciated being treated well, it doesnt happen often anymore. I will be returning in the future.
I recently took advantage of a synthetic oil change promotion through Groupon, which allowed me to save $30 on two separate occasions. One drawback of using Groupon is that the deal can only be redeemed three times. Since I travel many miles each week, I require an oil change at least every other month, and sometimes even monthly. Ive been very pleased with Monro s service; they consistently perform an excellent job and pay great attention to detail.
Do not go here. They will scam you. I brought my car in and they completely lied about what was wrong. They told me I needed a new part that was $2000, instead I brought my car in to the dealership and I just needed a new battery.
If you want to have a terrible day and experience, please go here. I have been going to this shop for awhile, and yesterday s and today s experience was by far the worst. I had a 10 am appt and was told that my car would be ready mid afternoon. Ready by midafternoon means ready by 2-4pm EST. At 2pm the work done was not even talked about. I ended up leaving the shop at 6pm. Even though I received an I m really sorry apology at 450pm and I felt compelled to say it was okay it was not okay. This is one of the worst time management estimates I have been apart of. I realize it was Black Friday and it was extremely busy but it s clear I was forgotten about. After driving my car home and going to lock my door, I realize that my front driver door lock was broken and it hadn t been before that. Yes, my car is older, but is it a coincidence that the lock decides to break the day it was worked on in the shop? Probably not. Should they have checked it and let me know during the inspection? Probably. When I called to tell them what happened, I was told to bring it in the next day. When I told a different front desk person what happened, he literally laughed. I asked him why he was laughing and he didn t respond. This is one of the most disrespectful things I have had happen to me at a car shop. I was not disrespecting him at all. I just spent 900 dollars on work with your shop and you re going to laugh and not tell me why? I don t like to think this way, but would he have laughed if I was male? Not sure why this shop thinks they can treat you like garbage and forget about you because you re nice, female, and have a calmer personality. While there were a few kind interactions exchanged, it was not enough to convince me this place is worth my business ever again. I will not be coming back to this shop. Good luck.

An appointment doesnt mean anything at this location. I had an appointment for them to install some tires. When I arrived I was told it would take at least an hour before they would start on my car... They had accepted walk ins and it didnt matter that I had set up an appointment days in advance.

If I can give this place 0 starts I would. They lie to me saying I needed to replace a rack n pinion and then got a second opinion and it was completely something else no where near the issue. Don t walk run away from these thieves who take your $$ yet don t fix the correct thing.
We ve had two horrible incidents. One was they replaced car battery with an incorrect one. Even when we suggested that the battery seemed smaller, they never acknowledged and left it as is. Ofcourse charged an exorbitant rate. We had to replace the battery and repair the other damages because of them again. Second, recently again when we approached them because they are close by, they were super unhelpful. Would never suggest them to anyone.
First time going to Monro Muffler. I came across a Groupon and needed to get my oil changed, so figured I d put it to use. It was a quick, pleasant experience. Deshawn and Philip were kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning there in the future for the next oil change!
Just had an oil change done and alignment. My dipstick was never even put back in. The truck still needs to be aligned. It was there for close to 3 hours. Will never go back.

I absolutely don t recommend this location. Left my car there in the morning at 11:30 for alignment and balance, they told me it would be done at 4. At 3 pm I called to ask what time could I go get my car as I explained previously that I don t live close to the shop so I wanted to know what time I could have someone to drive me to go get my car. They told me at 4:30. I got there at 4:30, my car was parked at the same place I left and one of the employees was getting inside. I asked him e he told me that they were going to start working in my car and it would take 1 more hour. I went inside and told the guy that was there, and all he said was sorry and handed me my keys. Without an explanation or apologies. Absolutely nothing. Wasted my whole day and they didn t get my car done. Don t waste your time going there.
A very popular store that gives great customer service! The manager even drove me home to pick up a different credit card so I could earn my rewards points!
Went there for a 12:00 oil change. Sat there until 1245 and then took my keys and left. Most of the guys were walking around the shop at snail speed, not working, empty bays with my truck just sitting there. When I walked in nobody was at the front desk and I stood there for over 5 minutes while multiple guys in the shop made eye contact with me but never came over. I would never recommend this shop. I get being busy but the lack of customer support when you walk in and ignoring you is another thing.

I went this place to fix my punctured tyre and the store manager convinced me to change all five tires which I obliged. I paid 1120.96$ and I noticed the tire pressure light is on and they told me to drive for 30 miles and it will be resettled. I drove for 30 miles and nothing happened and therefore I went back and the person at the counter sent me to another destination on central avenue saying they don t have necessary equipment to settle the tyre pressure. I went three times to the central ave destination and all the time there were no people and third time person in reception said that they will not do anything for me and I went back to Monro again and asked them what is happening and the store manager said that he has ordered a new machine and expected to reach in three weeks time and then this can be fixed. So they expect me to drive my car for three weeks with my pressure light on and it is okay for them if I meet with any accident. The worst nightmare was that I took the car to another place and they told me that they broke both the sensors while changing the tires and left it unattended. I took the pictures for proof. This is my worst experience with them after paying 1120.96 $ and I don t recommend this place to anyone.

Went in for oil change and inspection. Made an appointment for this with a phone call. Didnt have to wait too long for the service. It does seem that every time I go there that it is a different staff. Dont know if they have problems keeping employees or if they move them around to different locations. Anyway, my appointment was pretty good. In and out of there in a decent amount of time.
I got my oil changed cause I needed it done quick and these guys changed and when I got my car back my oil pan was cracked and they had no explanation don t waste your time
Really disappointed because I ve been coming here since 2020. I dropped my car off to get tires swapped last weekend and had to bring it back because one of the tires were improperly mounted. Management changed within the last year and the quality of repair and services has gone down significantly. Brett was the manager previously and he ran the place really well. I used to rate this shop as 4-5 stars. Now I m not going back. Edit (5/28/24): I should be clear as to why I left this review. On 5/25, employees didn t show up until 8:05 (35 minutes late). Myself and about 4 other people waited for a little while but everyone left. There wasn t a sign a saying if the shop was opening later. When I finally got to speak with an employee, he kept cutting me off when I was explaining the issue about the tire. I can go on more about other points, but I sent my brother here before and they mistook a $2000 fix for a dead battery.
Went to get a radiator flush and they didnt have my appointment that I made over the phone. (The person taking it over the phone seemed to be confused with taking my information. I have used this shop for over 15 yrs.). But the manager took me in and the wait was minium and the job was well done. I will continue to use them.
Was traveling upstate and having issues with my tire pressure and was worried I may have a slow leak in one of my tires. The staff was super friendly and took my car in right away to have a look. Really appreciated their help and customer service!

I feel bad because it looked like they only had one guy there most of the time doing everything, but the overall experience was awful. They had my car for two whole business days, and when I finally showed up to get my car the guy said he didnt have some sort of paperwork to do my inspection and to bring it back the next morning. On top of all that one of the issues I brought my car in for, a noise when I accelerate, was not addressed at all and Im fairly certain my tires were not rotated. Just a terrible experience

Made apt for NYS inspection at 12:30. Brought car at 12:20. Car didn t get brought into the bay until 1:45. Only 2/5 bays were in use the whole time. What s the point of an appointment if you re not going to honor it? Not all of us have time to sit around for an extra hour and 15 minuets for nothing.

Dropped off my car with an appointment for the morning. I called them when I got home from work to see if they were done. Oh, yeah, were just pulling it in to have a look now. I ended up stopping by the next day on my way home to see what the status was.... I had brought my car back to them after Jiffy Lube couldnt finish my inspection cuz they couldnt remove the front wheels. They said they could remove them fine and had proceeded to do an inspection on the car themselves, which I didnt ask for (I was planning to bring it back to Jiffy lube to have them finish cuz I already had paid them). Then when I went out to the car, my head unit screen was cracked 1/3 of the way across. Previously, there was a SMALL spiderweb crack in the upper right corner, but not on the visible part of the screen. And now theres a huge spiderweb crack 1/3 of the way across the viewable screen. When I confronted them about it, they said it was like that when they brought it in. Yeah, Im sure it was. Im sure in the 2 days it sat there it just happened to crack halfway across for no reason whatsoever. It looks like someone punched it, or hit it with their elbow. I was really pissed off cuz thought it was going to be at least $500 to replace the Cue unit myself, or $800 to have the dealer do it. Luckily I found a screen-only replacement thats only like a hundred dollars, but seriously? Never going there again. EDIT: Now that Im looking at the summer wheels they took off, they chipped the paint around the lug holes. These are literally brand new rims and I was the one who put them on when they were balanced with new tires. Theyre the only ones who touched them since I put them on so theres no mistaking who did it. When I change my wheels between summer and winter I carefully torque them and rotate them myself. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Again, do not go here for ANYTHING. FURTHER EDIT: Never reset TPMS sensors on original tire install. Also, over-torqued 2 lugs on driver-side rear wheel over 300 lb-ft, and 1 lug over 200lb-ft on passenger side rear wheel. Many of the others, were easily over 150 lb-ft. Didnt get a chance to check the fronts cuz they loosened and re-torqued them properly during the inspection they werent supposed to do.

If I could give a lower score than one I would- dropped my car off on Sunday for a 9-11AM appointment that I scheduled online to get a new set of tires. I didnt hear back from them so I called at 1PM and was told that they were about to look at the car. By 4PM I hadnt gotten an update so I gave them another call as they were to close in an hour. They told me that they were looking at it and they hoped to have it done by the end of the day. They did not call me to give any updates after that, so I assumed that they did not get to it and that it would be taken care of the next day. I waited all day Monday for an update on my car, but at 4PM when I called to see if they had completed the service, I was told that they were still waiting their tech to show up who failed to show up to work for the day. On the 3rd day of having no car, I called to get an update as soon as they opened, in which I was told that I would be the next car to go into the garage and they guaranteed me that my car would be done by the end of the day. I did not hear back by 4:30 PM, so I called them to get an update on my car and they once again said that they are about to look at it. It wasnt until 5:30 PM that they called me to see what kind of tires that I would like on the car. The manager explained that the person who had looked at the car earlier did not order the right size tires for my car, and that the only tires available would by $1,000 for the set and $1,700 with an alignment if it was necessary. I was told if I wanted a more cost effective tire, then I could leave the car overnight and they can look at other options the next day. Feeling like I had no other option, as it had already been 3 days I told them to put on the tires. When I went to pay for everything, I let them know that we were not happy with the service, to which the manager said Youre like the 15th customer to say that today, and when I asked about a discount he said that he gave me a free alignment, which is a $129 value. I thought this was interesting as earlier, he told me the price would be an additional $600. Five minutes after I left I noticed a ticking sound while driving, so I called the shop back and left a message, which they did not return. By the time I had gotten home, all 4 tires were registering for low tire pressure. I brought it into the shop the next day where they explained that they had put weights that are too heavy for the tires on when balancing, and that they would need to replace with a smaller weight. They ended up charging me another $20 for this, even after admitting fault. There is a complete lack of communication and professionalism, and I would never trust them again with my car.

I typically do not write reviews, this is my first review. But at a time when I needed help this shop was there for me. On my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder I heard a grinding sound while driving and noticed burned transmission fluid dripping from the bottom once I pulled into a nearby parking lot. I debated to take my car to this shop or not since around 6 years ago my CRV got messed up during a regular tire rotation resulting in me having the wheel bearing getting replaced. However, I felt its best to take to the nearest shop since I expected the worst and I wasn t wrong. They took the car on the lift and explained to me exactly what was wrong with it. All that free of charge. I have never felt valued like this by any business and I felt so grateful towards them. I plan on bringing my cars here since I feel Tony and his men are not greedy, know what they are doing, the old incompetent crew is gone and are extremely reasonable to deal with.
I cant say enough good things about the manager and staff at Monro Auto Service on Western Ave. They are knowledgeable, professional and really pleasant to work with. This shop will be my go to place.

Horrible. 1. we spent large a mount of money and the problem of the car still in there. 2. The manage is a liar. Her lied to us 3-4 times. Waste our precious time and caused the indirect serious consiquence to our car. For your safty concern, go to other places or dealship. The world can be better.

Not very good. They did an inspection on the car and didnt even notice the transmission pan leaking! Thank goodness I went somewhere else to clean the engine coolant or it would have never been noticed.

I had many cars and of course many many repairs. My experience with Monroe on Western Avenue is my go to shop. The knowledge of the mechanics they employ is nothing short of the best in thier fields. They trouble shoot and diagnose until they find the exact problem the first time and then repair it again the first time. Thier prices are fair and in alot of circumstancs below market prices. I dont know how they do it but keep it up. You have a lifetime customer in me. Got my oil changed yesterday. They left the cap off, so my engine bay is now covered in oil. I had given them a 3 star review mostly because the mechanic who changed my oil was friendly and it was an honest mistake leaving the cap off. After their response to my post and further email communication, it seemed they would give me a refund, for which I would have changed my review to reflect more than 3 stars. However, after a frustrating series of emails, Monro ghosted me without a refund. It has been a waste of my time engaging with Monro.

The guys at MOnroe Muffler on Western Avenue in New York always take care of me. I showed up at 7:30 this morning with a nail in my tire and I am in the shop at 7:35. His guys are the best.

They are actually the worst. Went in for a nail in my tire, with no problems, no tire light on. I left with a new tire that wasn t balanced and with two broken tire sensors. Before that they told me I needed all new tires for $950 after I recently got new ones. Took 2 hours of waiting before they put my car up to tell me it s just a coincidence my sensors broke when I got the car back. Now I have to pay another mechanic to fix the additional problems that were created.
Service was great. Thorough. Speedy repairs.

Great job!! i just received an oil change service at this store yesterday. The staff was very polite and extremely accommodating and respectful. The service was amazing. My car is 2022 and has had two previous oil changes at another competitor. My car has never run as good as it does since this oil change. So impressed. They also made it affordable. Over 4 hours total waiting after being told come back in an hour and I ll get you right in. Mansplained at the end of the wait that there wasn t anyone present that could test rotors / brakes which is what I really came in for and needed. Truck is still shaking horribly, so have to get fixed elsewhere

Came in as a walk-in for a state inspection, the team here had me in and out in an hour which is a blessing when youre waiting with a toddler. They even offered to stay past close to finish my car if needed. 10/10 will be coming again!

Tire pressure light came on my car during my commute home from work. Turns out I had a slow leak in a tire and the friendly folks at this Monro took my car in right away, diagnosed the problem and patched it so I could get back on the road quickly and affordably. Thanks a bunch!
Every time I come in, everyone is super nice! I ve come in to get tire replacements before, and it s always done super quick. Most recently, I had to get one tire replaced on my grandpa s suv. Dan did the replacement, and once the car got in, the whole process only took about a half hour. I always go to this place if I can!
Waited an hour and a half past. My appointment time for an inspection and left. Went to Adirondack tire next day, took me in at my appointed time

Late afternoon I needed a last minute appointment to get my tire patched. They were able to fit me in right away, even though at the end of the day.
Brought our car here for an inspection and they told us we needed new brakes urgently almost metal on metal . We decided to wait and bring the car to the dealership, which is where we normally get it serviced, and they said the brakes were fine and still have half their life left.
Never again.I had an appointment for 4:30 pm ,but manager was out and came in 20 min and didn t even sad sorry .it liked like I owe to him something.he got my key and I was siting there 25 more min and didt start doing anything at all.The woman was seating nearby sad she was there for 5 hours ,they got her in 4 hour later .And ,manager left again .what the hell is going on here ?
Scheduled appointment ahead of time for NYS inspection. When I showed up they said they couldnt do the inspection at the time they confirmed.

Had my daughter s car inspected and they told me that her car could not pass inspection because the front struts needed to be replaced. I asked how much it would cost and they said $1800.00. Complete rip off! Last time I do business here.
Brett was awesome!! Tom the technician was on point! I needed new brakes and tires. Most places wanted me to do a whole package with rotors. I knew I didnt need them. Tom confirmed my suspicion and saved me money!
Great service, friendly staff, was there for NYS inspection. I could not find one place including dealership that could get me in until September or later. Mind u 2023 Car only 11,000 miles .. so likely hood of having issue minimal.. they couldn t take me the day I walked in but made appt for next day!!!! I would definitely recommend, as I witnessed other customers getting great service as well.
My moms car broke down (shes from out of state and was only here a week) and this was the only place out of about 10 I called that was able to look at it within a week. They looked at it first thing the next morning and gave us a call with a thorough summary of all that was going on--what was needed for bare minimum safety to get home, what was needed fix the root issue fully, and some long term things to watch out for and consider in the future but didnt necessarily need done now. Fair, honest, and thorough! Thank you for your help!

Super fast, courteous, and NOT pushy! *UPDATE: Engine light went on around a month after going to Monro for an oil change and tire rotation. Went to my regular mechanic who is honest and fair-he said under NO circumstances was oil changed and tires were NOT rotated. Husband went to Monro and was given three free oil change coupons and told that the person who worked on my car was new. My mechanic said they hear horror stories about Monro and Mavis ALL of the time. DO NOT patronize these businesses if you want to keep your car in good shape!

Another great experience. The guys at the desk are very friendly. DaShawn went above and beyond by knocking a quarter panel back in place after a fender bender. It was stubborn, but he called upon his inner MacGyver to make it happen.

DaShawn Banks has amazing customer service skills. He takes the time for each and every customer, both in person and on the phone. Hes kind, helpful, knowledgeable and always smiling.
They fixed my muffler, and were polite about it. But I was quoted one price, then when I went to pay, the price had increased by $300 by mistake. They swiped my card and if it hadn t been declined I would have been charged that extra $300. It turned out to be a mistake, which I understand, and I was charged the original price, but only after I realized that I had been overcharged by a significant amount. My trash can in my car also looked like it was dumped all over the place on the inside of my car and my seat is now stained. So I m not thrilled with the whole experience.
They offer great customer service and have extremely skilled and knowledgeable technicians. I would highly recommend this shop and will be coming back for future services and maintenance.

I went to Monro to get an oil change on Saturday, 11/4 and replace the battery in my key fob. The service person told me the battery was not available, but he would order it and install it for free on Monday, 11/6. I called on Monday morning, and he said it would be available on Tuesday, 11/7. I went on Tuesday morning, and a different person said three batteries were available, but it would cost $210.00 to replace the battery in my key fob. I left and had the service done at AutoZone for $9.00, saving me $201.00 (a 96% discount)!

Went to get tires from Tire Rack installed. The Good: Made an appointment for a time that I could wait for, car taken in 20 minutes after appointment time, work finished in about a half hour. The Bad: They were replacing two rear tires of the same make & model I purchased directly from Monro #0035 two years ago, Pirelli Scorpion AS +3, rated at 70K miles, worn to 3/32 in under 30K miles. Ask the counter person, Rob, about processing a warranty claim and he told me that I had to contact the manufacturer directly. I did, and Sue at Pirelli informed me that since Pirelli does not sell directly to consumers but only to authorized dealers (of which Monro #0035 is listed as one on its website), and those authorized dealers need to submit the claim. I put her on speakerphone so Rob could understand this and submit the claim. Then and there I emailed him a request to process my warranty claim, providing him with a copy of: 1. The Monro receipt for 2 Pirelli Scorpion A/S +3 Tires purchased from Store 0035 for $361.98 on 10/30/21, mileage on vehicle: 95,150. 2. Per Robs request-Tire Rack Receipt for 2 Pirelli Scorpion A/S +3 Tires being installed by Monro today (11/20/23), mileage 125.7K 3. 10/25/23 State Inspection report showing tires at 3/32 (the Pirelli Warranty claim point). Mileage on tires 30K/ 60% warranty per Pirelli (spoke with Sue @ Pirelli 11/20/23 11am) 4. A listing of the tire rotations which comply with Pirelli Warranty terms. I told the mechanic not to dispose of the tires because they were needed for a warranty claim; another counter person told him that as well. Rob said he forwarded the email to a central office to be processed. I hope I hear back about my warranty claim without having to follow up with Monro about it. UPDATE: (11/28/23) Dropped a star after no response from Monro after more than a week, and a follow-up email from me.

Don t go here. You will thank me. Not happy at all. Was told they were going to put new sensors on all four tires and it wasn t done, I was told everything is fine with car because I asked them to check car out because if damages were more than new winter tires I was going to buy a new car. I also asked if they could tighten my serpentine belt and never did. I came back to get car inspected and they said it would be over 3,000 to fix. Which when I asked them to check the car out before I put winter tires on it they said it was fine. Then I have them check it after I put new tires on it and now it s 3,500 to fix car!?! They charged me full price after a two day wait when I asked them to please have it done same day and they said they would get it done. They offered everybody else a discount except for me because I was understanding. Never coming back to this place. They cost me so much money for so little service.

Nothing to said for it, never give me a call back for my jeep car pipe repair price quote. I call three time want to know the price quote never get quote always said need to wait then call me call but never got call.
During a routine inspection, they took all of my wifes tires off and messed with the brakes. The brakes were fine prior to the inspection. Then they requested we book another appointment the following week to replace the brakes ($600 for front tires, $600 for back tires), while still passing the inspection. They are disingenuous, and I would not recommend getting work done here or an inspection. (I put 2 stars for visibility purposes, Id rate this place -4 stars).
I got out of work and noticed a flat tire. I called my dealership and they were not able to see me so I called Monroe and was told they could take me. They plugged the hole in my tire in no time and Mike was very helpful and friendly. I was very thankful that they made a sudden and frustrating situation very easy to handle. Very convenient location and great staff.
Had 4 tires mounted and balanced. Tires delivered here fro The Tire Rack-could not have been easier. Price very reasonable and the technician hand checked the torque rather than relying on the impact wrench which was above and beyond.
I brought my car in for a whole list of issues and my car was fixed and I was able to pick it up when promised. I have used this location in the past and the customer service is better than previous visits. Would recommend.

I dropped my car off for an inspection and oil change. Received the car back without an inspection sticker and with multiple dashboard lights on that werent there before. Check engine, required maintenance, and AWD lights. Hopefully, they will correct the issue this week. TBD. The shop was understaffed the day I was there. Maybe I would have had better luck another day. This is why I go elsewhere when I need any other work done on my cars. This place cannot be relied upon for quality work.
I had a flat tire and was stranded a few doors down the road. Tony came and helped me remove my flat and get the donut on. I then went to the shop and bought 2 new tires and was on my way in about 20 minutes. They were very friendly and professional!

Complete waste of time. Left my car here for 2 days, both days assured it would be done by the end of the day, and both days they did not touch it at all. Dont bother dropping it off because they wont do it. You must stay there and wait if you want something done. If you can even get a hold of them over the phone. I was depending on them to just swap 4 tires for me and they are incapable, turned an inconvenience into a headache and ruined plans. If you have any sense of urgency at all you should go somewhere else
