I wish I could leave no stars. Be prepared for price gouging. I literally have 2 invoices for a roadside service, jumpstart for a big rig, $165. I called, and the same service has been tripled to $450. When I pointed out the inconsistency I was told I’d be called back after investigation with service, and I’m sitting here dead to the world with no call back. No customer loyalty, just profit when times call for it. If you’re into greedy vendors they are perfect.

DESPICABLE! SET UP A TOW 24HRS IN ADVANCE! I CALLED THE NEXT MORNING AND TALKED TO, I BELIEVE, MORGAN. HE STATED THAT THE DRIVER WILL CALL ME. AN HOUR LATER, MORGAN CALLED ME BACK SAYING THE DRIVER COULDN'T OR WOULDN'T COME DOWN MY DRIVEWAY. TOTALLY REDICULUS! PLOWED DRIVEWAY, I HAD BEEN IN AND OUT OF IT ALL MORNING. TOTALLY BLEW ME OFF AND HUNG UP! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! I'LL CERTAINLY WILL CONTINUE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW. I HAVE 2 SMALL BUSINESSES AND KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE.

I had the displeasure of being on the road with one of their drivers this morning. He was following to close to other cars and myself. He would speed up and have to break abruptly. When we got onto the highway where the lanes merge two into one, he sped up to trap me into the shoulder even though I was in front of him already going with the speed of traffic. He clearly has some anger issues and should not be driving a vehicle that big on the road with other drivers.
I broke down on the I-90. They are the first ones I called and they came out immediately. Dustin got us going enough to get back to their shop. They found the problem within 10 minutes. Very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend this company for repairs and towing. Thank you Big Red. Special thanks to Dustin and Will.
We had a fan hub and idler bearing go out in bus. Found this place on Google and took us in immediately and after ordering parts next day order in, put us together and sent us on our way. Great, professional and courteous staff and the price was well under what we thought it was going to be. It's nice to know we have a garage to turn to in this area under our travels. Thanks

Tried calling for a road call. Explained the situation that had occurred and the dispatch would not listen to what we were going to do with the unit prior to being towed and was very rude. The company I work for uses Big Red all the time but after this I don t think we will be.
Unfortunately one of my employees stuck a 60ft aerial 4x4 lift in a very wet , very muddy lawn on a hill , big red response time was less than 30 mins from my call and recovery took about 5 mins , I would recommend and definitely use this service in the future.

I had to call and get a Heavy recker To pull my truck free from ice. Driver did a great job 10 stars to driver and Negative 5 on the person answering the phones. Driver change my mind to use them again if I have to
Overall the customer service was good. But during the tow a body panel blew off my truck. While they were diagnosing the problem (s) they took apart my dash and broke a bracket that my kids made me 17 years ago. I haven t seen or talked to them in 4 years. 1 guy blamed it on the other guy and then apologized for it. But was nonchalant about it. The bracelet by itself was enough for me not to give a good review...
We were travelling when our motorhome broke down in Syracuse, NY. To make a long story short, we were referred to Big Red Towing through Camping World (Syracuse). Big Reds technician, Greg, did an excellent job of assessing our diesel engine and, ultimately, making the repairs. Our motorhome had to be towed from Camping World to Big Reds shop for the repairs, a job that Big Red Towing also performed for us. We found out that towing a motorhome is not a simple job but Big Red Towing handled it. Big Red Towing got us back on the road before our next scheduled camping trip. We were very pleased with their service.

I have used Big Red extensively for moving heavy material handling equipment for my work. Yesterday, I called and needed a winch out as the wife decided to take a trip in the ditch. They were there quickly and were able to get her out in no time. They are quick, efficient and cost effective. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

$495 - minimum charge there. they ask - is it a lot??? every body think differently, its like a pull start , usually companies charge $150 - $250, it was happen less than 1/2 mile from towing company on a same street.

fall off the ramp while I was taking exit 14 South of Syracuse New York call to these guys and had to be pulled out of the snow and brought to the shop costed me about 3000 dont know if is a fair price or no since it was the first time I ever had to be pulled out of the snow but the good thing is they have the best equipment so they can handle every job professionally. ..

Ive used Big Red towing for 8 trucks this year ranging from a 32,000 GVW straight truck (propane bobtail) to F550 utility trucks and even a Moffett forklift. They are fast, courteous and their rates are excellent. Ive been extremely impressed.
Excellent service at a fair price! I had a piece of heavy equipment that needed to load onto a flatbed truck--Big Red Towing did the job without any issues and performed the work for the price that they had quoted me over the phone -- even though loading proved to be somewhat complicated. I highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again!
