Once again Jayden, TJ and the entire staff were super helpful in getting my vehicle repaired. Although this time it took longer to repair, you can not tell the vehicle was damaged from the wonderful craftsman work. If you need any repairs done give Caliber Collision a call because it will be worth the time and effort.

Had both my cars damaged by a tornado. Also dealing with other contractors to repair home damage and insurance was stressful. Caliber made getting my vehicles repaired easy and simple. From the professional, polite and helpful staff such as Christine, Jayden, TJ and Nikki. The constant communication on what step or process my vehicles is top teir! The results on my F-250 looked amazing! I couldnt be more pleased. Hopefully I dont have to use them anytime soon. If I do, I will bring it to Caliber with confidence. The folks at Caliber in Troy did a fantastic job on my 2016 Mazda CX-5 that was involved in a minor parking lot accident. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely felt like they were on my side when dealing with insurance. I especially appreciate that they coordinate with Enterprise for rental cars so that I had a rental there waiting on me when I dropped my car off. They had me back in my car in a little over a week, for a job that had a considerable amount of repair and paint labor. During that time I received regular texts and calls with updates on their progress. I wouldn t hesitate to use them again in the future (though I hope to never need to!)

I would say I had a pretty unique experience that Caliber Collision could not have handled better. I had the unlucky Fortune of having a part that my car needed on backorder for over a month but Caliber Collision kept amazing and constant communication the entire time and was able to be very flexible in giving me a lot of options and working with me in any way they could. Not only that but they were also able to fix and repaint an aftermarket item that I had put on my car which made me incredibly happy. They were also very personable and kept me happy for the entire experience. If youre thinking about getting your car repaired anywhere, this is the place to go.

My vehicle was towed to the Troy location for repairs. Unfortunately my insurance totaled the vehicle. Me & my wife were on a cruise & was not able to retrieve our belongings & tags. The staff retrieved my belongings and took my tags off. Very professional staff & outstanding services

Nope. Took my vehicle here for an insurance covered repair. Insurance changed their minds. So I picked my car back up. Caliber returned it to me in pieces. I had to pay for a tow truck and put it back together myself. I understand youre not at fault for insurances choices. But at least return a persons vehicle in the same condition you received it. Never again.

Them getting it done earlier made my life much less stressful and worked with enterprise to make sure i had a rental that day as well. Very smooth process and very great to deal with. I recently had my car in for insurance repairs, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my unique situation during a move out of state. Initially facing a potential delay, the estimator, Christine, and the general manager, TJ, demonstrated outstanding communication. Despite a hiccup in progress, TJ personally addressed the issue, ensuring they met my tight deadline. Their commitment and customer service were truly exceptional. I got my truck back with a mismatched tire that wasn t even the same brand because my tires were discontinued. I had to buy 2 tires of the same brand for it to look halfway decent. After weeks of dealing with Caliber and insurance I was finally reimbursed for the tires as they agreed it was a safety issue. Once I got appropriate tires there was still an issue. Took it to my own trusted mechanic only to find out I had a bad wheel bearing. My mechanic fixed it and again was reimbursed through caliber. They did a great job on the bodywork and communication throughout the initial process was although communication with issues afterwards was quite frustrating.

Christine, the lady up front, was wonderful. The work was fabulous and ahead of schedule.

My favorite car body shop!! They always go above and beyond and actually CARE about their customers!! Ive been here 3 times with 3 different vehicles and even tho theyre located an hour away, I will forever bring all my vehicles here!

I had to use Caliber after my car was hit recently. My insurance connected me to them and I was thoroughly satisfied with the quality of work, customer service, and ease of the process they offered. I will be using them in the future if I need anymore body work done for my car. Friendly staff, daily communication, quality work, lifetime warranty on all work done, and my car was done sooner than it was scheduled to be. One thing to note- they do not take cash. This was not a problem, but I brought cash bc I thought it would be easier for my own bookkeeping process, and was informed they don t have a safe to keep it in. Again, not a problem, just something to be aware of in case others plan on using cash.

I had a wonderful experience with caliber collision. Not only did the repairs look great, but they kept me updated almost everyday about the repairs. Christine, who works up front, was wonderful to work with and very friendly. They returned my car with the interior cleaner than when I gave it to them. Overall, I had a great experience and will be recommending them in the future.

The service with this company is above and beyond. They made my 2015 dodge charger look brand-new and even polished and service the paint on my car. I hope I never wreck my car again, but if I do I know who to come too. 10/10

Chris and his staff at Caliber Collision was wonderful to work with. They kept me very informed of what was going on with our insurance claim for vehicle repairs. They were accurate and considerate of my needs. They took ample time to answer my questions and explain in details that I could understand what was necessary to do for my car. I was very pleased with the professionalism and kindness that was shown from this business.

What can I say, theyve won a customer for life. My rear bumper needed replaced after a collision and Caliber went above and beyond. From day one the customer service has been the best Ive experienced in this industry. My cars interior was fully cleaned out, which I was not expecting. They even managed to save my bumper sticker by carefully removing it and replying it with adhesive to the new bumper. Please dont go anywhere else, these guys are the absolute best.
