Actual location was Caliber Fleet Solutions on Havana, 80014 but there is no listing on the website for this location. Very dissatisfied with the fact that the technicians did not secure the plastic trim on the outside A-pillars and actually broke the clip to secure one of the pieces which is why is isn't seated correctly. Probably the simplest part of the job and they don't bother to get it right. I'll be contacting them for warranty repair/replace. Better attention to detail is required.

Called these folks to have them fix my windshield while my car was being repaired with Caliber collision. I was assured that they would coordinate and have my windshield fixed while the dents were taken care of. Picked up my car today and the windshield is still cracked. So, no coordination was done. Should have gone with Safelite.
I've been trying to get my windshield replaced with this company for over 3 weeks now and have been given the run around the entire time. I don't know whether they are short on man power or just don't care enough to follow through. That would take actual communication for me to know which one it is. If you need anything taken care of in a timely manner I would look elsewhere. I will not be recommending this company to anyone and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Positives: I was able to get an appointment extremely fast to fix my specialized sensor front windshield. All the staff was extremely friendly! For the most part they made My auto glass insurance claim process extremely easy. Negatives: I had to leave my car there all day, dropped off 9:00 a.m. If I had not decided to just take an Uber before they closed since I did not get a call saying I could come pick up my vehicle, I wouldn't have had a vehicle for the night. Apparently the reason for this was they had all of my wrong information which should not have been the case. They should have at the very least had my correct phone number considering I gave it to them and I called them from it. Outside of that though, I think they did a good job. My collision alert sensor seems to be overly sensitive and incorrect but we shall see.

They called me an hour and a half AFTER my appointment window started and said we need to cancel we can t get your windshield for a week my appt window was from 8am-1pm which is ridiculous anyway. Groove Toyota recommended Caliber I ll let them know my experience.
Bought a used car, dealership organized CAG to come out and fix the windshield. Visit 1: Whoops, we dont have the right parts! Well get the glass fixed, and fix the rest in a week. *Two months later* I call their line: *Automated service* Were really busy, well call you back so you dont have to wait on hold. *their callback immediately hangs up when I answer* *repeat process* *agent calls back* How can I help? *I give details* Okay, please hold! *ten minutes of holding later I start writing a review* Turns out they have a parts shortage, and are still waiting. No communication from them in the past two-plus months
6 months of process, and internal communication issues. Rearranged our schedule multiple times only for tech to not show or cancel. Once was for weather, which is totally fair. The others are management issues that need to be addressed.
