Made an appointment for them to come look at window repair . Moved lunch schedules at work so I was able to be home at the appointment time, Quality glass never showed, never called and has not returned my call. Thank you for wasting my time .
Tried to get service for two weeks. My emails went ignored. My phone calls went ignored. So, this review is just based on communication level, but it all starts there, doesn't it? If nobody cares enough to even follow up or respond, how are you going to trust the actual service. Nah.
Just had a second floor window replaced. Quality Glass was very responsive, professional, and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Mike and has crew.
Owner Mike went above and beyond with my Acura back window. Spent 5 hours at Acura waiting for the rear door to work. Mystery sensor issue. Thank you!
I cannot believe these guys are in business still. The shop is usually a ghost town. No one is there. Walk in? You will waste YOUR time going to their shop trying to get some simple piece of glass cut only to hear Mike isn't there and no one is able to give you a price. Leave your number and waste MORE time waiting for Mike to call you back. Give up and call him. Then you will place your order and Mike will promise a delivery day which will pass without a call. For a simple glass square. A 10 minute job. Weeks will go by. Excuses, more excuses and then? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. NO CALL. NOTHING. UNPROFESSIONAL, DISORGANIZED. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
I talked to Mike. They are able to make me 2 pieces of windshield glass for my 1990 wellcraft 233 eclipse boat which no other glass companies that I've called would do.These guys are Professionals the real deal. Their shop is huge. They have Ben doing this for a long time and it shows. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who has a glass problem. They do it all.
They were very unprofessional and didn't regard me as a customer. They took shortcuts that costed me later down the line. I most definitely wouldn't go back there, even if it were the last glass shop in the universe. I'd become a glassman first. I want to go in details but I don't have the energy for that. If you are getting glass work done here please ask lots of questions and diligently check the quality of work before you leave the shop. Do not worry about offending anyone, this is a must. Because they don't mind cutting corners. I attached 1 picture but I have tons of them. What you will see is a glob of glue that was placed under the trim. Including clips that were glued down. After I paid out of pocket cash for my window to be replaced, this same trim was flying in the air because it was not placed properly. They told me to bring it back, they can fix it. Apparently this was the resultion in opposed to fixing the clip that they seemingly broke to begin with. This is why I say please. Do yourself a favor. Inspect the work diligently. They were very nice when taking my money and very mean, rude and u professional when I asked that the owner call me. I already payed to fix this situation but I felt it was vital for the owner to know about my experience so that it won't happen again. Instead the worker hung up on me continuously. Made false allegations and twisted my words to justify his uncalled for actions. I also have a recording of that as well. Long story short after I brought him back to reality, reminding him to be professional as he is representing a buisness, he finally took my number and assured me that he will pass it on to the owner. Long story short, I never recieved a call from the owner till today. I regret doing buisness with this company.

Did a great job replacing the windshield on my GMC Safari. They had it in stock. Im not sure if they have mobile service, but it would be a great added feature. The pricing was great.

I was able to bring my broken window there the day I called and I was able to get it back later that day so I didnt have to cover the window opening with plastic overnight. They helped me get the fame out of the car and back in when I returned. Very friendly service.
Amazing attention to detail. They fabricated a replacement glass top for an antique oval mahogany table. The new glass was a beveled inlay, matching the original 100%. No one else would take this on. The price was very fair, service was excellent, highly recommend Quality Glass.

Quick, efficient, quality work. Had an emergency with broken glass in an old French door - within 48 hours they had completely replaced it for me. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Wanted to deal with local business. Mike seemed very nice on the phone. My shower door and glass took much longer than promised by about 6 weeks. The door sweep was cut too short and so it leaks. We paid a lot of money for a beautiful new shower that leaks. Mike told me he would fix the problem. 2 weeks later, I havent heard from him. No response to my voice message. I have been very patient and forgiving but this is unacceptable!
May 31 Mike came by to take a measurement for my store front glass replacement. I was supposed to get a quote next day. Never happened. After a month of calling them nonstop I get an email quote. Then its the waiting game of when we are getting the glass replaced. I called multiple times left my name and number and was told I would be called back. Never got any call or any explanation of what is going on. Gave up nearly 2 months later and went elsewhere. Ignoring a client makes no sense if you dont want to help me just say it

Staff was very nice. Had my order done in less then 1 day. They were less expensive than if I purchased it else where. They also cut it for less than what I could do it for myself. I would recommend them to everyone. Will be using them for all my future projects

5 Star Service quality! Dropped off a few windows from a building I own in the morning and it was ready to be picked up by PM. My time is limited and valuable. I appreciate the efficiency they offer and the quality is to my standards which is extremely high. They also offer on-site repair which I will be using in the future so I don t even have to go and drop off Windows they can come and repair them on the spot and bill you over the phone, Definitely my way to do business Thank you Mike!
These guys were 50 bucks cheaper and 4 days quicker turnaround time on a windshield for my truck. Real nice folks over the phone and at the counter. I hope not to break another windshield but if I do, I will return, 100%.
Called 2 different days and spoke to and left information with 2 different people. they both said they would either have some one call me or they would call me back.im still waiting! And they came recommend by my coworker.
If you physically go there they are great if you call forget it. They never answer or Voice Mail is full .

The service couldnt be better, as they make you feel like family when youre in there. I came in to get a new front windshield installed, and after going over my financial situation with them, they did everything within their reach, to keep the process within my financial bracket, using a universal mould instead of that prescribed by the dealership, and promised to cut the tax on it, if I paid in cash. The main guy there even stayed 2 hours after closing time, so I could pick up the car after work to have for the weekend.

Awesome experience. I wanted to buy Local I thought custom would be more expensive than lowes but I am happy I called and got the quote. Spoke with Mike over the phone for 6 feet floor to ceiling windows I ordered once and described what I want all four were delivered onetime and absolutely no issues. Highly recommended.

My future daughter-in-law (now dil) and my son needed a mirrored suitcase altered to use as a cardbox at their wedding. I brought the box to Mike and asked him to custom-design a plexiglass lid with a slit to put the cards in and fasten it to the inside of the suitcase so it had to be removed to get to the cards. He came through, above and beyond what I expected!!! It was perfect! I highly recommend Quality for any of your glass/plexiglass custom needs and MORE! customer service was rude they charge extra labor money if customer asks to many questions they kick you out 10 dollar window glass pay i pay 54 dollar the better way is to take your work somewhere else
They made me a round piece of glass for a table. Did a great job, were quick and the man that helped me put it in my car was super nice and helpful. Price was much cheaper than on line purchase.
I recently had custom screens made for a porch. Despite the irregularity of the spaces screened, they did an excellent job and we are 100% satisfied! The service was both courteous and timely.
Terrible. My car was broken into at 10 pm. I have full glass coverage and found them on the internet. Even though I called after hours and was transferred to an operator, they did not call me back. I had to call them the next morning. When I called Kathy at 815 am, Kathy was extremely rude and said she had just gotten in!! Even though their website service claims mobile repair, she said they do not provide that service. She refused any type of customer service. I would not recommend this company at all. Choose H&V! They are extremely helpful from beginning to end.
