I went in there for a regular oil change, when I left the service, the car was smoking from the engine bay, when I take a look the dip stick is dripping oil top to bottom, turns out they overfilled my oil.

Tried to sell a car on their lot that wasn’t theirs that also needed more work then the car was worth. None of the issues were described in the listing. They were also super rude and unprofessional and attacked me on a post I made on Facebook about the situation. Definitely steer far away from this stealership.

Very nice and accommodating. Okay with filing claims for warranty coverage. No issues. We didn't end up using their service in the end, but probably would have it rental car services had still been open in the area.

they will leave your key running or in plain sight inside your car so your vehicle will get stolen overnight, lie to you about how often they've contacted the police & also don't have theft protection from their insurance company. Technically speaking they are skilled so you should just wait at their shop the entire time to get work done

Lost my alternator and battery. I am a shade-tree mechanic myself, just didn't want to do the work in the cold. I asked for a quote -- it was exactly what it should be. 1 hr for alternator, 1/2 hour for battery, and parts cost. Dropped it off on a Monday afternoon, done early Tuesday, when we expected it late Tuesday. good fast work. they spotted and fixed a few extras at no extra labor cost, just parts -- Seems a good honest Mech.

Nick was very friendly, easy to talk to, and professional. I recommend their service to anyone who needs help with their vehicles. They rewired my engine, that an armature mechanic made a mess of. And charged me, for the work, a very reasonable price. Two days after Nick finished the work, the car passed the NYS inspection, with flying colors. Thanks again Nick.
