Owner seems like a really nice guy, my problem is 3 times in a row now I had tires mounted and balanced there and had to have them rebalanced at another shop. I think there balance machine is off or the guy doing tires is putting the weights in the wrong spot. Just had all I four brand new tires on brand new rims rebalanced days after having them installed here. I feel bad giving a nice guy a bad review but its the honest truth, would go there again just not for tires.

Best auto repair shop in the 518 Hands down. The owner is amazing, I have been to multiple mechanics and most cause more problems than they fix. This shop is the most honorable shop I ve came across Fair pricing with over the top service I highly recommend loosing your current mechanic and checking this place out it will be the best decision you ve made!

I had work done to my truck multiple times, I just called to ask about prior work to see if the issues I am having now are one that was fixed. HUGEEE issue is they dont keep their paper work or records of what was done to vehicles and I am almost 100% positive this was never mentioned when I spent my money. Auto shop gives warranties but doesnt also tell you they dont keep records. Ridiculous and not very professional.

Sat in office for 2 hours guy didnt even talk to me at all but had many convos with other people he defintely like to talk so why didnt he say anything to me or asked me what am i doing waiting in his office for soo long. I had Pocket full of cash and recieved no service or hospitality not hating just facts i wasted my morning in that damn place

Great service at an affordable price

Steve and his Daughter Hope and the crew alike are amazing. Their services are already affordable in comparison with the other garages. However I have sent my vehicle in and asked for a brakejob and replacment of roatars. I was quited 240 for everything. Luckily theae guys called to ask if I was aware that I only needed to replace the front brakes. Saving me money and peace of mind. If this was not enough of a reason to put my trust into them again. When going to ask about every weird noise I am concerned about this week ( I bought a fix it car ) Steve will promptly have my vehicle checked and talks with me about the charges that it takes to repair, which generally includes labor and cost of part. Rather than charging the time that specific job entails by the book. Steve and crew save me money by only charging the hour it took rather than the 2 Hour that is by book. Hope is also amazing. When I forget to grab the credit card from the husband but have the number, she is able to run the card by phone. I adore them and trust them with my car and wallet.

This is not the place to get your car fixed. Steve charged me 400.00 to fix my alternator, i leave go to work, my car never restart. i have the car towed to his shop, he tell me i did something to timing belt and it will cost me 700.00 and a month to fix. Steve ripped me off, i trusted him and only him with my car. do not bring your car to him, he will over charge you with the i dont care attitude. i will be suing Steve.

Steve does a great job and his hourly rate is reasonable. He did a repair that needed more work, and didnt charge extra. My alternator from NAPA has a lifetime warranty and he took it to NAPA for me and exchanged it. A pleasure doing business +++ highly recommended +++

I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. The prices are reasonable and the respect that the staff gives is amazing. Steve always explains exactly what needs to be done. In terms I can understand.
