Louis and his team are top notch and it all starts with Louis. He is super friendly and professional. He knows what his team is capable of in a day and he delivers what he promises. Hes replaced both tierods and other things as small as repairing a nail in my tire. He is local to my neighborhood and I appreciate the level of work him and his team do.

They need to go online and update service hours. Had an emergency and their website stated they would be there until 1:30 but they turned us away at noon because thats their Saturday hours... Had to drive on flat tire more because of their false advertising to get to tire warehouse.

Highly recommend. Especially the Troy location and a guy named Lewis- I needed new tires and called the halfmoon location, they couldnt have been bothered with me. So when I called the Troy location, I was expecting the same, and I was surprised when a guy named Lewis- answered the call- he couldnt have been any more helpful - and pleasant - he got me tires and got them installed in a very timely manner - This is the type of person you would want working for your company. The world needs more Lewis

Everyone is very nice and polite. And they work pretty fast!

Did good work. Make sure you schedule EVERY procedure beforehand though. Asked for an oil change to be added, when I had my tie rods fixed. Was told, no problem. Oil change was never performed. Wasnt charged, so hold no grudge against them. Just remember to be specific, whencyou make the initial appointment.

These guys are all true honest dudes I rebuilt the whole front end of my car and going through some tough times I missed a few things. These guys called me in the back showed me I went and fixes myself and finally got a alignment. I will never go another place. Pizza on me guys thanks.

The people at Adirondack Tire are wonderful. As a women I have to be extra careful, unfortunately, that Im not taken advantage of. The people at Adirondack were friendly, knowledgeable, informative and most importantly HONEST. I went there after being told that I needed brakes. After a thorough check I was informed that my brakes didnt need replacing at this time. These guys are good and will not beat you up on costs for car repairs. It would be nice if the front area and bathroom was clean but the service job was top notched. That is what matters.

Set an appointment 3 days before arrival, 5 people had the same appointment time as me and after waiting for 30min they said they didnt have my tires after I ordered them.I rather pay for more expensive tires and get better service than take the cheaper route and get low quality service from a hole in the wall

Instead of paying high dealership prices my family has been coming here for a few years now. John always treats me well, answers all of my annoying questions and I know they do a great job on my vehicle. They may take more time but it s worth the wait and savings.

They keep their schedule. Understand my mechanical requests. Come very close to their estimated costs. Very honest about whatever work is needed.

The mechanics at Adirondack Tire are always so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I ve been there several times for various things and they always treat me with respect. As a young woman, finding a mechanic that does not patronize you or mansplain is a HUGE deal, so I m happy I feel comfortable with the staff there. I ve always gotten a price quote beforehand and they ve honored it 100% of the time, so I don t have to worry about the bill when I pick up my car. Worth every penny!

Great customer service!

I never knew there was such dishonesty out there. Ive been bringing all my cars to them for years, and never thought they would end up ripping me off. I brought my car for an inspection, a car that I put 9,000 miles on since purchase as certified new. Adirondack Tire called and told me I needed brakes and struts all the way around and that my center brake light was out, which can run up to $600. I didnt tell them, but I went to pick up my vehicle before they could start work on it. I found them trying to take the back of the car apart to get to the center brake light, but I stopped them and told them not to fix anything. I then brought my car elsewhere and it passed with flying colors. It didnt need any brakes or struts and the center light was in perfect working condition. Adirondack Tire was just charging me for stuff that wasnt even wrong and they probably werent even really going to replace. My son also brought his car there on several occasions, and every single time, he has bought new brakes, pads, struts, and anything else they could think of. He spent thousands of dollars with them that he probably never had to spend. Do yourself a favor, save some honest money and look for an honest mechanic.

Theyre great. So friendly it feels like home. Its a nice area for a walk while they work, and the waiting area is full of friendly people.

I am writing this review because I believe that Adirondack Tire was trying to take advantage of me since I am a 21-year-old female with little knowledge of vehicles. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. My parents and I had gone to Adirondack Tire in Schenectady a few times and they were great. We decided to go to this shop since it is closer to our new home. My parents first experience here was good--- friendly employees, nice work, and they price-matched the tires. However, in November 2017, (my first experience here) I took my 2012 Ford Escape in for an oil change and state inspection. I brought my car in and 30 mins later I got a call that the control arm bushings needed to be replaced, which would cost $400. They said that the bushings needed to be replaced in order for my car to pass inspection. I told them to do it because I wanted my car to pass inspection. I then called my father and told him what was happening. He told me to call them back and stop them from doing the repairs. I picked my car up and took it to another shop, where my car passed inspection without a problem.

Brought my tires here over 3 years ago when I retired. Havent put many miles on the car and the tires started leaking air. Today they checked them and resealed them with no charge. Good and friendly service will bring my car back again if needed.

Went in there and the gentlemen were very attentive. The prices are reasonable. I have been there twice for 2 different things and I am happy they were able to help me.

Wow where do I start.i brought my car in for inspection and two front tires at 8:30am.gentleman says ok we will call u with a couple options for tires.no call.12:30 I call say whats going on.gentleman says we are waiting for your tires what!!!.never called to ask what I wanted and what I wanna spend.so then 2pm comes I call again and says we waiting on tires.really!!.so finally about 3pm they pull my car in for shop and finally do the inspection and get my car when they are almost at closing time.this place is a absolute joke and waste of time.all day for inspection and two tires unreal!!!.i went here because my previous car was serviced here and were excellent. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. If i could give zero stars I would
