I was losing hope for My 2017 VW until I called around and was recommended Here. I called and was instructed to bring My vehicle A.S.A.P. I did so and sure enough, I was given hope and told amount of what it would cost, how long (estimately) and I said deal. I was scheduled to have My vehicle there this Morning and sure enough, a lil bit longer then what was told (Shit Happens) but the Job was done and completed and the Price did not change. This is My first experience with them and it was GREAT..!! I def. Would recommend there shop and work to EVERYONE..!! GREAT People.. AMAZING Prices..

I took my 2016 Ford edge to auto repair solution suggested by auto planet dealer where I bought the car from and boy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any other vehicle repair. he took care of it like it was his own so if you’re ever looking for a good mechanic, great place to go.🤗

Would highly recommend if you’re in the area. It’s a little out of the way for me, but I think it’s worth the trip, and I’ve taken my car to this shop several times. I’ve always ended up happy with the outcome. The owner is honest and fair. His team of mechanics also do great work. Mostly though the transparency of work, cost of parts, cost of labor, amount of labor needed etc. is so worth the little extra time it takes to drop off my car for a few days.
These guys are on it!! Such a hidden gem, kept going to this one dealership for my older BMW, kept having problems... kept spending money... Brought it to Auto Repair Solutions, haven't had issues since, I'll just show up for a random checkup here and there. Have never seen a team so focused. Thank you Joe and the team!!
Deplorable customer service.
Zero stars would be my answer if I could put it. Bought a Subaru Impreza 7 months ago and it s been nothing but a nightmare. I ve only been able to put maybe 1k on it since because it s ALWAYS broken down

Joey at auto solutions gave me a estimate to have my shocks put on my car and when I came to pick up my car they up the price 2200 dollars saying my parts that I brought didn t fit I didn t receive a call or anything for me to agree to it they are stealing high class cars be careful

This is by far the best garage in the area. Joey replaced the motor in my Camry. He found a very low mileage motor and installed it for thousands less than anyone else. My car runs beautiful. This will be the only garage to work on my vehicle from now on.

It was an emergency, I had a leak under the hood. My antifreeze was leaking onto my serpentine belt making it almost impossible to steer the car. The guys at this shop in minutes were able to diagnose the issue and provide a solution. They replaced the parts and fixed the problem. They worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get things done right. I won t go to anyone else.

Couldnt be happier with their work! Had an issue where my car would bog down when first accelerating and I couldnt find a mechanic to figure out the issue until I found Joe. He took the time to find the problem and didnt just change parts until he hit pay dirt. Highly recommend using this shop.

Got my 04 jaguar fixed here. Great service, the right amount of professional and did not threat me beat up if I make bad review. In all seriousness, the chased down a problem that has intermittently plagued my car with an ABS and check engine light for over a year now and were incredibly knowledgeable, capable, and fast. Joe will be my go to guy from now on. Glad they got me back on the road with confidence.

I always drive German Cars, recently my BMW 3series had Check Engine light came in, it became a nightmare because there not much trusted good mechanics around who know about beemers ,i took it to bmw dealership and they give me high price estimate due to severity of problem, luckily i got contact of Auto Repairs and thanks to Joe(you are the great) he fixed the issue in reasonable price defiantly way less then the dealership. highly recommended !

Joe is great and went above and beyond giving me premium quality shocks. The dealer I had bought my truck from ordered normal shocks so he charged $0 for labor. Very nice people. I would definitely go back. Also, fast turnaround.
The best of the best in the Capital Region! Knows their work. Very affordable! They don t take advantage with the prices! Super quick.. I got my car back within a hour and a half! I crashed the front of my car and it smashed in really bad. I needed my radiator AND my bumper reinforcement replaced. Visiting a mechanic has never been so relieving. I m glad I found my go to.
