Great place to fo business with. All this crap about scamming people was an Unfounded charge of the past. False Charges Dropped. So I wonder what people are going to start saying about the Ballit Fraud Crew That Just Got Off in Federal Court Attempting to Steal Your Constitutional Rights To Vote Away From People
This place is where you want to be when something happens to your car. They are fair and affordable and family owned. They’ve helped me in a bind at least 3 times already. The absolute best o. Repair and customer service and just Good people in general. I highly recommend it

DONT NOT GO HERE! THEY OVER CHARGE YOU & RIP YOU OFF! THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL ME WITH AN ESTIMATE . MY CAR WOULDNT TURN ON SO I GOT IT TOWED THERE TO GET AN ESTIMATE ONLY & TO SEE WHATS WRONG WITH IT. A FEW DAYS GOES BY SO I CALL TO CHECK UP THEY SAID THEY DIDNT FIND IT YET. WEEK GOES BY I CALL NO ONE IS ANSWERING. SO I GO DOWN TO THE SHOP & THEY SAID THEY WERE FIXING IT NOW BUT DIDNT EVEN CALL ME WITH AN ESTIMATE! WHEN I ASKED WHY THEY DIDNT CALL ME THEY SAID WE WERE BUSY🫥SO I ASKED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT THEY SAID SOMETHING BLEW. MY TOTAL SO FAR WAS 770 DOLLARS APPARENTLY MY AC WASNT WORKING SO THEY WERE GOING TO FIX THAT TO WITHOUT CALLING MA TO MAKE SURE I HAD THE MONEY! THEY DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR MY PERMISSION TO FIX IT & THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT NEWPARTS IN ! LIKE HOW DO YOU NOT CALL THE CAR OWNER WITH THE PRICE TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE IT. & THEY SAID IT WAS ALL FROM LABOR 🤔 THEY HAD MY CAR FOR 2 WEEKS BUT IT WAS FIX A WEEK AGO. I TIRED TO TAKE IT WHEN IT WAS FIXED BUT THEY SAID THEY HAD TO PUT MY CAR BACK TOGETHER. AFTER I PAID THEM I DROVE MY CAR IT DRIVES HORRIBLE NOW ! WHEN I TOLD THEM ITS DRIVING FUNNY HE SAID ITS DRIVING FINE FOR ME BUT DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT IT OR WANT TO HEAR ME OUT! I ENDED UP GOING TO ANOTHER SHOP SO THEY COULD FIX IT & THEY FIND OUT WHAT BLEW TO CAUSE MY CAR TO NOT START & RE FIX MY WIRING BECAUSE THEY DIDNT DO IT RIGHT WHICH CAUSE THE CAR TO RUN FUNNY .I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!
Micheal and crews have been very helpful past and present. They tow my commercial vehicles. He very polite with accidents I was involved in head on collision. Professional and personal have assisted me with my business Handle clients respect and consideration. They explained everything in detail and very informative statues of personal vehicles!!
I was given great service the 3 times I went into the garage. There’s a Troy Historian at the desk during the morning hours. 8:00 am appointment may turn out to be 8:15am but the high quality service makes it ok.
I'm PISSED...Went in to get my mom's struts fixed after being told one price and then being charged 157.00 more than what I was originally told. How do you do that to someone. I had to take it out of my rent money so I could pick up my mom's truck. I'm sick to my stomach over this!!!!😤😡 They scammed us and I was in tears and freaking out and they didn't even care. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau.
This place is absolutely great. I took my car there for a water pump job, and when it came time to pay they told me the amount and it was about $24 over what i was quoted, which isnt too bad. But then when i left they called me and told me that they owe me money!! they admitted they made a mistake without me even saying anything! i went back and they gave me the difference and i went on my way. most places would have taken the money and ran, but these guys are honest people and do great work. Never taking my car anywhere else.

I wouldn t go here for inspection. A kid probably 18 years old did an inspection on my car and while taking off the old sticker he cut into the panel. The easiest part was to take off a sticker lol.

Worst experience possible. The owner was previously arrested for scamming people out of their money and towing cars. He is incredibly rude and dishonest. They told us that if they towed the car and diagnosed and did the work on the car, the tow fee would be dropped. However, this was not the case. They refused to drop the fee. They stated it was the serpentine belt which was only a couple hundred dollars but then fabricated more issues. They then went into charging us 800 dollars for a new water pump, come to find out there was nothing wrong with the water pump. They then stated that we needed to pay them 3,000 dollars to put in a new head gasket or the car would be out of service within a week. We decided to take our business elsewhere as the car began to have more and more issues after they had touched it. Now going to a different mechanic and it is an issue of simply replacing the coolant tank which had nothing to do with a water pump or the head gasket. If this business was not a complete scam, then they do have potential. I would never recommend anyone to this business nor would I ever set foot back in that door. The owner should really rethink the company moral and ethic as well as his horrible, rude, condescending, scamming attitude.
Ive been bringing my vehicles to this garage for 20 years and throughout those years i have NEVER been unsatisfied. It is quality work, quality pricing, and the employees are very kind, respectful people.
This is one of the worst experiences Ive had in customer service in the past 15 years dealing with Auto mechanics. Michael DeRubertis Jr. makes false promises and had made me reschedule three times. Also, fabricated a story about mechanic having a emergency (2 times) so couldnt work on car. Finally did get my car in, its supposed to be a hour 1/2 job, dropped it off at 1:30 and was told it will be ready in 2 to 3 hours. 6pm rolls around, shop is about to close and I havent even heard from them. I had to borrow a car, drive there and find out they didnt even start on my car. 8pm rolls around, they didnt start on my car which shop is now closed but Mike (senior) did the night shift. I finally received my car at 11pm after calling over 10 times to their tow truck driver cause office wouldnt pick up my calls. And When I told Mike Senior that his son didnt even have the courtesy to let me know that my car wouldnt be ready on time or give me any updates, he said, I want my fing money, and I dont care If you Fing come back. So thats what I did, I paid him for his time and left a very dissatisfied customer. I hope this reaches to them and they change their practices and also sends a msg to customers to be cautious of believing them- or taking their word. I would NOT recommend servicing your car here.
My car is still in their shop after a month... they like to keep giving you the run around.
