Krispin's is an honest shop that does great work. They've managed to get my car in when I needed help and I really appreciate it. I would recommend them to anyone.
My car broke down 1 and 1/2 hours away from where I lived, and I wasn't sure where to go. The shop may not be the biggest, but that means the cars are taken with care. The repair was done quickly and effectively, but I think most importantly they are very hospitable people and I felt comfortable giving them the car despite not knowing the area.
Like the other customer who wrote a review, I also was visiting from out of state when I encountered car trouble. I went to Krispin’s and not only was I treated like a lifelong customer, but my repair was done very fast. These guys are 100% trustworthy and reliable and went above and beyond to ensure everything was in working order. If I was local, this would be my go-to shop. Friendly, reliable, good quality service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks again for helping me out!
even though i’m not from the area and was just visiting town, they treated me like a lifelong customer. krispin and his team were super nice people who were honest and very knowledgable in their field. they are very popular and for good reason. they were able to squeeze me into their tight schedule and help me out of a jam so that i could get home safely.
Krispin's Auto has been Ruby's & My Mechanic Experts for well over 2 decades now. They are the Best Auto Sevice Center I EVER know in My Life. 😍 You all should give them a try if, you want an honest Mechanic to work on your car or truck trust Me & you'll agree.
Krispin always gets our cars fixed quickly and at a good price. He gives thorough explanations and I always appreciate that he let's us know what will be needed in the future so there aren't any surprises and we can keep our older cars in good shape. He even makes jokes!
Very pleasant experience dealing with Krispin's. They were transparent in identifying the problems and they were very fair with the price. 100 % honest with the work they do and they even back that with a warranty. Would highly recommend to a friend and I will be going back if I have any further issues with my car.
--Update (june 2012) Have been to Krispin's a couple of times during the past year (have and old car). I have to stick with my previous review. They are good. Krispin fixed a problem I had with a window with minimum charges, had to change my radiator and some cables as well. I'm glad that I found this place. --Update I went there to change the oil and do the NY state inspection. Had to readjust the handbreak as well. They did a nice job on the car and at the end I paid a lot less than the worst case scenario we talked about on the phone. They did try to keep it as economical as possible. The staff were friendly and i picked up the car in a couple of hours. Their parts and labor has a one year warranty. Happy with my choice and recommend Krispin's!

Loooove Krispins. They are SUPER honest. They gave me an honest quote and told me straight out. They could fix what they quoted but honestly couldnt guarantee this other part after all that wouldnt need to then be fixed and at that point it wouldnt probably have been worth it.

Krispins just gave me a second opinion on a significant repair to my car. They went the extra mile, and told me everything else the car needed to be in correct running shape, and charged a minimal fee. They invested time in me for the long return. They have my business.

I took my car in to another auto repair shop the see why my car made noise when I turned left. I was told that I needed a steering rack. I went to Krispin for a second opinion. Guess what nothing was wrong with my steering rack. My backing plates were touching my rotors! Thank you Krispin for saving me $1200!!
