I imported a 1993 200 Tdi Defender 90 County wagon from Italy last summer. I was seeking an automatic conversion on the vehicle and found Brett's company online. After speaking with Brett on the phone, I knew my Defender 90 would be in good hands. The car was shipped to his location in New York using a shipping company he recommended. His team installed a new automatic Ashcroft transmission, exmoor trim premium carpet set, new bumper, wheels, tires, shocks, upgraded exhaust system, bushings, rear engine seal, steering box, a turbo boost pin to mechanically tune the transmission and many other things. The timing of the new automatic transmission is perfect! It accelerates beautifully and easily shifts. Brett communicated with me during the entire process providing updates on the work being done. He was honest and easy to work with! If you are looking for a classic car shop to do work on your classic Defender, look no further! Automotion Classics is the place for you! Dave at the paint shop is a true professional and a super nice guy. Dave knows his trade hands down. He takes pride in what he does. I have truly fell in love with this car again.

Brett and his team are first rate. I purchased a very rare ZR-1 marine engine from Automotion Classics off of Bring a Trailer and had a great experience. Brett was very communicative, responsive and got my shipment out despite the Polar Vortex bearing down on him. What a great find in the engine and the team!

Brett and the guys at Automotion Classics are true experts in the field. I purchased my Challenger through them and decided to commission a full restoration/restomod build after seeing their previous work. They truly worked their magic in turning my vision into reality and the finished product was beyond my expectations. Their work was so incredible that the car was featured in the Addco booth during SEMA 2017 (which speaks a lot about Brett's craftsmanship). I have worked with Brett and his father Mike for over 7 years and have had 2 bmw 2002's from the earlier 70's one was refurbised to its original stock level, the other was a restomode putting a 325 six and 5 speed in it. I have had a 1959 t-Bird rebuilt and improved, a 1975 series III land rover rebuilt. My brother has had his 74 BMW 2002TII remanufactered there. To watch this team grow and attract and add so many skilled workers has been a pleasure. Timing and quality have never been an issue. Most important is the level of detailed communication back and forth so there have been no surprises or disapointments. Brett's passion for what he does is best illustrated in the quaility of his listening to the customers choices and questions. This is a extremley modern shop in effort and attitude. Go tour the shop as eyes on will tell you much about how they work, clean, organized, detailed, thorough. Brett is the Rainman of Autos so bring him a few questions on your tour. If he doesn't know the answer, within 24hrs he will.

Brett and his team run a first class restoration shop. We have purchased a beautifully restored 65 Catalina and recently they restored a 1958 Alfa Romeo as a present to my father. It was on time, on budget with a show quality restoration. The attention to detail and quality are excellent. I would highly recommend them.
