Horrible Customer Service Called multiple times from multiple numbers and no one answers, then you get hung up on

Brunswick Walmart was well staffed, clean neat and everyone I asked for help was great. They pet personable and knew where the items could be found.

This Walmart has really gone downhill in the last couple years. I dont even shop there any more unless I absolutely have to

This location is always unorganized, and everything is locked up. When you need something, you can never find anyone to help you. The employees are not the nicest and can be rude. This is the only Walmart I have this issue with. Im not sure if its the location, but I only go to this on f I absolutely have to.

Store is well stocked and clean. Only drawback is lack of cashiers, almost every line is self checkout. Convenient to have the pharmacy in the building

Walmart in Troy New York had everything I was looking for

Goodcstore. Only thing i can suggest is maybevthe employees coukd look a bit happier and smile. They look like they hate thier job. But some r smiling and will go that extra mike to help a customer. I gave 4 stars cuz i rather go here then latham. But trust me. I will drive 20 extra miles to have a relaxing shopping day

Walmart is dirty dont eat the food unless its in package an dont forget to check the date an the weight on ur meat they been robbing there customers not to mention how how bad they treat there own employees never work or shop at Walmart

Horrible location and unhelpful staff

The view of the children who check the doouts at the door and constantly wear shorts and hats has a very bad communication disorder. I think that they should give their staff a wide range of information about human relations. The fact that such people work in a corporate place like Wolmart is contrary to the corporate identity of Wolmart.

Im referring to the 760 Hoosick Rd Troy NY location specifically. Many items are locked up, and few registers including automatic checkouts are open. Its a horrible shopping experience, avoid this location if you can.

Two of the associates were very rude to me last evening. I will never be going back here again

All of Health & Beauty Department is locked up

Employees are rude. Watched an employee laugh at an elder person who needed help with the self check out. The return item area is extremely rude. They dont want to do their job. A store with employees who act like children. The lines are absolutely insane. Everything is locked up. Brunswick walmart has gone south. I wish there was something more could be done aboit this location.

the service has gotten really bad. i tried to shop today. self check out was completely closed. only a few registers were open with very long lines. saw several workers just standing around. didnt want to spend 20+ minutes in line so I left and went somewhere else. much happier.

Its walmart. Typically have the shelves filled compared to other stores. Lines are long at checkout.

This store is so frustrating. The employees are clearly not paid enough. All the beauty products are locked up and you will find yourself waiting at least 20 mins. to find an employee to help. The wait to check out is stupid.

Its very clean and well stock but an associate at cosmetics always has an attitude.

Went here at 6:30pm on 10/19/24 . There were 50! YES 50 people waiting in line! I counted!!! You had one self check out open that has 4 spots!!! What the HELL was the point of adding all of the other self checkouts if YOU NEVER OPEN THEM! This the second time this has happened in the last 2 weeks, I turned around and walked out! one more time and I ll drive to target or kholes, YOUR A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY FIGURE IT OUT!

Its utterly amazing how a company this large does not staff enough people to help the sheer multitudes of customers that go here.

A garbage store. Filthy. Disorganized. The grocery inventory is entirely undependable. Forget the locked up merchandise, the plastic security bins, the need to get your purchases unlocked. Always Hellish.

Area really nice. Not to crowded during week

Difficult to find things. Doesnt carry the same products as other stores have. Minimal helping helpers, heard woman screaming went to help and it was an employee. Who had dropped something but was not hurt.

This store sucks. In the past 6 times going for at least a half a dozen items to purchase each time I bought exactly zero of their products because they didnt have any to buy, and it wasnt even items that are in high demand due to covid 19. I will never go to this store again even though it is only 2 miles from my home.

This Walmart Store is great! They have upped their selection and styles in womens and mens clothing! They have a great selection and a wide range of sizes.

Its my goto store for almost anything. The store is always clean. Also, the associates are kind and always willing to help.

Dirty bathrooms

Changed the store around. Employees not only don t pay attention but I have seen them try to get out of helping someone. They also talk very inappropriately with each other using foul language. Had to come back the next day for something under lock and key because no one was available to get the key. Employees have cut people off to get to the register because they are on break or something. Place has gone to the dogs. Walmart use to be enjoyable to get what you need. Now it s all locked up and they pick the person carrying g the heaviest thing out the door to check on even though they had their receipt in their hand and struggle if with the product. If they didn t have as many things as they did I would stop coming to Walmart.

I went to Davids Nails for a manicure. It was a very nice visit and I was pleased with the results.

The Walmart shopping experience has become extraordinarily difficult with the new 15 items or less check out advent!? As a disabled senior citizen, I need to use a motorized shopping cart but there often arent any and the wait for a free one is usually 20min. or more!?

WORST customer service!! I asked four different cashiers for bags when I was checking out and each and every one of them said I dont know where they are and walked away from me without trying to help at all!!! They need to be retrained on what customer service is!! If I couldve given ZERO stars I would have. Very disappointing.

There is never any cashiers or anybody to help you, get something from the locked cages, and when you ask to speak to a manager or a supervisor there is never 1 around

Cashier was extremely rude, on a phone call with her air pods on, ignored my questions, and finally when she heard me ask for a bag her response was this is Walmart we don t have any bags in this store wow!

On a few different nights, they havent scheduled enough people. This resulted in long lines that shouldnt have been.

Waiting for 30 minutes for help getting a headlight out of a locked case, which i didnt even get. Staff was friendly abd its not their fault but its ridiculous that there wasnt a single keyholder available, especially when there are locked items

Used to be good They locked everything up and the employees from electronics are horrible three items I was trying to buy the person said they didnt have and they did, I was waved off and dismissed when asking for help OPENING THE CAGES TO OBTAIN THE ITEMS THEY DIDNT SELL... I had a five star review from just one year ago. This has been one of the most disappointing changes to a store I used to like. Miserable employees who hate their job run off customers.

Only 3 out of what looked like over 20 self checkout stations open while 30+ people waited in line. Only one regular checkout lane open with a line that crossed half the store. Ice cream had melted by the time I got home. Not coming back to this store any time soon.

Experience was awful. 3 self checkouts out of 30 open, except for Walmart+ members. Cashiers actively leaving their register with customers who had waited in line 10mins to ring out standing there so they could shout profanity with other cashiers about how much they hate their supervisor. Like shouting. Don t go here - drive to the nearest Target and pay more. Your time is worth more than what you d save here. And you deserve a better experience. Oh and don t become a Walmart+ member ever. Then they win.

Welp, it was a good run. Ive been going to this Walmart for 25+ years. The final straw is the deodorant being locked up with no one available to help you access them. Also, have fun finding one you like the smell of while an employee stands over your shoulder. Ill take my business to Target.

will never use my debit card at troy, ny brunswick walmart again. twice i have used it at this location and both times within a week someone has hacked my card. do they even bother to check the card scanners for skimmers anymore?

For the past 3 days i have been trying to call the bakery department no answer i have actually tried to call every department including human resources not one department answered for the past 3 days!!! Smfh not one department has answered in 3 days

Place is trash. Everything is locked up in which you have to go to the far end of earth to find an employee to open up the cases. Even worse, you have to place said items in a plastic lock box to carry up to the cashier and then proceed to have them open it just to scan the item. Employees act like your a nuisance for having to ask them to do their damn job. You have a cluster of employees at the cashier registers and standing guard at the exit to see your receipt though. Place is trash wont shop here anymore.

Worst Walmart Ive ever been to. A large portion of their inventory is locked up. Thievery etc - fair enough. But its impossible to gain access to the locked inventory. I had to walk halfway across the store to find someone, nobody around. Finally went to the cashier. The cashier actually laughed - LAUGHED AT ME - when I asked someone to unlock the vaults so I may purchase mens underwear. He went over to some phone, called someone (maybe), laughing through the phonecall. The person never came. I tried the button for assistance three - THREE times, nobody ever came. A different clerk near the exit said blame it on the thieves. The thieves are not responsible for Walmarts decision to not provide an employee to unlock for people who are not thieves. Walmart wants brick and mortars to fail so they can go to just online. If you dont want non-thieves to come in the store, please just close the store completely. Why put the unsuspecting shopper through hell. The lines were hell too, for the sake of stopping thievery. No self check out - fair enough - hire people to cash out the non-thieves. Please Hoosick Street Walmart - go out of business. Theyll be no loss of jobs - you dont have anybody in there working.

Asked where to go and they kept pointing getting mad i couldnt see where and wouldnt walk over to show me. Had to ask somone else.

The clerks are very friendly. I went there asking the location of items, they even led me to the location. And once I ordered pick up, a young man called me to confirm my parking lot number and delivered my goods in time.

I was discriminated against as a wheelchair user. I asked a associate for help she completely refused to help me. I feel humiliated and embarrassed.

I have been using the the pick up service almost exclusively. The majority of my orders have been filled correctly. The staff is friendly which is a big plus. I like how much time it saves me. When I have an issue with an item, I go on line and follow the requesting a refund link. The issues so far have all been rectified to my satisfaction.

Its a super center so they have a lot more variety than our little store in Bennington, VT.

Because of the community this Walmart is located in, almost every amenitie is locked behind a glass box. You have to call for customer service to even be able to buy deodorant.

Walmart is Walmart, nothing special. They have now locked up DEODERANT so you have to get an associate to unlock. I find this stupid with the 50 floor associates who are paid to stand there and watch you cash out, the multiple security cameras everywhere and the associates who check your receipt on the way out. Please WalMart, enough is enough.

Traffic on Hoosick St. is a nightmare, and I dont see how theyll ever resolve that. Theyve built up that area with absolutely no consideration on how to keep traffic flowing smoothly. As far as the store goes, the aisles were blocked, and merchandise was littered all over, with nothing where it belonged. Took twice as long trying to find stuff. Plus merchandise was being put out!!! Do yourself a favor, and go to one of the many other Walmarts in the area. You wont be sorry. UPDATE: I went back to this Walmart as its very close to where I live, and I needed to get something. The remodeling they were doing is over, and it was easier to access the items I needed, so my shopping experience was much better than last time. Hoosick Street is still a nightmare, though. That will never change, so you need to avoid this Walmart at certain times of the day. Accessibility to motorized handicapped carts is pretty good, although you may need to have someone find one for you.

Horrible, we always stop and show our receipt. Today the woman accused us of havin more than the 11 items that our receipt said we had. I lift the 2 bags in the cart so she can see the cat litter cat food water soda and the few items in the bag in total 10 items in the cart because the chapstick (11th item) was in my pocket. She pretends to count 11 items as others walk past us not showing receipts but rubbernecking the situation. She thought she saw us stealin a full cart of items in reality she saw 10 items that were simply bulk items. Embarassing us in the process. You already got ure super theft deterring facial software on the self checkouts. Do better walmart. Deff felt judged and shouldve made a large stink but we just left.

I d give this Walmart 0 stars if I could everyone who works here is extremely rude and disrespectful I was searching for a tool and finally found them after 10min of searching then all the boxes were busted open or opened by someone else so I was looking inside of them to make sure Everything was in there then an associate YELLS at me from the end of the Aisle EXCUSE ME WHY ARE YOU OPENING ALL THE BOXES WHY? I then said I m making sure everything is inside then she replies ITS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX STOP OPENING THEM! I said I m not opening/stealing all these where open I m just checking mind you I looked at 2 boxes not all of them! She refused to help stood at the end of the aisle just glared and yelled at me! I m done with this Walmart if I didn t need this tool so bad I would have just walked out!

Anyone else have issues with the ladies in and around customer service? There were two Tiffanys with colorful weaves. Danielle and Cece. I had an overall offputting encounter with each lady listed! Cece was the most disrespectful. Id like to make a formal complaint.

Well the staff is rude and act like they dont want to work or deal with customers. One almost ran my wife and I over with a stocking cart. And then mumbled something under her breath. Never said excuse me. And the dirtiest look. And then when it came to checking out. Two cashiers with lines at least 30 feet long or more. Even the self check outs had a line 20 feet or more. Horrible experience. Bring back Kmart, best store there ever was..
