Lowell sold me a car that to him was in perfect condition and he lied not even two days of finally getting the truck my check engine light came on then I went to put gas in the car and my car wouldn’t start told him and he said oh the fuel pump my mechanic is going to fix it and he lied he waited to get his money and now not answering none of my calls or texts he is a bad business man my struts are bad my tie rods are bad my fuel pump is bad he said new brakes and rotors were done he lied about that the only thing he did fix is the driver side seatbelt he carries the car machine that shuts off the check engine light off he is a scammer and I won’t let him get away with it if I could give him zero stars I would terrible place took advantage of me and my struggles

Bought a car from them and not even four days later it was broke down so they fixed that problem one week later the transmission is not working I have a 30 warranty and he refuses to fix told me to take it to a mechanic and I have to pay for it he refuses to give me my money back now I’m stuck with a car that can’t even move bad business Lowell is bad business man

Very unprofessional! Went to the one on 5th Ave in Lansingburgh early having an appt for tints, and they took an entire day with it. Then the tints weren’t as I expected so when I went back they wouldn’t open the doors and blocked my number. Never was able to get ahold of anyone since.

This was the worst experience ever… I had to bring my car in for a detail when he brought it back out my car was so dirty they took it back in again and it was still dirty after that. I had to come on a different day and I bought my car and they took about half an hour on it if that and now I have washer fluid leaking out of my car. And Noel barely want to come out when I told him something was leaking and when he looked at it he tells me all he did was clean the outside of my car. I know he broke something. This is the worst experience and is not a professional place at all. I do not recommend it. Location should be the warning!

My wife Bought a car for 5000 she Was told all that was wrong was a exhaust leak. The told her they spayed the underbody with protector. 10 months later She gets a oil change and I’m told the entire subframe is rotted and rusted away. She was told by 4 other mechanics that it had to be this way when I bought it. When She returned to LV motors him and his father looked at it they told me the other mechanics were lying and that the car was fine. A week later She brought it because the wheel almost fell off as She was driving my elderly mother to my nephew soccer game. He said it just needed a wheel ailment. He did not complete the wheel ailment had the shop next store attempt it. They told him they would not do the wheel alignment because the sub frame is completely rotted and dangerous. Then he says oh yeah you need a subframe it will be 500& .Being as I’ve had the car for 10 months with less then 5,000 ridden she ask LV motors would they be willing to at least go half on fixing it as it’s be proven that the frame had to be bad at time of purchase. She was told it is my problem and that rotting subframe is normal wear and tear. DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN. He took advantage of her the car was overpriced to start and then to have not told the truth about the problems of the car at purchase but my family in danger. The things people do for a couple bucks is disgusting. My wife Angelica moss definitely bought a car from you Lowell. Don’t do that to people especially during a pandemic. I’m contact every business and human I know .

I trusted these people in purchasing a car... I purchased a infinite, first it took 5days to get it . Because when I test drove it. He ask to make a list of what needed to be done , if I'm buying the car from you should you be aware of what need to be fixed. After a few days of giving close to 4000, I gave him the time he needed and still the things in my car aren't working I had to pay $90 for a tire he said already changed. I can't believe that a business like this is still open .

LV Motors did a fantastic job with my '08 Nissan Altima. They were able to make this bad boy look like it was brand new. It looked better than the day that I got it. Not only did they do a great job, LV motors was able to clean my car quickly and efficiently and was able to work around my schedule in order to help facilitate my schedule. I am 100% willing to go back to LV motors in order to get my car detailed.
