They came highly recommended by our realtor for work that needed to be done on our new home before we moved in. The technician came out immediately, gave us an honest and trustworthy assessment and estimate and even came back within a couple of weeks to do the first part of the work. He did an excellent job! The only problem is that the other half of the job was left to be done later, our move in date came and went, and despite contacting both the company and the technician (who specifically assured us he hadn’t forgotten, wasn’t blowing us off and would “call you back tomorrow”) several times directly, months have passed and the work remains unfinished. Absolutely no clue why they ghosted completely without warning, but after months of repeatedly trying to get them to finish this job I’m left feeling stupid for even trying to contact them anymore. Extremely disappointing and confusing to say the least.

im way overdue writing this. i have trouble with my hands. i am a tenant in troy ny. my landlord sent a repairman to fix heater. the first guy from another company left and didnt fix the heat. my landlord found your company mike b. was sent the next day. he was great. he explained the problem and fixed it he even found the part that had been ordered from other guy was the problem and he fixed it. i had heat again and this had been during that horrible cold spell in wintertime. mike was wonderful. he was professional and very kind and patient with an old lady. i am recommending him to everyone i know. your company took care of this and i thank you but especially mike. you should give him a big raise. its guys like mike b that turns a good company to a great company. he is a major asset to your business. thanks again for doing such great work. k.

Our boiler went down and we didn't have a regular HVAC contractor that we used (hence part of the problem & we learned that regular maintenance is a real thing)! Nonetheless, after doing some research of reviews we called Bold HVAC located in Troy. They came within 2 hours of our call (we live 40 minutes drive from their shop) and replaced the broken parts in the boiler and took care of our deferred maintenance- all in a few hours. It was a painless and terrific service. I would highly recommend calling them if you have a need- very efficient, professional and affordable!

Professional, quick response to a no heat call, Mike (Service Tech) diagnosed the problem quickly and had the heat back on within an hour. Overall it was a very customer friendly experience. I will definitely be using Bold Heating again.

New Heating and A/C installed late Feb 2018. Saved 20% on my gas bill for March and went from 36 kWh usage to to 14 kWh usage for electric in July 2018 compared to 2017. Should have done this sooner. Great service and a good price. Try them 100% satisfied.

I have been a customer of this company for 30+ years. They have always been responsive to my service requests even though I never purchased anything from them directly. I called them for a no heat situation this month and they responded getting the furnace running again the same day. I was advised that I had a bigger problem with my 45 year old Trane furnace, a bering failure in the blower cage. I was quoted a price to fix that problem but they did not know how long that repair would last. I asked for an estimate on removing and replacing the Furnace and Central A/C unit that was 35 years old. I was quoted a reasonable price and even given a discount on the money that I paid to get heat back temporally. I went with the proposal as I trusted this company. Nick went over and above the proposal by taking the extra time needed to install the unit professionally, relocating the filter housing so I could change it more easily and he even let my dog out and put him on the run and picked up and disposed of a dead mouse in the yard so the dog would not get it. What customer service. I would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.
