Have had several facials here. Such a wonderful experience. Relaxing, and calm with very friendly and accommodating staff.

The facial was good- not great and having multiple women stare at me when being forced in a rude tone by the owner to tip is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional- like do you really need 5 dollars that badly that he you have to force your client to tip like they are obligated too???

Such a relaxing facial. I cant wait to go back and try the other services they offer.

The place felt a bit sketchy and unhygienic. My masseuse kept leaving to answer the phone without washing her hands before touching me again. Staff also share a big tub of Vaseline for all clients, which didn t seem very sanitary.

Massage was amazing, the employees are lovely, and the overall vibe is very great! Highly recommend!!

First time going to this place my husband book me a 1 hour facial and a 1 hour massage for Mother s Day. Worse experience ever. First she kept stopping to answer the phone and the door which I completed understood but had me under the steamer for 30 minutes while doing other stuff. Then when it came down to give me my massage they decided to use Vaseline on me. The Second Lady was way too rough and I cut the massage short. I still left a tip and my husband still paid for the terrible services I received. Thank you so much for ruining my Mother s Day and if you don t know how to cater to people of color say that before you decide to use a tub of Vaseline on them to give a massage.

The facial was wonderful. It included cleansing and skin treatments, steam, and massage (face, shoulders, arms, head). It was a full hour and I was very relaxed. I highly recommend Brunswick Esthetics. .

This place is amazing! I left there drooooling. Got a facial and a massage and I want to go every single weekend. My face was glowing and my body rejuvenated!!! They are so nice there. I had to reschedule because I was sick and they did it with no problems. They are just wonderful there!

Jeez. Maybe good for massages, but not for any type of waxing. Please just remove this option from your services. Not only was the same strip used multiple times and was I completely and utterly uncomfortable, it didn t work AT ALL. Pretty much paid and left because I didn t want to be there anymore. The women were very kind but this is clearly something they are not certified to do. Just remove this option. RESPONSE TO OWNER: Not a great idea to suggest to a customer that a process as whole is something I don t like. I actually get waxed and have been at MULTIPLE locations. I am well versed with the experience. Perhaps it s your staff that isn t licensed to do the work you advertise. I did not get my face waxed at all during the experience. It was an underarm and bikini. Rather than addressing me, you should address your unlicensed staff/business. Best of luck.

I went today for an hour long reflexology appointment, and it was wonderful! The women were kind, courteous and professional. I will certainly be going back!

Facial was okay, just way too greasy for my skin

Hannah and Emily were amazing! This was my first visit to Brunswick Esthetics. My friend and I each enjoyed a 60 minute facial and a 60 minute massage. The ladies were extremely friendly, attentive, and experienced. For years Ive been getting biweekly massages at another local day spa, paying 3 times the amount that I paid today..... and my other massages were nowhere as good as this one! The staff went above and beyond to provide my friend and I with a positive and relaxing experience this afternoon..... Hannnah and Emily, you ladies are awesome! Brunswick Esthetics just gained 2 new regular customers!

I had pain in my right shoulder. After a couple of visits with heat treatment. It felt great . I would highly recommend these ladies. They are very professional and thorough!!

This place is exactly what the doctor ordered! I am an extreme sports enthusiast and pulled a back and hamstring muscle and OTC pain meds just werent cutting it. Since I will not take prescription pain meds, I went in for a moxibustion anti inflammation treatment and the pain lessening was remarkable, which aided my recovery immensely, and quicker than Id thought. Thank you B.E., Ill be back!

Omg the massage was so good I have to leave a review! When I tell you she got all the crooks and pains out of my neck and shoulder and upper back! 55 dollars and the hot stones come with it! You can t beat the price at all I definitely recommend this place.

Came here for a massage after a half marathon and a 50 mile hike. My body was destroyed and brought back to life. Great massages but not the biggest fan of their facials. They do not include extractions.

Not really a fan, I broke out in hives, was never asked what I was allergic to when I had my facial, my face is breaking out like crazy now!

I went there yesterday for the first time and was so pleased with every aspect. It was easy and pleasant scheduling a facial, then upon arriving (early) I was greeted very warmly. I was brought into the room and Nicole was there to give warm blankets and get the room ready for the most amazing facial I have ever had! Great atmosphere, great, friendly people and amazing work!

Just finished a magnificent massage at Brunswick Esthetics with 5 other friends and it was DIVINE. They know exactly what they are doing and will tailor to your needs. Everyone who live in or around Brunswick needs to try this. I feel re-born. It is life changing.

First time at this place and it was ssoo amazing. My main ache problem was dealt with care. I had no pain at all neither during or after treatment. The ladies there are very respectful and hard workers. And the prices are amazing. Definitely going there regularly!

The ladies were very nice, but the massage was terrible. She kept hurting me and I asked her to stop and she just laughed it off. I especially didnt like when she moved my underwear to massage my leg and continually touched my butt after I asked her to stop! I should have ended it there. I was in pain for days after. Never going again.

From the outside, this place looks very unassuming, but dont be fooled! They offer quality care here. I went here the other day for a facial, massage and cupping session. The service was thorough, relaxing, not at all painful like Ive had in the past, and professional. All in all, I would definitely go back and would highly recommend for anyone with muscle pain or just in need of some relaxation.

Brunswick Esthetics is a great place for massages! It is definitely a lot better then some massage places in Albany so it is worth the drive to Troy. The price is super reasonable about $55 for one hour deep tissue massages compare to $100 at other places. You will definitely leave feeling good and rested! I highly recommend this spot!

While other places are charging TRIPLE than what Brunswick Esthetics charges, they do not even do a facial the way that these ladies do. And not to mention, a wonderful head and arm massage. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. I book 3 facial package from Groupon. I called ahead to check availability and then scheduled a baby sitter for my son. When check their website I saw that they had more services so I went 45 minutes early hoping to get another service. The lady told me I must wait for my appointment at 3. I understood and went back to my car to wait. The Lobby and massage areas are 1 with only screens dividing the space so I decided to wait in my car it was more comfortable. When I went back in at 2:50 there were 2 more women waiting. The same woman came and told me I have to wait another half hour because she had to take them instead of me. I asked what time was there appointment and was also 3. I told her I have baby sitter and I cant wait over 75 minutes when I actually booked an appointment. She was unyielding and dismissive of my time. I was hurt and felt disrespect after doing all the right steps I was not treated with respect or fairness. As I sat in the lobby feeling hurt, I noticed a can of bug spray on the floor and how close the toilets were to the service area. I left this wasnt the kind of space or energy I wanted touch it caring for my skin. I cancelled the Groupon. I would not recommend. They dont respect their customers. Its not worth the low price

I ve been here twice for a facial and a massage. The facial was extremely relaxing, thorough and invigorating. All natural ingredients that promote healthy healing! The massage is by far the best I ve ever had. I ve been to numerous spas in multiple countries and this blows them all out of the water. Will be back!

The worst place ever went for waxing and facial they have not did properly they did my wax and you can see my hand after completing and the facial was 50 minutes long with 1 cream and mask for 38 minutes, literally my hand got burn with hot wax.

This was my 3rd visit to this wonderful place! I cant explain to you the quality of massage I just had. I have not slept in weeks maybe 20 minutes at a time adding up to a couple hours a night. Everytime I lay down my arm and fingers go painfully numb. I called and spoke to the owner and he let the wonderful ladies know where my issues were and what was going on, they greeted me at the door for my appointment with a smile and a hug. The woman are do not know much English but they pretty much can understand you so talk slow and clear to them. They are extremely nice ladies, I had a wonderful one hour massage pretty much one of the best ever and Ive had many. I am a 40 year old female so Ive had many massages in my lifetime. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing a deep tissue massage. I have to say that I already feel a big relief in the pain I was feeling. I honestly cant say enough good things about what I just experienced. It was extraordinary! I will absolutely be returning. Sundays they are pretty busy so if you can try and go another day I promise you will not regret it! Thank you to the women whom did my massage i am very grateful to have found such a wonderful place. I highly recommend this rare gem. My girlfriend and I had a couples massage, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This place offers the hard-to-find type of massage in which the masseuse uses her feet to massage your back while balancing herself with a rail suspended over the massage table. If youve never tried this technique, its wonderful. The masseuse was also very sensitive to applying the proper amount of pressure--enough to unwind the knots without causing pain. Both of the people that treated us were highly professional and friendly--welcoming communication on the process, without being overly chatty like some places can be. We left relaxed and refreshed, and felt even better when we woke up the next day. I give them an A+ rating.

First time here it was great. I got a groupon yesterday they fit me in the next day and I never got the groupon voucher in the email. The staff is very nice and I have very bad acne scars and as soon my facial was done they were gone and they still honored my groupon. Amazing place great staff great price. Walked in barely able to turn my neck. With tightness that previously kept my arm from raising all the way. The lady that massages me was very attentive to the areas of concern for me. I have full neck movement and dramatic relief I m my shoulder. Thank you. I ll be back for sure.
