I've been visiting Bob & Nick for over a decade. Nick has given our 2014 jeep all the care and attention needed everytime we come in. He always listens to us when we have questions about the service or maintenance. I can ask for anything and I they always make time to look at our car. Bob has allowed me to "take an office" so I have a space to work in while my jeep is getting repaired. One of the last times I was in Bob and Nick told me we have been taking great care of our car and it shows. Thank you Bob & Nick, see you in about 3k miles :)
This is my review! Not my son's. He still likes his car. He bought a 2012 Chevy Impala from Bob Karl's back in September. They were kind and business like until the car was off the lot. A few weeks after purchasing it had issues which I must admit they fixed hence the 2 stars. But since September we have had nothing but major issues with this car. It currently is sitting at a local well recommended and reputable trying to figure out what is wrong again. My son has sunk so much money into this car that he loves so much. He is 22 and got his first loan, pays his car payment on time, and his own insurance. I know things can happen but with these amount of issues I don't understand how it passed inspection before it left the lot. They also seemed a little pushy when trying to make a sale. These are my words not my son's. I know when you are buying a used car you are taking a chance but way too many problems within the 3 months we have had it. I know it seems his business seems reputable but I needed to report our experience with them. My son doesn't want to drag their name through the mud as they are kind people so I am just basically saying take your chances with the cars he sells. Maybe we just got a "bad" one.
Just found out yesterday my car that I bought from Bob Carl 3 years ago, that the frame has completely rotted out in the back. Still have the loan I’m paying on. You want a reliable vehicle don’t go there. So disappointed with it all.
Bought a 2011 Buick Lacrosse CXL from here. Nice and easy process, competitive pricing, vehicle was at book value with almost no upmark. No issues almost 5000 miles later, vehicle is a gem! Has a crazy sound system, came with real nice tires, had a little alignment issues that they got fixed before purchase. Thanks to Bob Karl! Will come back again for another vehicle soon!
Picking a service for your vehicle can come with some fear/uncertainty on who you can trust. I was referred to Bob Karl's by my friends and had a great first experience. The customer service, integrity, and honesty I experienced yesterday is a rare thing these days. I highly recommend Bob Karl's. Are you looking for an u reliable vehicle? Do u appreciate negative equity? What about an unexpected repair 6 months after purchase? THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! Bought a 2015 focus from Mr.Karl & his grandson in March of 2020. Beautiful car, lower miles, not the worse price either. Very friendly and helpful sales service. The smiles and handshakes are nice, but it’s all for nothing when u walk away with Garbage on wheels. 4 months into owning it Throwout bearing in the clutch wrecked the whole assembly and needed to be replaced. Not the biggest concern on a factory recall…. Until the part isn’t on the list of what’s covered by the extended warranty. Last but not least I need a new power steering rack… $4100 to fix. Been coming here for years, their service guys are my favorite mechanics I’ve ever had to deal with. I won’t take my car anywhere else for anything. The most fair place to take you car or truck for service.

I would never go anywhere else unless I was forced to. Sales and service departments are extremely helpful, kind and upfront. Reasonable prices and quick turnaround.
Best place to get the car fixed
They were amazing to me, I fell in love with my vehicle online on their website, they were so nice and didnt make me feel like a dollar sign. I have already referred so many of my customers to them and absolutely no issues with my vehicle.
Every since bob sold his shop I will never bring my car back there again I just recently had my breaks done by them for over 300.00 here it is my breaks are grinding the ground it hasn t even been 2 months I am beyond livid now I gotta find someone to fix my breaks again after I took it back to them a few times complaining about them not being done but now tomorrow I will find out what they have done to my vehicle this is evil for someone to do this when bob owned it he would have never let his workers rig anything I wish bob never sold his shop now I gotta move on after being a customer for over 10 years and sending people to him smmfh

This is the worst of the worst shop! Do not bring your car to get repairs done. I had my car done here and theyve done a terrible job, my back window was replaced and it has leaks, painted my car over and its terrible, i mean horrendous!!

I couldnt imaging a smoother buying process. Bob karl and his grandson (and mechanic Frank) have been awesome! Any questions or concerns were handled immediately and a year after purchase theyre still as attentive as day one. Service is speedy and done with care! They dont push for anything you dont need or cause the same anxiety I experience everytime I go to the Volkswagen dealership. They were amazing with helping me find local financing and had everything prepared in days for me to drive off of the lot. Thanks again guys!

Bought a 2006 Ford Escape XLT from Bob Karls and I dont think I couldve made a better choice of auto salesman! Bob and all the other employees were extremely nice, cared about your interest and the car youll be getting, and they made it a great experience! Great service center and prices are quite low since they care about their customers well-beings! Highly recommend!
I have to say: at first glance, I was a little skeptical. But, boy I WAS WRONG!!! I dont believe Ive been treated better, received better service, and gotten a better deal. I got a great deal on a used car, and they went out of theyre way to make sure all of my concerns were addressed and then some. All of that and a level of genuine, no-nonsense, no-sales pitch care that Ive never received anywhere period! You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic place to buy a quality car. Very fair, extremely honest. The only thing to be very very aware of is if you get your car serviced there for ANY REASON, take note of your mileage and amount of gas. Their service people will use your car for extracurricular business not related to the repair or operation of your vehicle and in my case they used so much gas my gas light was on and the needle was on E. I came in with half a tank of gas. FYI

Excellent customer service! Bought a car in the fall. Easy no hassle process from beginning to end. The most low-key, relaxed used car dealer I have experienced. Brought the car in for what sounded to be a muffler issue a few months later. The problem was fixed at no charge quickly and efficiently!

I went to Bob Karls when I needed an inspection and the service was very good. I decided to bring my car back for everything and I was never disappointed. I was taking my old car to the dealer and it was breaking down ever two to three weeks. Once I bought my new car I have not had any problem with miscellaneous breakages, over selling of parts or items I do not need, nor have I yet to run into anyone with a bad attitude. Recently, my car broke down and I had several mechanics to take it too (2004 Jeep) and I contacted Triple A to take my car to Bobs .. After the car was delivered Bob drove me back home to wait as they worked on the car. This type of service does not exist anymore .. VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIS SERVICE AND COMPANY!!!
