Bobbi at the service desk was so friendly. She provided quick service and details on the status of our service work. When getting a loaner car, she noticed my fathers birthday was a few days later and went out of her way to wish him an early birthday. While waiting for the loaner car to pull around another worker walked in from his lunch and noticed us standing alone and asked if we had been taken care of yet. The level of service this crew has provided thus far has been exceptional.

So these guys did a really good job, however my car is an ev, and found I was unable to charge after getting it back from CARSTAR. When I opened up the trim I noticed one of the connectors wasn’t even connected. It’s not a big deal this time but just as a take away double check to make sure all the connections are connected in the future.

Discovered a dent on my truck from someone backing into it in parking lot. Took to Jack McNeeny to see if it was a easy fix. It was not. The took pictures so once I contacted insurance Co the could sent the pictures and estimates. Parts were ordered the next day. I dropped truck off on Monday and had beck the next Friday. Great communications and friendly. Great experience to work with.

I was rear ended July 23rd. The trunk was a little pushed in but noticeable, there was a dent that was very noticeable next to my license plate and my license plate was bend in. I was a little hesitant not knowing how exactly they would fix my car without replacing any parts. But when I got my car back in 4 days, it looked brand new. I am very satisfied with the outcome and on top of that, the employees and owners was very polite and listened to every concern I had. I highly recommend and I will continue to go to them from now on!
