Found a part that no one could! Very helpful and fast, great customer service!
They had my part all ready to be picked up. Ordering was easy and they pulled it out the same day. Part was in a nice condition. They definitely exceeded my expectations and it was worth the 2 hour drive.

Knowledge, friendly service. You can pre-order your part through the website, though it's a little clunky. The savings on the guaranteed and rated used parts makes it well worth it!
Bought a hood and rear door. These guys are friendly super helpful, gave them both to me for awesome price and pulled it incredibly fast had it ready for me within an hour of calling. A+ service scrap yard, I definitely will be shopping here again.

I found the door in the color I was looking for online at Keegan Bros. Dave was great to work with, answered all my questions. He described the condition of the parts in detail. I was satisfied with the pricing. They wrapped up the parts for shipping, and the parts arrived a couple days later. Door fits great. I'm not a body shop, but they treated me as though I was a frequent customer. Great job!
These guys are awesome - specifically, I dealt with Dave. Bought a used Jeep from him. He was very upfront about everything, but it was a 10 y/o Jeep and had a few minor issues in the first few months I owned it, including needing a new battery and starter. I let Dave know, and he took care of both issues for me, paying for a new battery that I bought and installed, and sending me a remanufactured starter that works just great. They were a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and helpful, and even had great after-sales support. I wish there were more businesses like these guys in the automotive industry! Thanks Dave!

Prices seem fair. More notably, the two guys I dealt with were both friendly and gave good service, which seems pretty rare at scrapyards. 3 year update: Still a pleasure to deal with, highly recommended.

Excellent - bought a discontinued transmission crossmember online for my Jeep that they had to take off a car, and I was bit concerned about paying for it before they took it off - but no worries. Dave was super professional, pleasant and pro-active, sending me pics of the part so I could sign off on it before they shipped it. Part arrived early and Dave followed up as well to make sure it all worked out...pics are of the old part and then the one they sold me. Saved me, Id say.

The past 3 times Ive tried to give Keegan brothers my business I felt as if I was dismissed. They were quick to tell me that they would call me back and never did even after I had called the next day with a follow up. I myself had worked in the salvage business for the better part of 10 years in all parts of the business from dismantling, sales, computerized inventory and commercial accounts. Out of all the yards Ive dealt with this by far has the worst customer service. Even LKQ can call you back.

One of the best experiences we ever had dealing with a car issue. We ordered a replacement a/c heat control unit for our 2000 Honda Odyssey (340,000 miles). Called Keegan Bros at 8am when they opened, I spoke with Dave who was professional and polite, I told him the part I needed ( Driver door for a 06 jeep Commander) He said he had one, Described the door and its condition, Gave me a price and I told him I would be on my way to pick it up, He said he would immediately put it on the work order so that it was ready when I arrived, When I got to Keegans, Dave was at the front desk, He answered some questions for me on some other parts, Took my payment and had the door loaded in to my van, The door was exactly as described, no surprises, I drove over an hour to get that door and will happily do so again if I need any more parts for my Jeep, Great experience
Our family just got one of the best customer service from Dave@302 .. I was so pleased how concern and how patient he was in helping us .. When he told he would get back to me , he sure did way before the expected time frame .. Not only did he get back to me right away ,he also email a picture of the part I needed just to made sure I knew what I was getting and needed ..
