Fast and great service! Great communication. Very knowledgeable as I went to multiple different locations and no one knew the problem.
While driving my 2017 Honda Pilot, a flashing warning appeared on the dashboard that read, "Transmission System Problem." I immediately brought it to a local mechanic, who ran a diagnostic check and confirmed a transmission issue. However, since he didn’t handle transmission repairs, he recommended Pasquale’s. I dropped my car off at Pasquale’s that evening, and by the next morning, they called me with an update. They told me he had both good news and bad news and asked which I wanted to hear first. The bad news was that my transmission had a serious issue, and the repair would be costly. The good news? He had spent two hours on the phone with Honda and discovered that this was a known issue with 2017-18 Pilots, and my car was covered under an extended warranty. What truly impressed me was their honesty and effort. They could have easily just done the repair at their shop and charged me thousands of dollars. Instead, they went out of their way to save me that money by investigating the warranty coverage. Pasquale’s is an honest, hardworking, family-run auto repair shop that I cannot recommend highly enough. Their integrity and customer care have earned my trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend them to anyone in need of auto repairs.

Reviews do not match the experience I had. Person I interacted with clearly wanted nothing to do with me and wouldn't answer any of my questions properly. He wasn't rudely speaking, but his body language was much louder. I am glad I didn't do my business with this shop. Shop is cramped, no room for a u-turn and the way they have junk cars placed, it is a huge liability and safety concern. All said and done, there are much better options nearby.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOSER. He bought a hard-to-find Mercedes instrument cluster from me on ebay. But instead of ensuring the model number CLEARLY indicated in my ad matched the one he pulled out, he installed it and burned it out. Ebay somehow returned his money and instead of taking responsibility like an adult, he's trying to assert that the part arrived burned out. I have clear video showing it working before i sent it, however. He's a liar, he is a dishonest business man. He is a shame to his community.
The employees at Pasquale's are knowledgeable and friendly. They work efficiently and offer fair prices. They are also a certified NYS Vehicle Inspection location, and I always get my vehicles inspected here.
Pasquale and his son are great. I went in for an inspection, and to have them rotate the tires. Pasquale said he didn't do the tires, because I needed new ones... mine had cracks. Honest and competent mechanics... yeah, I'll be back!

Ive known Pasquale for decades, and he and his son are honest and fair. They would rather you have the job done right and fix whats needed over selling you what you dont need. They actually diagnose the vehicle other than throw parts at it. They are fantastic people to have in the community.

Called Pasquale Sr. on Tuesday to take a look at my engine light, which turned out to be a faulty ignition coil. He quoted me a price over the phone and told me his son would take care of me when I came in. Called before coming and to my surprise, Pasquale Jr. knew who I was, as his father told him I was coming. Fixed my car in 20 mins, gentleman, and super reasonable. Highly recommend without reservation!
