Island Auto Electric in Valley Stream

I left very satisfied with the service Eric rendered on my vehicle on Monday, February 24th. Fred took my call and instructed me to call an alternate number And speak with Eric. I did, then passed by to physically show him what was wrong. To my surprise, Eric went to work and fixed the loose wires within a half hour. I was expecting a diagnosis and appointment set up. Eric and the other young man at the shop show me efficiency and customer service is not dead. This shop deserves your business. Thank you Island Auto Electric!

After searching and searching... finding this place was finally my “look no further moment.” Sunny is the Goat ! He took care of me and made sure to keep me updated on possible issues, during diagnostics. Everyone there cares about the work they do & are ver knowledgeable. Sunny found the parasitic drain I had and took care of it in a timely fashion. Definitely going back, superb customer service. Oh, and they’re very honest with the pricing ! 6 stars if I could.

Needed someone to figure out the issue with the draw in my radio causing my battery to keep dying. Fred was such an awesome help. He explained everything to me and got my car back to me the same day with a working radio. I also called a few other shops to get quotes on how much it would cost and Island Auto Electric has the best price and I gotta say the service was fast and easy. Would recommend to anyone.
