So thankful for these guys. We had our car stuck in the mud and they came right over and helped us. We highly recommend Rocker.

Had an issue getting my car into gear only a mile away from my house, called and spoke with Bill who then FaceTimed me and helped me get the car into drive so I could get it back home. Extremely helpful and understanding. Thank you so much! I genuinely appreciate the help today!

These guys are great! I was in a tight spot and needed help getting my truck out. They responded right away and were on scene in less than an hour. Im sure theyve seen worse but I was pretty stuck. The driver was able to get me out no problem, no damage to my vehicle- on the first go nonetheless. Highly recommended. When youre in a bind its nice to have reliable help and these guys are it! Thanks again for all the help.

Billy was a breathe of fresh air after a very hectic morning. He dispatched the truck and a very nice gentle named Jason showed up. He was very helpful and friendly. They are now my go too for towing!! Thanks for being so great

I was in a very bad accident during rush hour morning traffic. Rockers was there within minutes and took care to make sure I got all my my personal belongings out of the vehicle even though the car was barely accessible after. The owner is personable and you can tell he really cares about his customers.

I m still sitting on the side of the road waiting and I was told the tow was on the way almost 2 hours ago. I called and they told me it s shift change so I had to wait! Not good service at all! They were dispatched well before 7am and they still leave me sitting here

Unprofessional, confrontational and overall not worth wasting your time or money on. There are a lot of better places, google someone else! They are a rip off and rude.

Rocker s was absolutely wonderful! I needed a tow from Syracuse to Verona- not only were they extremely reasonably priced, they were very responsive with all of my questions! My vehicle was picked up and delivered on time and with no issues at all! I will definitely recommend their services to anyone that needs them!! A++

My car got in an accident and they went above and beyond. They had to get a portable saw to cut a bike lock cable off so we could get a rear hitch off that I lost my key somewhere in the 300miles aways from home I drove. Very helpful, kind and quick.

I was far from home and got rear ended and sent to the hospital. They made sure my house keys and purse was given to the officer who had to come bring my License back. My car was put in a safe place out to the rain because the trunk was messed up and wouldn t close and I had stuff in there. They allowed me to remove my belongings from the car and even helped me take the plates off. I had got rear ended a few months back and had a terrible time getting my stuff at another tow lot near where I live so I dreaded calling to ask to come get my stuff, I m so glad that this company towed my car, accidents are stressful enough and the professionalism here made it all a little better to handle. After hitting a deer with my new car, the officer who came to my aid called Rocker s to respond, and they were absolutely amazing. The truck arrived in less than ten minutes, and he waited with me for my husband to arrive, and he was kind enough to keep me informed as much as he knew as I navigated my way through the claims process. Hit a deer in my new truck. The police called rockers as I didnt know who to use. The owner personally came out in a new truck, was very helpful, and answered all my questions. They dropped me off feeling like my vehicle was in great hands. I would definitely use them again but I hope I never have too lol
