The owner Jeff went above and beyond!! He was EXTREMELY quick and efficient in repairing my vehicle, and even met with me on his day off to take in my vehicle!! His secretary Kim was also extremely efficient and kept me updated each day with a phone call. Highly recommend this facility for any kind of repairs to your vehicle. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs body work done on their car. I hit a deer and had extensive damage done to my front end bumper and driver's side door. Jeff ( the owner) put all brand new parts on my car and gave me a huge discount because of the wait for parts that were coming from other states. He was very pleasant, freindly and so easy to communicate with. Excellent work for a great price and I will use his services again in the future if needed! Thank you Jeff and Tina for all you do!
Professional and excellent quality work. Jeffery Winnie and Lisa are most accommodating with scheduling appointments. The entire bodywork and inside polishing is amazing. Can t say enough great words. I was already going through a terrible time dealing with insurance for an accident that was not my fault, but my experience with Auto Cosmetics was incredible. The only downside is I wish I knew about them sooner!!! Adam and his team had my car fixed in less than 24 hours (now this may not be the case for everyone of course depending on damages and how busy they are) but just look at the photos. I couldn t be happier. The price they quoted me at couldn t be beat by anywhere else. Jeff texted me throughout the day with picture updates every few hours. I m so happy this experience that started out so terrible ended so great with this collision center and their team. Thank you guys!!!

Jeff and his team are a great bunch. I went to them with a bumper that was falling off and needed attention. They fixed it in less than 15 minutes and did not charge me. That s right, they didn t charge me. They just said I could write a Google review if I wanted. I will recommend them every chance I get. BTW the dog is a gem also. Thanks, Jeff!

Had a little mishap so I brought it in to AUTO COSMETICS OF VOORHEESVILLE.They took a look ordered the parts and I had the car back in a few days, and it was perfect. I was concerned because the paint was metalic and I wanted it to match and it did. Great job.

If youre having a hard time finding an honest collision repair shop that does quality work, look no further! From the day I dropped my car off for repairs, I knew it was in good hands. Jeff and his team did a fantastic job repairing my car and dealing with the insurance company (who wanted to total my car because they used the wrong model to determine value). Jeff advocated for me and the insurance company realized their mistake and repairs were able to continue. The quality of work was top notch, communication was excellent, and the car was repaired quickly and returned back to me with a freshly cleaned interior, too! Excellent work and a fair price
This is by FAR the best body shop I have ever been to. I just bought a 2016 pearl white Mazda6 Touring and had the passenger side bumper gouged and headlight shattered by ice from a tractor trailer. I brought my car to Route 85 Body Works Collision and in two days my car came back brand new like it never happened, they also did an amazing wash and polish job. Everyone was so polite! I went there off of a recommendation and will definitely spread the word
