Advanced Auto personnel are the only people I give permission to work on my vehicles. that includes new tires and oil changes. My vehicle is getting long in the tooth just like the owner, but thanks to Victoria and her associate they keep it running like new. I need an inspection and whats needed maintenance, took care of a pesty engine light and other minor things that cropped up over past year. When Advance Auto got through with my truck its in tip top shape run like it did the day it came out of the the showroom. I like the fact that advance Auto keeps you informed on where theyre at with your vehicle especially when like when I left it for a several days to take care of the issues I having. Carls Advanced Auto to the rescue for a flat tire caused by a leaking seal! Refilling the tire with air seemed to seal it but remedying the problem for the long term required removing all the tires, cleaning the rims and tires, resealing, remounting, and balancing them. Despite their workload they graciously fit me in and took care of the problem so I could be on my way. They are great to deal with, remember the car and do a good job. Much better than an impersonal dealership.

I was SO impressed with Victorias operation at Carls Advanced Auto. My car feels like new, no more high speed vibrations! She did a whole list of repairs in one day, including 4 new tires (good ones), for almost half the estimate I got from both the dealer and a big chain tire store. Her inspection and diagnostics were spot on and understandable and she didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need! Amazing what a young woman with a supportive family can accomplish Thank you Carls!!

I have been using this establishment for years. My Porsche is 41 years old and half that time it has been serviced at this institution. I put very few miles on the car each year so it just goes in once a year for general inspection, fluid changes and the state inspection. There is also a long list of general maintenance that needs to be done. Theyre never pushy about it but I usually have one service each year. This year it was the coolant flush. They are courteous efficient, and friendly.

Fantastic family owned shop that is up front and honest. They have always taken care of all my cars over the years and will continue to do so for years to come as they are the only shop I let touch my vehicles. I like the inspection reports they send on the vehicle, it gives you a very good idea on the condition, it is very thorough and its completely transparent so you know exactly what they are working on. Always a pleasure doing business from a local establishment. The crew at Carls are top notch. During the inspection of a vehicle I had just purchased from a dealer 1 year ago. They notified me that the subframe and parts of the main body frame were rotted out and the vehicle is unsafe to drive. As of now that vehicle is back at the dealer awaiting a refund of my purchase. The puzzling part is that the dealer at the time of sale had conducted a state inspection but never looked at the frame. Along with every other prior inspection that was done by a dealer according to the CARFAX report. So thank you staff at Carls for keeping my family safe on doing a complete job and not just writing it off as that has been the case with the previous inspection by others. Ed Peason

I came to Carls with a vehicle that had been looked at by 2 separate techs at 2 differant shops, all with different diagnosis and no real answers. I had an O2 sensor code, and I felt like no one wanted to be bothered with an older car. Honestly I feared it was my Catalytic Convertor. In one day Carls found my flex pipe was completely corroded, they replaced that and the down stream O2 sensor. I had to wait for parts but this was worth the wait, they were in constant communication with me and though the repair was expensive it was no more so than any other shop would have been. I should have started with Carls Advanced Auto shop to begin with! Best news of all, despite the soot being thrown downstream my Catalytic Convertor was saved! Thank you Carls!

They were very nice. Even did some courtesy things that I was not charged for. They held very close to my appointment time which was very much appreciated. Very thorough too. They re not the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. I was very happy with them overall.

I recently had both of my vehicles serviced at Carls I had an alignment done on my Chevy Silverado and an inspection on my Ford ecosport I was very pleased with both services the staff was very kind and courteous kept me informed via text message through the whole process and even after the inspection on the ecosport was done sent me pictures pertaining to the vehicles inspection and a complete breakdown of what they saw and what they recommended I was very impressed and will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them 100%

I greatly appreciate that I can drop my car off walk home then walk down and pick it up. Scheduling and feedback were very good. However the work I had done cost a good deal more than if I took my car to the dealer.

Had a problem with my 2018 Ford exhaust system which basically gave out way before it should have. Had to get it taken care of and I trust the work that Carls does so I let them look at it, they gave me a decent price and got me right in to replace the whole system in just a few hours. Great work at a decent price and good people to deal with.

The service we received was exceptional. They do a complete basic inspection of the whole car taking pictures of areas of concern as well as list the services you want performed. You have the option to accept or reject any service which is amazing and you are given a very clear estimate before work begins. They were able to get my car in on short notice and work was done quickly. This was our first time at Carls as our long time mechanic retired. We heard good things about them and gave them a try. We will most definitely be bringing our business back to them.

I am a big fan of Victoria and her staff. I dont know anything about cars but I know when mine is making a noise or not acting right and the mechanics figure it out. They also help me keep on top of routine maintenance for the longevity of my car (2018 Forester). One time, I had a large spider in my car that was leaving me huge webs overnight. It freaked me out so bad I stopped at Carls and asked if they could help. They problem solved on the spot. 5 stars.

We recently had our truck serviced at Advanced Auto, which included the purchase of tires. The tire rebate offer of $60 had expired, so Advanced Auto reimbursed us the $60. We were so impressed with this gesture. This business really cares about their customers and does right by them.

Fabulous folks at Advanced. Had a loose muffler shield clanging around and needed a lift to access it. Brought it into Advanced and it was a bit more involved that the missing bolt I had spotted. In any event they took care of it in about 20 minutes and when I asked for the bill, the reply was no charge . Really? In this day and age? Now please don t get the idea that you can always bring your car in for repair and get away scot free! I just want you to know that these are honest and accommodating folk who you can confidently rely upon for your repairs. I m certainly grateful for that.

Amazing service I arrived earlier than expected for my oil change and the Team was able to get me in early I spent my time waiting in their outdoor seating getting some emails sent out for work Before I knew it the SUV was ready to go!

My experience with Carls Advanced was nothing short of exemplary. They were willing to work with me to accommodate my schedule. With the initial evaluation of my vehicle they were able to identify the problem causing the noise I was concerned about, wheel bearings, as well as many other problems with my 19 year old suspension, all original to the vehicle when I purchased it back in 2004. It turned out to be a much larger job than what I initially had hoped it would be, but they were able to complete all of the work, despite the attemts from the rust on my car to thwart their efforts. I felt the time to complete such a large repair was exceptional, and I felt the pricing for the work I received was fair and honest. Thank you, Katy, Victoria, and your crew, for keeping me safe, and for keeping my vehicle on the road.

They also did routine maintenance and discovered that one of the brace supports for my muffler was broken and replaced it. Carl s has really great customer service and has always gotten my car done in a timely manner. I really appreciate their honesty as well, I asked for an alignment when I got new tires on and my car didn t actually need it and they let me know instead of just doing it anyway!
