I was rear ended early November!! The other persons insurance company (THAT CLAMED 100% AT FAULT) was a nightmare to deal with. I called Mike @ Wallkill Auto Body, told him what was going on & he was also one of the approved auto body shops for Farmers Insurance Company. Since I had a claim # from the at Fault persons insurance company. Farmers just sent him an assignment # and I was all set. Mike told me when I can drop off my vehicle & arranged a rental for me. I knew I was in good hands and just waited for the call , to come pick up the vehicle ,its done. Everything was perfect couldn't tell anything ever happened. So if you need a Body shop for your Vehicle, give Mike a call @ Wallkill Auto Body Shop.
After being involved in an accident ,my insurance company had a few choices to pick from . I chose to go with this company and glad i did . Not only do i have life time warranty on the repair for as long as i own the car , it came out good . Great communication and contact while car was being repaired. Had a minor issue and Karol even stayed passed closing for me to come back !!
I was involved in a rear end collision in March of this year. I was referred to Wallkill body and glass by the agent of the other party involved. At first, I was skeptical because the world of insurance is a shady shady one. I went and got my estimate done by Mike, and then went and got a few other estimates on my own. Everybody seem to be on par with the price that Mike gave me. I scheduled my appointment and after getting the parts in, I dropped my car off for the two week repair. I just got my car back and it looks like I’ve never even been in involved in an accident. Mike and his team were phenomenal in their repairs and finished before the scheduled 2 weeks. From Carol in the office, to the behind the scene’s people I was treated with nothing but respect from the moment I stepped foot in the building. They were very inviting and welcoming and I felt as though I have known them my whole life as family. My car looks fantastic, and I am greatly appreciative of their efforts in the crappy circumstances in which we had to meet. I would not hesitate going back for any future repairs that I may need. I would highly recommend this body shop for anything that you may need done to your car. Thank you again for everything you have done for me. I really appreciate it and you guys went above and beyond the expectation I had.
I went in about 40 minutes before closing to have my door handle replaced after it came off. They were super nice about it and literally completed it in about 10 minutes. Also did not charge or ask for anything afterwards where most body shops would regardless of how much work was done.
One of the best shops around, they never make excuses and always have my cars done when they say they will or sooner. Highly recommended to use this shop.
Mike and Carole provide a professional auto repair service. Very accommodating to a busy work schedule. Mechanic is top-notch. Reasonably priced and no games. Highly recommend. Call and they will work with you on addressing your repair in a timely manner. Thank you.
i recommend this great place for all your vehicles needs i have a 2021 kia sorento sport i hit a deer going home and wallkill body shop and glass treated me like family and the communication is outstanding you also get a text message of the whole process and fixed my front end literally dealer new thank you guys i will be coming back if anything happens again i appreciate everything you guys are the best #1

I went for a quote, they were very rude to me, unprofessional, a horrible experience, and since they themselves sent me to another place, I did so and received one of the best services, do not go to this place, the treatment is horrible

Every time I come to Wallkill Body Shop and Glass, I always have a great experience. Not only is the customer service excellent, the shop is professional, efficient and honest. Ive been here many times and havent had a poor experience yet. The owners are always so kind and helpful.

My car broke down on me all of a sudden on my first week of being in New York for the summer. Found this place after a google search, and I m incredibly thankful I did. They took my car in on the spot and replaced my water pump on the same day. After the repair, they ended up charging a price that was lower than any estimates I ve ever gotten in my home state. They were incredibly kind and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area needing work done on their car.
Tim is the man with 50+ years experience who can judge the problem in no time. Good people as well.
A wonderful place to learn about cultural heritage of Native Canadians. They have out reach programs, daycare and other community based programs. Super helpfulstaff and great to see youg people from the community working there also.

I used Wallkill bodyshop and glass through reference from a dear friend I got rear ended and took my car here for the first time. I have to say that Mike and Carol are the sweetest people and very professional. The work done to my car left me speechless it is top notch work I can say that their work speak for itself. Brought my truck down for new brake pads and an oil change. The guys determined I also needed 4 new rotors. Everything was replaced with genuine Dodge parts. Truck stops on a dime. Thank you John Mike and Tim. See you next time !

Brought my truck in for body work and they returned it to me looking brand new. Fast turnaround and very professional.
I trusted and left my car at this shop for two weeks and it came back with a switched out dead battery. DO NOT RECOMMEND
They fixed my door which was what was needed to be fixed but they did unnecessary work under my hood which was not needed and now my car does not start at all.
It s ashamed how the owner of the business isn t even professional. Called about a simple question and MIKE was very rude and did not help at all.

Ive dealt with Mike and Wallkill Auto and Glass twice now. Excellent service, professional, and most of all courteous. Very nice people. Willing to work with you and will have your car looking like new. They make your appointment after they have the parts, so youre not without your vehicle too long. Worked well with my insurance for a seamless transition to a rental and vice versa. Will continue to give my custom to them, and I am proud to recommend them to any and everyone. Its so worth it.

I got in an accident a little while ago. Mike and crew took me in and handled all the insurance questions I had for my car. Literally half my car on the drivers side was ruined in the accident. In less than 2 weeks my car went from barely drivable to mint condition physically and cosmetically. I would recommend Wallkill Body Shop & Glass to all of my friends & family!
