We recently had our vehicle in for repairs. Working with Brian and Aaron was a great experience. They take the time to go over what your vehicle needs and provide you with a detailed repair plan with photographs. Excellent communication and a great overall experience.
It is so nice to have an auto care center so close. When a need work done I drive up they bring me home then pick me up when the work is done. I have had them change the oil, replace the brakes and install 4 new tires. All at very reasonable prices
The BEST customer service and communication--not just of any garage, but of any business I've ever dealt with. Brian and his crew have done an amazing job with fixing my car, communicating about the necessary fixes, and about what things can wait. I took my car to a different local oil change place for an inspection and they told me I needed new tires and brakes. Turned out neither were true. Brian figured out what actually had to be done and took care of it. I highly recommend Stoltzfus!
We were visiting the area and experienced vehicle problems. Worrying that we might be stranded we ended up at Stoltzfus Auto Centre where we met Shawn. He immediately took care of us, diagnosed the problem and had us back on our way within an hour. He did great work and the cost was reasonable. Very happy with both the work and customer service. The young guy with black hair was super nice to us and offered help when it was needed!! They seem to have a clean station and answered all the questions I asked no matter how small. Don't go annoying them with too much questions tho!! They seemed to be popular with the locals too because we went there with the recommendation of the owner of Glosser’s ice cream and farmers market! They have great produce there!
This place is amazing! The people are so nice and go above and beyond for helping out in any situation. I was on the way to Virginia from Buffalo and my thermostat housing popped in my car and I had to get towed back to the shop. They made sure that I got back on the road the very next morning!

Shawn and Aaron were awesome! They didnt try to over diagnose or over charge me. They fixed me up and had me on my way in an hour with no further issues the rest of my travels.

Our vehicle was beyond repair. Sean and Brian were patient with us while we made the inevitable decision to scrap it. They helped us find someone who would take it away and give us $250!

They were awesome! We ran over a bungee cord on the highway that slashed our tire and found them on internet. The young man who helped us was great. He found us a good used tire at a great price and put it on quickly. Five stars for sure!

Stoltzfus is great!!! We take both our vehicles there for service. Their customer service is second to none! One time, I had an issue with my vehicle that of course, wouldnt present itself while there. Brian called me a few days later to see if the car was still doing okay because he was concerned that they werent able to find the issue. Ive never experienced that kind of customer service and really appreciated it! I highly recommend them to everyone in need of auto care.

Outstanding little shop. Half the shops I call are afraid to work on my Volkswagen. Not Stolzfus. A very friendly and honest shop who can work on anything and do it right.
We take both of our vehicles there for our automotive needs (transmission, brake lines, inspection etc). Fast, efficient service and great/fair prices that cant be beat!
Brian at Stoltzfus was absolutely incredible. I was two hours from home and still an hour away from a hockey tournament my kids and I were traveling to. He got us right in, took great care of us, and had us back on our way in no time so we didn t miss the game. He was polite and respectful to myself and my children! Highly recommend !
Needed a new tire, I thought. But they were able to fix it and encouraged me I had a good 80% tread left! Was pretty thankful for the honesty and advice. Very professional, helpful, and kind. Thank you for making this trip more enjoyable through a difficult time.
We were incredibly pleased with the service and kindness shown by Brian. We were driving down to Florida from Canada when we started to experience transmission issues while passing Stoltzfus Auto Center. Although the shop was booked solid and very busy, Brian dropped everything to help diagnose our problem and arrange for a transmission shop in another town to get us in the same day. Recognizing that we were stranded, being from out of town, Brian also volunteered to personally drive us to a hotel as well as to the town our vehicle was being towed to the following day. He definitely went above and beyond for us and his kindness didnt go unappreciated. Furthermore, he even followed up with us to make sure we were able to get our vehicle fixed and back on the road to Florida. Thank you again Brian !!

Honest and reliable
I brought my car in for an inspection and had a few things that needed attention. They explained what needed immediate repair and what could wait. I appreciate the attention to detail and honesty that I found at Stoltzfuss.
Very friendly, and knowledgeable staff... quick service! Definitely recommend this place. I came from Ohio with a bulged tire, and they got me in and out with a new tire within 30 minutes.
I honestly did not get any repair work done here, but if I am ever in the area and need an urgent repair will 100% come here - my family (5 month old baby, wife and two dogs) took our new travel trailer out and on the way home my GPS took me the worst possible way, I ended up low on gas and at the bridge with a low clearance and right before the bridge was this auto shop, I was not fully sure if I could clear the bridge and to get back to the thruway would have been 30 minutes the opposite direction, we pulled in and the guys here were the most genuine and nice people I could have asked for in the situation I was in, they let me drop my 30 foot trailer there so I could go get gas, and with all the stress of everything they let me leave it there a few hours while I drove home to drop my family off so I could go back and get it home myself with out the worry of having everyone else in the car. I honestly cannot say thank you enough, I have no doubt these people are honest and treat people fairly with how kind they were to me when I was not even buying any services from them. Thank you again!!

Russ and the staff at Barneys are great. They will fix issue correctly and dont take short cuts. This is by far the best shop with out driving an hour away. From general maintenance to diagnostics they are the experts. Keep up the great work everyone!!!!
