A lot of auto service centers do what is called a slow roll of your automobile. They may have your car for 3 or 4 days. Not automotive solutions they have mechanics that get your auto in get it done but most importantly get it done right the first time.

Great service Was having a shaking problem with the car. With a loud noise at different speeds. Took the car to three different locations. Not one of them could diagnose the problem. I was driving an unsafe vehicle. With the potential of losing control of my vehicle. Problem was immediately solved and they replaced a wheel hub.

Decided to give Automotive Solutions a chance since they are a small and local shop, this being the second location after looking into them. Jeremy is a fantastic advisor, was willing to answer all my questions the best he could, and wasnt pushy about findings that I didnt want to service at the time. He simply explained what the findings were and the best time frame to get them addressed, noting the risks of letting them go. Top notch company and employees, we have already become repeat customers.

So far as is well

First time I have used Automotive Solutions II and I was impressed. Jeremy did a great job in quoting work I wanted done and took time to explain the breakdown of the quote and in answering my questions. I originally went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They got me in when they said they would and had that work completed quickly. They did notice that my upper ball joints were very worn and the bottoms worn to a lesser degree. This made sense as the lowers had previously been replaced. My 2014 Ram 2500 has 140000 miles on it and had some noise in the front end so the worn ball joints were not a surprise. Jeremy gave me prices on various manufacturers of the ball joints. We came to an agreement on replacement and the ball joints that I wanted them to use. The vehicle was ready to be picked up early the next day. Upon leaving, I noticed that the oil life indicator had been reset. I have found that Ram dealers do this about 50% of the time. The noise in the front end is gone. Overall, quite happy with the provided service. I will use them again.

I found Automotive Solutions when I was looking for a reasonably priced Synthetic Oil Change in Waterford. Automotive Solutions had a fantastic deal going on, their prices are extremely reasonable plus they had coupons on their website! They were able to fit me in the next day too!! I loved that it wasnt like most oil change places where you sit in your car & they rush you through as quickly as possible. I sat in a nice waiting area while the Techs took my car & did the oil change plus looked my car over for any possible issues. With it being brand new with only 15000 miles they didnt find anything & didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. The Staff was very personable, I enjoyed talking to the Manager as I waited for my car. He offered me coffee or water that they have for their Customu6ers which I thought was a very nice touch. I will absolutely be back for future oil changes & recommend them to Friends & Family! They dont treat you like just another quick oil change or Dollar Sign! Check them out, I promise you wont be dissapointed!!!

Today I found an honest man. That shouldnt be a remarkable thing but in some of my previous experiences with auto repair it has not always been the case. My 2001 Sunfire was suddenly giving me the blues at a time I needed it most. Took a chance at an auto care facility fully expecting to dig deep into my pocketbook and got the shock of my life. After a quick spin I was told that because I had spent a brief stay in the hospital (hadnt removed arm band yet) and my car had been sitting idle during days of rainy weather, my rotors (?) were just wet and needed to air out. Seriously? He could have told me I had evil Nomes under the hood and I would have paid to get them out. Not only did I drive away with all my collective pennies (wouldnt even take a small tip for his time) I left feeling I had found the car repair shop for me, one that dealt with honesty and integrity which is a rarity these days. So, now, whenever those evil beasties do show up under the hood or lurk beneath the undercarriage, I know exactly where Im headed! Thanks

Ive been taking my cars (first a 1992 Mercury Sable and now a 2008 Dodge Charger) to Bob for years. He is very reliable and trustworthy. Hell tell you what your car needs and will work to get it done as soon as possible. Unlike other mechanics that Ive dealt with in the past, he will not try to sell you anything that you dont need nor claim that theres more work that needs to be done. I would definitely recommend taking your car here for any maintenance or repair needs.

If youre a woman, have a man call on your behalf or deepen your voice while asking about services. I dont know much about cars, but I know if I hear the window motor, I dont need a new motor, maam for a $260 up charge.

I took my car to another mechanic at first and they wanted $2800.00 for unnecessary repairs. Bob is a straight shooter, honest and reliable and will tell you exactly whats going on. He fixed my repair for $98.00 and car runs great. I will only take my car to BC Auto because of his honesty and elite skills. Best experience I ever had.

They are going to repair what NEEDS to be repaired and they will not overcharge you. Prompt, courteous service; theyll give you a ride when needed, and youll have your car back in no time. The older gentleman that works there is GREAT. The 2 new young guys are lazy are comprehensively UNIMPRESSIVE; they are lazy and have no pride in their work. Go there when the older gentleman is there. He is very informative and takes pride in his work. I have had many things done by him and he is always honest and extremely informative. I went for a timing belt and they didnt even recommend doing the water pump, etc. I also had a strange noise coming from my car when they gave it back to me. I called them and they said to ignore it and it will go away. Not being an idiot and listening to that asinine response I got from them, I took it back and they realized they had put one of the belt covers back on incorrectly! This could have done more damage had I just done what they said and ignored it. They are very non-nonchalant and look like they take no pride in their work at all. I hope they are not the future of this place bc it will go downhill if they are.

Metrick automotive was a great experience for me I had a transmission problem with my truck 3 days before autorama and they were able to do a overhaul and get back on the road so I could trailer my street to autorama for the show last year, I cant wait to have them work on my street rod when it needs service.
