Fantastic customer service, they repaired my tire at closing time when I desperately needed to get somewhere by 9p and I had been to 3 other places that wouldn’t take me. They didn’t charge me anything and made sure I was good to go. Definitely spend your money here, they care about their customers.

If I could leave a negative review I would. Charged my mother over $5000 and took 3 days to fix when they told her a day just for her car to still have issues and the finance company is trying to charge her $700 a month for repayment every month. Don’t waste your time or your energy!!!
If I could give this place negative 10 stars that would be more appropriate. I took my car there Saturday afternoon. Gave him $100 to order the part. Told him I would be there Tuesday ar 8:30. I was there at 8:25 and no one was there. I stayed until almost 9:30 and still no one. So I had to go somewhere else to have my car fixed. This place is a joke... and to top all that off, he cracked and left a whole in the panel that covers the fuses! This is just getting worse...I didn't even need a part, just a fuse! So not only were poor at customer service, the are trying to scam people as well. The dude left his tools in my car. I should have sold them. I would have got quite a payday. But I returned them. Had I known they were going to keep my $100 I most certainly would have! Beware going to this crooked place.
I got a flat tire after hours & Brandon & Waheed after hours went above and beyond to get my tire repaired and home safe. The new owners are honest hardworking let's come out and support them. They have a sign says they beat all competitors and prices. So thankful. Thank you Waterford auto repair team!
I originally went to Firestone to get my jeep checked out, and they quoted me at $5,500 to get everything fixed. I called Waterford Auto Repair, and they had me in the same day to give a second opinion. They charged me $1,800 and went above and beyond to get started on the repairs right away. Everyone there was attentive, kind and honest — service was top tier. I would definitely recommend coming here and will be doing so in the future.
My van broke down in pontiac the other day and i had it towed here right after closing hours. The next day they had it diagnosed and gave me a price for repair. Pricing was not the cheapest i have seen but fair. They threw in an alignment and oil change for no extra cost. I got my van back the next day and it is running beautifully. Fast and efficient work, Thankyou again Nathan for your service!
Great pricing and will be honest with you. Went in for an oil change, got great price. Had an underlying issue with suspension (didn t say anything) and the mechanic caught it from driving my car. I would trust these guys with any make or model. Easy 5 star.

Waheed is a great guy and the mechanic omar is excellent
my car broke down I had no worries when I got my car back from these guys only took 2 short days and was ready to go working with them was easy and professional. Great customer service, fast repair and I felt very comfortable because I could see that Waheed was very trustworthy. The VP personally came out to treat his customers like family, the VP being Waheed. Overall, 10/10 customer service!

Please dont ever go here. A simple job of replacing my studs on ONE tire this placed lied about the price and cost and charged me for the tow which was supposed to be covered. The price they gave me to replace my studs on one wheel came to 300 dollars and the tow was 100 of a grand total of 400 dollars for the replacement of 4 studs.... 4 studs!!!! A 100 dollar job at the most!!!!! 400 dollars. They are scam artists I didnt even make it home my tire just broke a lug and the rest are loose and I have to have my car towed again.
I went in for an oil change and was greeted outside by Andy. He told me he just started working there and was there to help me. I told him I was just there for an oil change. He wrote me up told me it would be about. 45 minutes. He suggested a couple repairs that I could not afford. They have in house financing that I applied for but was not approved. He suggested a plan for my repairs, safety items first gave me an estimate and then discounted for when I come back! I am unemployed and have no money. He was so non judgemental and seriously wanted to help me! I am telling my friend and family about this place. A Diamond in the rough! Thank you Andy and staff for making this oil change a great experience! I will be back. Keep up the great work!

Brought my car in to get the check engine light diagnosed. They didn t get the diagnosis right, tried to charge $350 for a part that I didn t need that costs $80 and can be changed in 5 minutes, then tried to overcharge me for the diagnosis, didn t re-attach multiple parts under the hood and told me it was good to go, and lost the cover to my fuse box. Don t take your car here unless you feel like flushing a few hundred dollars down the toilet

When you need routine maintenance or those unexpected repairs done check them out. Not only are they friendly they are knowledgeable and they care about the customer and WANT to help resolve your problem. They do it in a timely manner and dont cost a fortune. From my experience (as a female) going to a shop this was by far the best experience I have had. I will continue to support them with my business and you should too. Josh and Randy took such good care of me. They went above and beyond to get me the parts and tires I needed the same day, even traveling to another location. They were kind enough to take care of my car while I was at work and even dropped me off. Talk about amazing customer service. They offer discounts if you work in the medical field as well. I will 100% be back and will be highly recommending this business to my friends and coworkers!!

Interesting that the owner replied 4 months later and fluffs it off as if it wasnt this shop, as if I wrote the review for the wrong place. Nate is short for Nathan which if anybody reads a couple of reviews below mine it verifies that someone else mentioned him as well in their post, which looks bad on the owners part in his reply. The owner just made himself look bad and his business. I had my Honda Civic towed to this shop and they installed an actuator that I provided. I made the mistake of not asking the hourly rate they charge which was ridiculous! $180/hour! After they put the part on for me they told me they need to do a 3-hour diagnostics to find out why the breaks wont release. I showed up in person the next day after thinking about it and Nate said they can do it in 2 hours and if they dont find anything they wont charge me which I thought was fair. I get a call the next day saying the other actuator is bad and breaks, rotors, pads need to be replaced and the quote was close to $1700! I had it towed to Auto Lab of Troy that was recommended by my mechanic in Detroit that said they had the best diagnostic guy and they diagnosed the problem as something totally different and solved this 2 year problem in 1 day. It was the harness not the other actuator. If I would have kept my vehicle at Waterford Repair Shop it would have been a nightmare! Both Nate and Randy were very nice but the labor rate is outrageous and diagnostics is not all they said it was.

Called around to all the chains to get a bolt out of my tire and they all said 2 days out and blew me off.. call Waterford auto repair and the owner said bring it on by I had my 1.5 year old with me and I gave him the keys ..10 mins later had the bolt out and keys back into my hands and said don t worry about paying and have a nice day! Waterford auto repair is my new shop especially for anything tire related. Best experience I have had at a shop ever.
This is a very reliable and trustworthy car shop. Josh kept me laughing while I waited for my car to be serviced but they were definitely about business.
