Zach the Manager made my day. Car broke down on busy road. Towed in. I thought transmission. Zach found cv joint slipped out, due to missing pin. Thanks, Zach for making my day+!

Rude and unhelpful. I tried to fix my transmission myself. But when I realized I couldn't I called them for help. I told him I just needed my transmission hooked back up and he laughed at me and said I would have to charge you double.

@Mecanix I had my 5 speed manual in my Subaru rebuilt by Chuck and has never shifted better. I think quality takes patience.

This was my first time working with this service center, they ended up having to replace my transmission in my truck. They kept me informed about how long it would take, pricing was very reasonable. Since picking up my truck the transmission shifts better than it ever did! I appreciate the work done on my truck and I'll absolutely recommend this place and use them myself again in the future.

Brought my transmission here will all the parts to be serviced. Sat for days without being touched. Brought donuts and offered to pay more to get the transmission worked on due to a time restraint and was turned down, had to pick it up and take it to another shop far away. Which got it done in less than 24hrs. I recommend to take your manual transmission/differential needs to USA Transmission. Staff was friendly but not helpful to my situation.
