Always get a second opinion if youre going here. Tried to sell me a $350 dollar part when it was just a $2.00 fuse.

we were quoted 733 for a repair and were charged 933 with no explanation or even a call letting us know the the repair would cost more that the original quote.

Good people my first time there was a great experience. I had them give me an oil change and I bought some new tires for my trail boss. Definitely a reasonable price II will be going back for sure.

I would give zero stars if i could. A few months ago, i stopped in for an oil change. $650 later, i apparently needed new front brakes and rotors. I m young and don t know a lot about cars and I was just starting a new job a few days later so I paid the money. Usually, I would have had a trusted mechanic with 30+ years of experience look at my car but I panicked and had Goodyear fix it. I had bought my car used just over a year ago and the brakes and rotors were replaced then, again, I didn t know any better. Turns out they never even did the oil change I went in for either. Come last week, my brakes start making noise again. I look at the paperwork they gave me last time and notice the warranty on the parts. I m thinking it s the front brakes making noise again and bring it back up there only because of the warranty. They tell me it s my back brakes and drums. They say that the drums are eating the brakes completely. And quote me $620 to fix it. My trusted mechanic is available so I tell him what s up, i buy the parts, and bring the car to him. He looks at it, clears the dust off the drums, and they are completely fine. The shoes have the same thickness as the brand new ones out of the box. The drum is completely fine, just dusty. This shop scams people out of money, scams those who don t know any better, scams people because they can get away with it and make a quick buck. SHAME ON YOU!

I went in to have my tires rotated for my long trip back home, and they got me right in, did the work, didnt charge me much at all, and I had my car back super fast, and got back home safe thanks to them! Came in for an oil change and was talked onto a $2000 brake job. Im a 75 year old woman and I was afraid to drive away with bad brakes. I believe I was scammed. After the repair I had to come back because the repair men put the hubcaps on incorrectly. They were sticking out. REALLY?!!! Then I realized a very valuable large Greek cross that was glue to my dash was missing. Couldnt get the manager Nathan to return my calls. A police report has been filed.

Just another bunch of liars. I replaced all the front suspension parts on my car and brought it here for an alignment. They said it was perfect, which I felt was very odd but why would they lie about it. Now here I am 500 miles later with bald tires. He was very concerned however that I didnt tighten everything good, which I found insulting.They then overfilled my oil, which I had just changed and did not ask them to check. Then he told me I needed new back brakes; which I checked when I got home and found to be almost new. Dont go there expecting honest work.

I ve been going here for about two years with my father. He knows the owner Abe. There s a guy at the front desk. His name is Nathan. I would not recommend my dog to go there absolute horrible customer service. We had to file a police report because Nathan thought he was a tough guy and wanted to cuss me out. The guy is an absolute joke, that s why he works at a tire shop. he is not a man. He is a little boy. He does not know how to conduct business.

If I could give zero stars I would. Replaced my trans twice. Second time, they didnt bold everything down or fill my fluids and now My car is totaled out and not running. Hasnt for MONTHS. Cant get ahold of anyone to figure out how to get my money back. Took loans out to pay just under 4500 for them to ruin my 2017 vehicle. Im out thousands for a gigantic paper weight now. 0/10 do not recommend

I have taken my multiple of my vehicles her for repair. Everything has always been fixed in the time they said it would be. Even offered rides to and from home. They even got most of my problems fixed through my warranty company and that made it so much more affordable. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else!

Don t go here. I went there on a Sunday with a $25 coupon oil change. The guy told me I needed $2000 worth of brake job work. He showed me the sway bars were not suppose to move and they were shot. They are suppose to move. I m a female who he tried to take advantage of and thank goodness I got a second opinion. My car only had 35,000 miles on it. I then left the shop and on my way home a large piece of metal under the front bottom of my car, fell and started dragging making an awful noise. He didn t attach it well enough. I will NEVER go back here again. This guy totally tried to rip me off! Very disappointing!!!

Took my 2020 Lincoln MKC to Belle Tire & Discount Tire before coming here to Waterford Auto Repair and spoke to Nathan and Abe who got me 4 Brand New Good Year Tires and did a full Brake job, Tune up, and Oil Change and Beat them by HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS! Thanks Guys u have new Customer because of it!!

Abe and nathen really deserve the best and hope u guys and your family a healthy life, came in to this shop needing a engine another shop said I did and left spending 200 dollars on tensioner and belt these guys are honest as can be love u guys. Saved me a fortune.

Great service and quick. Alignments are a great price. Mechanics are very good and respectable.

Called to see if they had an opening for an oil change and tire rotation, they said come on in. They showed me my tires and that they didn t need a rotation, that it would actually be worse for the car if I rotated them (I have done it as frequently as I should be) and they were done very quickly. They were very nice informative. Pricing was awesome, way better than any other place I ve gone to! Will be back for sure!!

Full synthetic oil change, new struts and alignment and new tires for a very competitive price (if not the best price I could get searching high and low and driving to three different places). Everyone was very friendly and Nathan especially helpful. I ll be back.

Walked out to find my car with no oil due to recent oil change at this location went there yesterday because the car kept saying low oil level just to be told it needed to be topped off also was quoted 1300$ for brakes will never return.

Had a 2010 Ford focus tow there told them the trans fluids probably a little low and the trans coolant lines need to be replaced. They called back the next day trying to sell me a $2400 transmission and a $1200 install. I had to get it towed somewhere else and ended up paying $350 to fix the problem. After saying I was having it towed somewhere else the staffer followed up with we are able to find you one cheaper. They didn t check what I asked them to and they tried turning a $350-$500 repair bill into a $4000. Money hungry and greedy. This shop contains up sellers who don t care about you.

Recently moved to the area of waterford wanted to share some work with the local people instead of giving my business to big corporations. Mistake!! This place will take advantage of you if you let them there is nothing wrong with my Grand Prix the steering wheel is off just a hair other than that she drives perfect. Just asked for an alignment and this place is telling my my rack and pionon is bad yet no noise, grinding, nothing drives smooth had the car since 08 I know it better than my wife it came first.

Make sure you have someone knowledgeable come and listen in they will try and rob you blind in addition to taking advantage of elderly customers they also lie about cost and part sourcing charging new part prices for salvaged parts place should be shut down for its shady business practices almost forgot make sure you keep an eye on the condition of your parts before you take it in as well they tried to tell me something I had just gotten replaced was broken when I pointed that fact out he said oh well it was leaking ill try and tighten it down but youre gonna need it replaced again soon so either you damaged it or you were trying to swindle me.

These guys were great joe was awesome he kept in contact with me and my mom the whole time, I took my truck in with transmission issues and bad ball joints and they had it fixed and back to me in a couple of days I definitely recommend.

All the employees treated me with respect, had couple issues with engine, they had my truck couple days as I was in no hurry they called me with updates and cost even gave me a discount, very friendly these guys were awesome. The customer service here is amazing, I was truly surprised that Abe the owner went out of his way to rent me a car when they were fixing my car after a complaint I had, and showed me that he and his team really care about their customers. I went to 4 different locations for car repairs but this the one that I ve ever seen that went the extra miles to fix my issues. I ll give an update on my car once a week or so passes. I would highly recommend people to go here.

Nobody likes car trouble and an unexpected bill, but the guys at this shop are so kind, reliable, and knowledgeable. They gave me an estimate of three days max to fix a large string of problems with my car, and had it done the next day. I spoke with Abe, Mike, and Jay and they were all super great and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. They ve definitely got my business in the future.

My car had a engine light on and vsc light on . I ask him to fix for . And I leave my car they . They car me back later give me the prize almost $ 900 hundred dollars. I say it so ok after few day o come pick up drove back home all the engine lights still on . I call them and drop my car back they say they call me back on the same day , but I wait for two days no one call me . I call them back ,they told me something wrong with my car. He told your car need to fix again about 1, 300 dollars I am very mad. please don t go there . I don t recommend this place.

Awful. Their estimate was hundreds of dollars more than other garages in the area. Also, they charge for diagnosing your car issues without disclosing the fee when you drop your vehicle off. If you question this policy, Karen will advise you that there are signs on the wall regarding this policy. Very unprofessional. Id give them zero stars, but google makes you give them at least 1 star. Avoid this place, unless you love getting gouged.

I am so happy Ivan and Karen opened their own shop. Ivan has completed alot of work on my vehicles. Each and every time done in a timely manner and at a fair price. Even though I live in highland, Ill drive to Waterford for the quality and personal service each and every time!

My mother and I were stuck in Waterford with a vehicle that had a break line bust with no brakes. Ivan and Karen were fair and didnt try to burn a hole in our pocket. In/out of shop in a matter of a few hours. I have a new go to. Thanks guys!
