Great place to get your oil change. The team there is very helpful
I recently went for an oil change, during which they discovered my sway bar was in bad shape from years of wear and tear. I went through with the replacement, after which I noticed there was a clunking noise that wasn't there before. The team at this Jiffy Lube took me back in and went to work on the problem. Ultimately they fixed the issue with a solution that was simpler than was originally anticipated, and at much lower cost. I want to specifically compliment Versha and Kevin for their role in diagnosing the malfunction and making that clunk go away. Both were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and effective in their duties, to include communicating with me throughout the process. I give high marks to this Jiffy Lube location and I recommend it to anyone requiring timely service.
A little on the pricy side, but if you want amazing service, it's well worth it. I got so much more that an oil change. My windows were cleaned. Car was vacuumed, and everything was safety checked and gone over with us. Great customer service.
The people were great, but I will never be back to this Jiffy Lube. I went in to get my spark plugs changed and figured I would do the oil, tire rotation, check things, etc. I was told it would only take an hour. After an hour and half went by, I was told one of the new spark plugs came out of the box cracked so they had to go get a new one. They went to another store to get a new plug, and got the wrong one. So they had to go back the store to get the right one. They finally got the right one, but then when they went to put everything back together they stripped one of the screws that holds the ignition coil on. So after being there for over 2 hours, I was told I would have to come back on Monday so they could drill it out and tap and die it. I asked when a good time to come in Monday was and they said 10am. On Monday, I figured I would get there a little early to get a jump on it and when I arrived at 930am I was told the only guy who could fix it doesn’t come in until 10 (something that would’ve been nice to know). I was then told it would take an hour at most to do the work when he did arrive, so I went and got breakfast with a friend. I came back an hour later and was told that the drill bits were too dull so they had to go BACK out and get new drill bits and had only just started the work 15 minutes ago around 1045am. So I sat there for another 45 minutes and finally was told they were almost all done, they just had to go next door to the get the screw. I mean – it was like this place had ZERO parts and any part they needed they had to go get. Finally they get the screw and the whole thing put back together after another 2 hour wait. At this point I had been at Jiffy Lube for over 4 hours to do 1 hour worth of work and half of that was literally them going back and forth to get parts. On top of that, my bill came to $500 (I didn’t pay for any extra things from the screw debacle) but I paid $450 not because they gave me any kind of discount for the hassle and the time (not even like, here’s your oil for free, apologies), but because I ASKED for the first responder discount. The people were great, the work was not. I know stuff happens, but like damn.
Obviously this type of quick oil change place is more expensive than the "average" place, but it was so worth it here. The person that told me about the service they offer explained the levels that my car was at. It was done in 10-15 minutes. Then an employee opened the building door for me and ran over and opened my car door. It was so nice and extra! I appreciated the top notch customer service.
They robbed me $200+ for a transmission flush and fill and put in a thermostat almost 2 months ago. Tell me why I go to valvoline in Groton (great place btw, 1000x better than this place) for an oil change last week and the saw that I had no transmission fluid?!! What?!? Why did I drop $200+ for them to do nothing. I went one day because I had no heat in my car and needed help, one of the workers said it will be done in a hour, 3 hours later he bring me a car with a “now” check engine light is on. Granted he was nice and said to come back, he will pay for the part and fix it himself which he did. However still no heat and I had no transmission fluid in my car for over a month. They robbed me of my money so I HIGHLY recommend not goin to these guys, go to a different jiffy lube! I also noticed they removed my cover engine and a bunch of bolts and left it on the dash without informing me. So I’m expecting something from my car to break now. Horrible place! Go somewhere else.

I had a very efficient and gracious experience today while waiting for my car to be serviced at Jiffy Lube in Waterford Conn. The men and manager/owner Lawrence Scott, took a list of my wishes for check up and cleaning of which all were accomplished to my satisfaction. I have been going to this particular place for several years and have never written a review for them so I figured it was time. I will definitely be back again. They also have started a Loyalty card that gives you 50% off after 3x. Now that’s a good deal ! Here below are some pictures :

I left my phone charger there at the shop after an oil change and I called the next day first thing in the morning and was told they have it after describing it so I came in later to get it that day and they couldn t find it behind the desk. They stole my phone charger after telling me it was there and they were holding it. Don t trust them anymore that s 30 dollars I don t have at the moment

I will say by far the best oil change experience of my life. The staff were all kind and courteous, knowledgeable and kept me in the loop about all that was going on with my car. 5 stars is not enough for the staff they deserve 10.

Good for oil change thats about it! They told me I needed front tie rods because loose .when brought back week later they had me waiting 3 hours to tell me got delivered wrong ones cant do it today.following Monday brought it to a different garage and 2 mechanics looked at tie rods and both said theres nothing wrong with them.
Honest, hardworking staff, price very reasonable. Oil change, got air in all 4 tires, topped off several fluids. Pleased with shop locally owned.

TERRIBLE place do not come here. Went to get a oil Change and they forgot to put my oil cap back on. Oil exploded everywhere in my car !!

Did a great job on the oil change and staff is very polite. But feel that I was misled on the service of the cabin filter replacement service. I was told that they pull and vacuum the blower motor ( which would make the $70 they charge to replace a $10 filter, more worth it). When I turned on the fan as I left, and it was noisy, they told me they couldnt get to it. To vacuum it. Would not have had it done if they were not going to vacuum out the debris

Most recently used on 12/22/23 and have used prior. Staff is so friendly and really seemed to be having fun doing their jobs. Really enjoyed the customer service and friendliness of the staff while getting my oil changed. Wonderful crew.
BEWARE - After spending four months in military training, I took my truck in for a brake pad replacement before driving across country. The brake pads were installed backwards. I returned to the store and was told the grinding noise was normal. After Jiffy Lube closed for the evening I still felt uneasy and went to Firestone where they diagnosed the backwards brake pad. The backward brake pad ruined a perfect rotor. While driving across country I ran out of brake fluid due to a leaking brake caliber that was not leaking before Jiffy Lube preformed the brake service. I took it directly to a Jiffy Lube and they had to replace the new brake pad, new rotor, and caliber. The Waterford Jiffy Lube refused to reimburse the warranty since I went to Firestone due to a safety concern and their store was closed that night. The store was terrible returning calls and no one ever apologized or took ownership. Save yourself a possible negligence litigation headache. Do NOT do business here. Bad customer service, crooks, and terrible to military. Still over $600 out of pocket due to negligence. Beware that the warranty will not be honored in different states due to this business being a franchise and not corporately owned. Four repair shops, 12 hours in waiting rooms, missed work, and $600 still out of pocket all from a simple brake pad and rotor replacement. Save yourself.

This guys writes his own review threatens his employees. If they dont leave a review, he will fire them,put smaller cabin filters if he doesnt have the right one just for the sale. Doesnt put in what people ask for for oil like some people ask for synthetic. They get regular oil. Some people ask for long life. They get synthetic .the Guy doesnt even do busines on the up and up. Business should not even be in business. You cant be honest businessman. You have no right being in business. Beware rip off.

I am the Store Manager and we are having a hard time with Google to have our hours changed, but our hours of operation is Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM and Saturday 8AM to 5PM and closed Sunday.

I tend to have a fine time with Jiffy Lube. Idk. they say you can chance your own oil but synthetic is already expensive and doesnt have to be changed very often so I guess it seems like its not cost-effective for me to learn. but I also realize that I am lazy and if the world falls apart I am not likely to have many marketable skills. I dont know what to say about this: I guess a lot of us are consciously investing our time, energy into skills the market-value of which completely depends on the survival of our current mode of life, including global shareholder capitalism, the internet, and abundant electricity. Will this gamble payoff or should I learn to change my own oil???

Was putting off an oil change due to Covid-19 but was super paranoid as being high risk to have to be at the car dealership where I usually get these done. I called here and they assured it me it would be no problem to do a no-contact stay in the car change. Aside from a few less than 30 second convos about my dirty airfilter it was no contact which I appreciated so much! Quick no contact oil change and battery replacement. Corey and Charlie were super helpful and did not pressure for additional services. Got a super trustworthy vibe from them. Will be back for other services in the near future. Thanks guys for an awesome experience.

The folks here were nice and helpful. I felt bad though, because I think when I went there was a new employee who was inexperienced and the team spent 3 hours working on my car before telling me they couldnt change my oil and I had to come back after the weekend... It was a little frustrating but I felt worse that it had been my car holding the other customers up. The other folks in the waiting area were clearly annoyed and talking rudely about how my car was taking too long. I liked the employees here but it seemed like maybe an off day for some. Regardless, I think Ill still come back because they were very helpful and nice otherwise. Thank you guys for your patience!

When to get my oil changed and fluids topped off 2 days later I found my self stock on the highway miles away from home because my car over heated no antifreeze and I was told by jiffy lubes my oil antifreezes and brake fluid was topped great way to start my vacation thank jiffy lube

Im from California and there are jiffy lubes everywhere, spent a couple years in a state where there is none...was so happy to move here a few years ago and see that there is one!!!! Service is always excellent, they always make recommendations but never make you feel pressured to get them....always quick and they are extremely nice! Will NOT go anywhere else!!!
I used this location before leaving for home after our vacation. A young gentleman worked on the car. 20 minutes into the ride back home my car started leaking water from the under the glove box and onto my passenger floor. I knew it had to be the air conditioning because I had just turned it on. After inspecting the cabin airfilter had been put back in upside down I knew some debris had been caught in the draining pipe that usually leads out the undercarriage of the vehicle. No biggie. I sent an email to jiffy lubes customer service and continued the 6 hour august drive home. What happened after that was just ridiculous. Long story short Lawrence Scott (mgr?) took 3 weeks to get back to me. I had to go through the company, his regional supervisor, then the owner of store #696. I had to call him weekly after that with him having no updates. After doing my own work in speaking to my local jiffy lube and getting Lawrence on the phone, my normal location got the leaf out of the pipe in a matter of minutes. Thank you Arnold, MD jiffy lube. Do you think I recieved a call after getting the problem fixed or a week later to check up on if my vehicle was doing well? No. From the 8 employees (with no managers present) I left messages with prior to getting my car fixed, Lawrence Scott is never working. Thank you to the regional supervisor for getting me his direct number or else this never would have gotten fixed.

My car worked perfectly fine. I took it in for an oil change. Then right after my car is leaking radiator fluid everywhere. $40 for an oil change not bad. $390 to fix whatever they did during the oil change terrible.
Standard for Jiffy Lube. Dont forget to look online for coupons before you go. Also, check your tire pressure yourself after you leave. I found a couple of my tires to be over inflated once.
Jiffy Lube is great. Just make sure to use a Groupon and you will save money. Also you must wait 24 hours before using coupon

Terrible, experience!!!!!! The Better Business bureau Rated this location a C- I went here and and they said that the oil change would only be 19.99 and at the end it would end up costing $86.99 then they forced me to buy additional items my bill ended up being a total over $300.00, Im going to take my business and tell all my friends that there are much better places near here, and dont have to be talked into buying unnecessary stuff and services.

Bottom line, this is the fastest, cleanest, and friendliest Jiffy Lube Ive ever been to. I know that in a lot of cases, time of day is a factor. I rolled up to this Jiffy Lube around 12:00 p.m. There was one other vehicle in another bay. When I jumped out of my truck, I was immediately greeted by a technician that explained what additional services would be performed aside from the oil change (cleaning windows, checking other fluids, etc.). Once in the lobby, I explained what service I wanted performed and didnt feel like I was pressured to have any additional services performed (which I have experienced at other Jiffy Lube locations). I was in and out in 20 minutes. Great service. Will I return to this Jiffy Lube? Absolutely!

I was charged 90$ for an oil change (asked for high mileage but charged for full synthetic ) then leave and immediately have to take my car to a mechanic because they cracked my radiator! Please save yourself time and money and do not go here!!!!!! They would not change the full synthetic to high mileage because they said it was impossible after already putting in the oil (LIES) My mechanic told me the only way my radiator would crack would be that someone crushed the hose.... coincidence that this happened after arguing with them after paying 90$... Also Midas will do an oil change and inspect your whole car for half the price. STOP LETTING JIFFY LUBE TAKE YOU MONEY THIS PLACE IS THE WORST ALONG WITH THE STAFF!!!!!!!

He is such a great worker and he takes care of the costumers very well. He is very professional, he always make sure that the costumer understands what is going on with his car.
