Junkie drivers are disrespectful and unprofessional. Just about ran me off the road and looked to be under the influence. Looked at me with a very blank stare right before sticking his head out of the window and screaming at me. When I called to speak to a manager he laughed at what I’d consider a very serious situation and hung up on me. GO ELSEWHERE!
Thank you! Had a tire stem valve blow on our motorhome on a trip through New York State, called everyone in the area no one could help, all booked on a Saturday. Tire warehouse told us on the phone they would fix it if we were OK waiting and to drive it over. After driving extra mileage on a tire going flat we got there for them to say “I dont know who told you that, no we can’t”. Called Tony’s who did not have service that day but he went out of his way to call and connect us with his mobile tech to come out and help us get on our way. Thanks again
Would have given 6 stars if I could 😃 GREAT place to find the tire/tires you want or need! The service was awesome. Tony's has super service men and women with a great friendly attitude whether you're in person or on the phone. We went to find a very odd size tire which we discovered doesn't even exist lol wouldn't have known that without the experts at Tony's!! He found us the exact tires we needed in the brand we wanted and we only had to wait 1 day to get them! Now THAT'S service you can count on! Thanks for all the help! Highly recommend!!!
UPDATE: I gave them a second chance for another set of tires and they beat the lowest online price by $40 and I actually got the tires this time. Quoted a good price on tires but never received them and nobody would call back. Very poor communication. I found the tires cheaper on Walmart.com.
Helpful and friendly people at Tony's Tires, always get the job right the first time!! Many different tire options and if they don't have the tire you're looking for in stock they will tell you when they can get them!
