This towing company is overcharging people! Be careful with them , very high prices! No communication at all , no price before doing the towing, he said the double price after he did the towing! And he doesn’t want to accept the debit card and zelle, that’s why he want charge extra 300$ on top of 2250$ , because we couldn’t pay right away early morning
Our one of truck was stuck at the Ditch, and they just pull the truck and charged us for $ 2550, $ 300 was extra charge from us because they just waited for payment for detention, it's not good for carriers, if carriers wait, they do not pay anything, if they wait they'll require any rate they want
Drove by my truck and kept driving and didn’t call me or tell me why. So I called him back and he said looks like to much if a pain. Did nothing to help
Cant stress enough how grateful we are for good people like Nick and the team at Dave's AuTow. Truck got stuck during a blizzard and it was a chaotic day, they were able to help us get to a shop and were very fair in the price.
My daughter’s car broke down in a dangerous intersection on a side road. The driver (Nick) got there pretty quick and was very friendly. Definitely recommend. Good pricing.
Our car broke down halfway en route to a vacation on a Saturday, a literal 60 second phone call to Dave's AuTow Service had the tow negotiated, quoted and truck dispatched. A tow truck showed up quite quickly, driver was very nice and took great care of my vehicle. Just what I needed and at a very reasonable price too.
Fast and very reliable. I'm a Hazmat Hauler. I broke down on I90 in PA. Their team was sent out. Got me the truck and trailer off the highway quickly with ease to the repair shop. Highly recommended and will use again if needed. Thank you
Absolutely a great group of people! Used them many times for towing of box trucks, heavy duty pick ups, cars and emissions stickers. I know they do inspections as well but I have not used that service. I am always treated with respect they are professional and treat your vehicle with respect. Always my first choice for all the above services I have used.
Anyone in the Erie county, that ever needs a tow for any reason at all this is the crew to call. They are extremely professional and polite. And will do anything possible to help. This morning I had stop on Oliver road in edinboro due to a family member and another car being stuck in the ditch and while I was stopped another car slid off the road blocking me in. Dave s towing showed up and began recovery on my family members vehicle and the others in front of me. Keep in mind I was not stuck I was still just parked on the side of the road. Then browns towing showed up and tried to get the vehicle behind my truck and the browns towing driver had no clue what he was doing and ended up making things much worse he slid into my truck with the roll back bed down causing damage to my truck and pushing my truck off the road. Turned the situation into a very shitty situation and the browns tow driver just made it worst and told me the damages where minimal and not to worry about them. At this time the Dave s Guys could tell I was as angry as could be and they made the best of the situation by using their trucks to get my truck unstuck form browns roll back and pulling my truck up through the yard to get me on my way with out causing anymore damage. Both of the guys from Dave s auto towing where amazing and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what they were doing, and made quick careful work out of the situation. I can t thank this company enough for all their help and stepping in to fix the situation the best they could. Instead of leaving me to deal with the incompetent driver from browns. Most tow companies these days I ve seen and previously dealt with wouldn t even consider getting involved in another tow companies mistake as it brings them liable for anything that could happen but Dave s crew is so well equipped and knowledgeable they did the unthinkable to help me. This show how great and respectable of a company they are. DAVES IS THE GO TO AND SHOULD BE YOUR ONLY CALL WHEN YOU NEED A TOW. This company will not let you down give them your business and help them continue to grow and thrive. Thank you to the amazing team at Dave s!
