Friendly and fast service. Communicated back to me within minutes. Good price considering fuel prices nowadays. Informed me once delivered. Would recommend to anyone needing a tow.

Do not call this guy. Overcharged me. I almost paid $130 to have my car towed down the street. He brought it down to $100 because he seen how upset I was about my car and the situation. Now, if it was $25-$50 okay then.. that’s understandable. But $100?? For a 10 minute drive? Absolutely ridiculous. A tow down the street shouldn’t cost that much. Nice guy but poor decision.

I had problems with the brakes on my car. Richard showed up quickly and brought it to my requested shop. He was also very communicative throughout the process, calling ahead of time as well as afterwards to confirm it was dropped off. Definitely happy with the service.

I can't recommend Richard's enough, he was able to come tow my car promptly, even messaging me his ETA, as well as when he arrived so I didn't have to stand out in the cold. Super nice guy, professional but pretty laid back so I didn't feel like a bother or anything. My car was delivered to the Auto Shop I wanted without any issues whatsoever. The whole thing was done much faster than I've waited for AAA to even show up in the past!

Great service. Starter on my truck died. Called Richard. He said he would come in 20 min. He was on time. Towed it from New London to Groton for a reasonable price. Will use him again for sure. Hopefully won't have to though lol

This guy is awesome!! I called and he came right down to help get my car out of a ditch. I highly recommend this place to help anyone who needs a tow or a flatbed. Such a nice guy! Support ur local businesses :-)

CAUTION! If you want your car towed safely don’t use this tow service. The owner is very unprofessional. When he towed my car he dented and cracked my front bumper. When brought to his attention he denied that the damage happened. After the tow I requested a receipt for the tow which he did not want to give me and gave me a huge hassle. If you want a tow service you can rely on, do not utalize this company.
