I would have liked to give Mamone's a 5-star review as I previously had an excellent experience at their shop. This time, it was not. There was miscommunication between the owner and his son which resulted in confusion and some embarrassment for me. There was also the feeling that I was not as important a customer as others. When my car was "finished", it was dirty inside and out, several papers were thrown on the floor of my backseat, and my front bumper did not fit right. When I mentioned this, the owner wanted to put my car on a lift; the son did not and told me that the bumper would eventually "relax" into place. It did not. I wasted a lot of time because the owner and son couldn't agree on what should be done. Furthermore, from the papers left in my car, I believe that after - market parts were used to repair my car even though I was assured that wouldn't happen. I believe that is why the bumper does not fit correctly. When I asked to see the receipts for the parts I was told it would take too much time to find them. At this point I indicated I wouldn't bring the car back again and explained why. I did receive an apology although it was in the form of a text message and not signed. I am deeply disappointed as I expected the same level of service I received on my first experience, and because Mamone's came very highly recommended by a good friend. So as not to be totally negative - the rental car arrangement was easy to do. Lauren is fantastic - friendly, professional and very efficient. I hope that the issues I encountered get straightened out since, in general, this is an excellent body shop.

I can’t even begin to explain how this company went above and beyond. Lauren is absolutely amazing and so helpful. Frank also has been amazing. From a stressful accident that happened by another person and not wanting to provide insurance information. I highly recommend this company because they actually care about their customers and not just the money… You all rock and deserve 1000 stars.

Very helpful and friendly staff. My problem was mechanical tho and they were unable to help me beyond recommending a local mechanic and talking ke through some options. Dont know about their product quality but customer service was above and beyond.

This auto shop has wonderful service and great people that work there! If you ever need any body work done on your vehicle I would definitely go to these guys. I'd give them a 10 stars if Google let me😊❤

Brought my Santa Fe in for a minor repair. They finished 2 days sooner than projected, for a lower cost and did a great job. Highly recommend!

I stopped in to see about a dent on the front bumper of my vehicle. Within minutes someone was looking at my vehicle, told me what needed to be done, and how much it would cost. They called me personally, made sure everything went smoothly and took the bull by the horns, ensuring everything was successful. 5 stars doesn't do them enough as I will always bring my vehicles to them and recommend anyone else to do so. This is a terrific auto body shop. The work they did on my car was done beautifully. The owners are very professional and helpful. They even went out of their way to get me back and forth to the shop. Thank you!😍
