Harry is really HIM and his team is really THE TRUTH! This review has been a few years coming but they did some body work on my baby after the snow plows violated and I swear my car came out better than he went in! I have a 2023 RAV4 and had an issue with the right door and molding . Harry and his team were awesome! Brett explained everything to me in detail; providing a quote with him 1/2 hour. They were able to get me in the shop within a couple days with new parts. Harry and the team had everything looking brand new and back to me within one day. I have known Harry for over 30 years and would recommend Roberts Auto Body LLC to anyone!! They are exceptional. Thank you!
I first went to them to replace my left side mirror. They were able to get the part and fix it so quickly and for a very reasonable fee. Then when the rear tailgate and glass to my Jeep wasn’t working I went back to them to replace it. They worked diligently to get me a replacement part that had no rust at a reasonable price and they were able to fix my Jeep in one day after they got the part. I will go back to them in a heartbeat for any other auto repairs.
I was recommended this shop by a good friend after was car was hit. Roberts Auto Body did a fantastic job and was in contact with me about my car the entire time. The work was fast and seamless. Definitely the best auto body shop I have ever been to and the easiest to work with.
I had scratches and dents on the passenger side of my 2013 Ram, and my bumpers were damaged in an auto accident. Harry, Al, and John fixed everything. They went above and beyond my expectations. Roberts Auto saved my car! After slipping on black ice and getting into a bad car accident I thought that my car was all but totaled. I even considered scrapping it and getting another. As an attorney in the area, both I and my clients depend on my ability to get from place to place in order to fight for them and provide them with quality representation. It is because of this that my vehicle is very important to me. What Roberts Auto did to my car was nothing short of miraculous. I picked up my car and it looked brand new. They truly treated my vehicle as if it was their own.

Sometimes there are good people left on this earth, John is one of them. I will definitely be going back here for any car needs I have. He went out of his way to fix my car on a Friday night when I broke down next door, and he could ve said he was closed and going home. Much respect for him.

My car was wrecked by a blind left turning car. Had no time/space to stop in time. The driver left the scene in this accident. Harry had just purchased his current shop in Watervliet. His friendly and confident manner won me over. He did a 5 star job. He even made me aware of previous unseen damage, all included in the repair! Ive referred several others to him. His shop is small but well equipped. His knowledge is first rate. Go there, should you need body work on your car. You wont be disappointed. I had to add, the current Google picture is not current. The condemned house in it is now gone, the property cleared for his shop.

IF YOUR LIKE ME, AN INDIVIDUAL WHO WILL NOT SETTLE FOR POOR WORK AT RIDICULOUS PRICES... THEN PLEASE VISIT ROBERTS. HE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING, UNDERSTANDING, FAIR AND TRANSPARENT IN THE PRICING. HE ALSO TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE PROCESS OF THE REPAIR. I DONT GO BY THE RATINGS ON SITES THAT STEER CUSTOMERS TO BUSINESSES. TO BE HONEST, AT MY FIRST IMPRESSION I WAS SCEPTICAL. THE PLACE LOOKS VERY SMALL AND COMPARED TO THE HIGH END PLACES THAT LOOK PRETTY, THE WORK WAS IMMACULATE. THE JOB WAS FINISHED MUCH QUICKER THAN EXPECTED. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED AT THE FINISHED PRODUCT. THE OWNER WAS VERY CONCERNED WITH MY OPINION OF THE FINISHED MASTERPIECE THEY CREATED AND ASKED IF IT WAS DONE TO MY EXPECTATIONS. THE EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL AND IF I AM IN NEED OF REPAIRS IN THE FUTURE, I WILL BE RETURNING TO HIS SHOP.
