They did my service ( replace front cv axle ) for a decent price and stayed open a bit later so I could rush out to work to get it done the same day I called. But later that night I noticed a sound, like metal on metal scraping. I was assured it was nothing and even brought my car in the next day to be checked and lo and behold the sound was no longer present. I tried to show the owner the video but he didn’t want to see it because he said if it was an issue it wouldn’t just come and go like that. I informed him that I had to move to Jersey that day and needed to be sure everything was fine. Well I made it back to Jersey, and sure enough the sound has stuck and even gotten louder. Everyone knows I’m coming anywhere I go because the screeching is just so loud and horrible. If the owner would’ve lifted the car and checked his mechanics” work, this could’ve been solved and avoided but he just drove my car around the corner, the sound wasn’t present and he told me it was okay. I have to now go to another mechanic, since I live in Jersey, and figure out the problem that came from this “ fix “ . Sucks because I really liked the owner, he was so nice to me. But this issue wasn’t there before and started after they replaced my cv axle.
I had a great experience with this auto repair shop. I live in Brooklyn, but unfortunately, my car broke down near Albany. I took it to this shop without knowing what to expect since I was unfamiliar with the mechanic. However, the mechanic made me feel like I could trust him. He clearly explained the issues with my car and even provided images while working on the engine. He also showed me the problem in person. My car was ready the following day, as soon as I gave him the go-ahead to dismantle and rebuild the engine. He also took me for a test drive to reassure me that the car was in good condition for the drive back to Brooklyn! Definitely recommend this auto shop.
Usman took time out of his day to come to the rescue when my car wouldn't start. I was stranded, it was freezing cold, and he saved me! Has anyone had an owner of a garage ever do that?! Also, I've had estimates from other garages but went to 7 Stars for a second opinion, thank goodness I did because he saved me thousands of dollars! Thank you for being kind, trust worthy, up front, and honest.
Worst place i would not recommend anyone to go there unless you wanna be scammed went there to do the oil change they did not just do the oil change but also almost scheduled me for next visit by loosening something that ended up making body noise not sure which one could be ball joints or control arm gotta bring it to other mechanic to find out it’s the common method of scam these people use pretty often to make them return hope the god will reward these people for doing such a good job!!
I had an annoying exhaust leak and brought my car to several garages, all of whom refused to fix the problem, insisting that the entire exhaust system needed to be replaced at the cost of a couple thousand. This shop simply fixed the leak for a fraction of the cost and said the system was fine otherwise. Wholly recommend.
Usman is a saint. I was having car trouble and he appeared out of nowhere to jump my car. When it wouldn’t turn back on after jumping it he got me into the shop same day. I know nothing about cars but I know I’m in good hands at this shop. Great work, great guys, great price. I highly recommend them!

In the last week, I had the most wonderfully extraordinary experience I have ever had with an auto mechanic. Usman was very friendly from the first phone call to the end, in stark contrast to the gruff demeanor of many other mechanics. He installed my new alternator and identified and fixed a problem in my brake line, all in the same day I dropped my car off, which I could see was already quite a busy day. He kept in touch with me by phone as needed while my car was in his shop, so I always knew what was going on. He saved me money by identifying a part that ultimately didn't need replacement. You'd be hard-pressed to beat his labor rates, especially for the high-quality work he does. His parts prices were so reasonable that the decision of whether to purchase my own parts or pay him for his was a no-brainer. 7stars is the right name for this place - deserves 7/5 stars, not only 5/5! The other glowing reviews certainly led me right on this one.

I just moved into the neighborhood and was greeted with a smile and a wave every time I passed by the garage. My car needed some breaks and a headlight serviced so I stopped in to talk to the owner. Im so happy I did, with having some bad experiences at other smaller shops, I was originally hesitant but my experience was nothing but seamless, honest, and quality! From the moment I inquired until the services were complete, the owner was transparent from start to finish. I would recommend anyone here to get their vehicle worked on.

I have never had such a positive experience with a mechanic. The owner explained what was wrong with the car in a way that I could understand and the price for the parts and labour was phenomenal. I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that this has been the best experience that I have ever had with a shop. Usman is a really nice guy. He checked everything out and told me what all needed to be done and what was urgent. Although it was normal wear and tear it was some major issues. He got me back in my vehicle the next day after I dropped it off. He even has a detail service there too. Good service!
Would give 10 stars if possible. Usman went above and beyond with great customer service. He replaced my flat tire extremely quickly and handled everything personally. When no one else could help me he did. I plan to bring my car here for all future work. I highly recommend this place
7 Star shop is it for me, I work in the auto industry and I can tell when people are taking advantage of me. This shop is fair and the customer service is more than welcoming. Fair price good quality work. I already recommended this shop to a few people and by far no complaints. I told the guys at the shop that they are it for me no more searching or getting headaches from overpriced and still the jobs are not being done shop like EAST let me stop. Anyways, I barely do reviews unless it s really worth it.
My car left me stranded 3 times in Dec and finally on 1/2 it left me stuck. I needed a tow and i did not have a mechanic as im new to the area. I contacted Useman, the mechanic and told him issue..I had just replaced the starter. But car wouldnt start. Useman came out to my house to see if he could start. Would not start. He towed the car to the shop about 30 days later when I was able to work out some financial priorities. He had the car up and running in 30 minutes. He checked and let me know some other safety concerns that would need to be addressed soon and even sent pics. I had no transportation so he came and picked me up and brought me back to pay and get car. It is so good to be able to trust my mechanic. Very respectful and down to earth guy with reasonable prices. He even contacted auto zone to use my guarantee I had on the starter and they replaced it for him. Im very happy with the service and will be taking my car back again. He also sells cars. Trust his work ethic. Im do appreciative. .thanks Useman and 7 star.
