Got a flat tire and couldn't get the lug nuts off to put my spare on. Keith pulled up and taught me all about lug nut maintenance while he put my spare on! Made me very at ease for the inconvenience of the situation. Would definitely recommend

Excellent service! They arrived to my car less than 10 mins after calling them. I called 3 different local towing services and this was the best price. If I'm ever in the same situation again I will definitely use them again.
Keith was quick to show up for a tow and very knowledgeable. Our car overheated and was leaking anti-freeze/coolant so we needed a tow. Easy hookup and tow to the garage of our choice and for a nice price too! Would definitely recommend and would use again. Great customer service.
Keith came to my aid when my rented truck became stuck in gravel. He arrived within 15 minutes of my call and was super friendly and helpful. His directions were explicit and I was pulled out in no time despite the fact that it was an awkward space for him to maneuver. I was so happy because I had my pup in the back of the truck and scared it would get too hot for her but I needn't have worried as he handled everything quickly and confidently. Also the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Keith if you are ever in an emergency situation!
Keith did an amazing job towing a vintage car to the shop for us. It wouldn't start, so he went above and beyond in caring for the vehicle to get it on and off the flatbed. Amazing and very reasonable price for all he did. Thank you so much!
My husband and I and a friend were stranded with a flat tire on I 87 at a.rest stop. We called and within 30 minutes they were they and less than an hour later we were safely on our way. The service was professional, the price was not just reasonable it was perfect. I HOPE I don't need them again but they will be my absolute 1st call if I do need them in the future!
I was stuck in ice in a parking lot and needed help getting out. I waited over 20 minutes for my insurance company to find a service and decided to find someone local. He arrived after about 20 minutes and was very professional and helped with getting me out.

on saturday eve. my granddaughters car broke down in a very precarious situation, the entrance ramp to rt 7 east. we found your business on yelp and called speaking to Keith.He was very polite and assured us he was going to take care of us.After explaining the cost Keith kept us informed of his location and arrival time . Called several tow companies through the Troy/Albany area. Keith answered quickly, told him the situation. Came by rather quickly and took the time to help diagnose the issue, which wound up not being the starter, but the battery. Even though I did not require a tow, was very helpful and definately will use again, should I require it.
Right before I had to catch a flight for my vacation I got a bolt stuck in my tire and needed it towed. Keith showed up the moment I had an issue and helped me get my car to the garage in no time flat, giving me tips about buying cars and a cheirfull smile the whole way there. Basically at midnight too. Id leave way more than 5 stars if it were possible and if I ever need a towe again, Lathem roadside is getting my business.
