If I could give it zero stars I would. Made an appointment for a new timing belt three weeks in advance with this shop. I drove an hour there from mass because he had the best price. Should have known it was too good to be true. As soon as I get there, he is EXTREMELY rude claiming he has no idea what I’m talking about and I “didn’t have an appointment” then continues to tell me to basically just get out and he’s not helping me cause it’s not “worth his time”. While I was in the parking lot pulling up directions to back home, ANOTHER customer pulls up for work done. Simple oil change and a couple other things. HE COMPLETELY FROGOT ABOUT HIM TOO!! This place is beyond unprofessional. Please please stay away.

I PURCHASED A CAR FROM ZENEK AUTO SALES AND HE NEVER IINSPECTED THE CAR I HAD A PROBLEM WITH HIM TO REPAIR MY CAR AND HE SAID HE COULD NOT FIND THE PROBLEM,HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU PROBLEMS TO FIX YOUR CAR.HE SAID I WAS CRAZY THE NOISE WAS THERE BECAUSE IT WAS A 2000 CHEVY. .ZENEK IS A THIEF DO NOT BUY OR GET ANY REPAIRS FROM HIM ,HE IS A VERY BAD MACHANIC BELIEVE ME ,( BEWARE! BEWARE) HE WILL STICK YOU BIG TIME.ESPECIALLY SENIOR.
