I had a breakdown with my truck today and called Huckles for AAA. Matt was there within a half hr. and loaded me up on the flatbed and delivered myself and my dog straight to my driveway. Very professional and a nice guy. No paperwork to fill out either. All done with a photo of my window sticker of registration.Huckles have never let me down when I needed them.
Our truck wouldn’t start even with a jump on a Monday night at 6:45. Called Huckles and the lady on the phone was very friendly. Not even 15 minutes later the driver named Mason showed up and was very friendly and helpful. Got everything hooked up in less than 5 minutes and we were on our way. 10/10 would recommend, thank you Mason!
Great experience with Huckle’s Towing and Recovery! Matt was quick and efficient and happy to assist us roadside, even on New Year’s Eve. I hope we don’t need to use AAA or roadside assistance again, but if we do, I hope we are near Huckle’s. 10 out of 10 would recommend for your towing or roadside needs!

Its a cold day in Waverly NY. When my truck refused to restart at a local gas pump. Huckles towing and recovery came quickly to my rescue! Thank you "Don "for a fast response and friendly service. I'm very pleased with your company!
Broke down really far from home and on the side of the highway. Called and was greeted by a friendly voice who was very helpful. They had the driver there faster than what was expected. Matt was very courteous and friendly. Loaded my truck up and we were on our 50 plus mile journey. He got us home safe and took great care of my truck while loading and unloading. The price was very fair. I would highly recommend them for all your towing needs.
As if moving isn't stressful Enough I got myself stock in the mud. Matt from Huckles And first tried With one of their smaller trucks Which wasn't able to To pull me out. He never got frustrated. He just assured me that he would. Get me out.. A short while later he showed up with the big dog. And sure, enough within minutes I was back on the road. Matt was very kind to he allowed me to. Help Where he felt comfortable. For both of our safety. And even gave me a little bit of a education along the way. Matt, thank you for everything You never gave up. You never got frustrated. It was a pleasure meeting you and I would recommend Huckels Anytime life gets you stuck
Needed a "dead in the driveway" tow to my local mechanic garage... driver (Matt) did not balk at my request of using the more time-consuming tow-ring setup on my car, vs. the quicker tow-chain "gaff hook" method. He was very careful on dodging overhead tree branches upon pull away, & 15 minutes later- my car was parked in place for next day repairs. I am only giving 5stars here, as they don't go up to 10stars!😁👍

My car had broke down on my way into work today and the first towing company I called told me 2 hour wait so I called Huckles and they took my info and said they would have a driver to me in 25 minutes. Upon Matt arriving I felt very confinement and safe. He dropped me and my vehicle off the destination, putting my car exzactly where I wanted it. I was still able to make it into work. Highly recommend Huckles for all your towing needs! Request Matt as a driver.

The truck wouldnt start but knew the battery wasnt the problem so we needed a tow. But when Zack showed up from Huckles he was able to diagnose the problem and do a temporary fix so that we could drive the truck to R & G Auto ourselves, avoiding the tow. Zack was fantastic! Rare to find someone like him these days.
Huckles Towing has rescued our car at least three times over the years. They respond in a timely manner and are reasonably priced.

Charged me $200 to pull me 10 feet up onto the highway. I was like WHAT?. Then never gave me a receipt. I think I got scammed.

They were really kind and easy to work with, they let us in to get all of our personal belongings out after the accident with no problems.
You figure if you call for a tow that the vehicle shouldnt be started but apparently that must be specified.
Im hitting this with a three star. I didnt get service an answer or a callback. Si honestly they are extremely busy or extremely in the no trucks (haha) to give category

Great experience! Came roughly 25-35min after I called. My hyundai key fob ran out of batteries and I locked them in my car It was cold out and I was worried they wouldnt show up for a while. Highly recommend

I highly recommend Huckles at anytime, anywhere they are courteous, reliable, in a stressful situation. Josh Park came on a Saturday afternoon from Waverly NY to Horseheads NY as I locked my keys in car. I called local people but noone answered and when i did get an answer they were extremely rude. I took a chance as I have always called Huckles and they answered, and were extremely professional and said they would send someone up asap. Josh came within a half hour, he was professional, nice, quickly and carefully (even though it wasnt easy ) got my car unlocked and did not make me feel bad about locking them in or having to come. Again thank you Josh and the Huckles team for being so professional!
The last car I had was a Ford Focus I was leaving work one night and midnight when my transmission died I immediately called Huckles towing they are very nice fast and professional the driver that showed up was there with in 15 minutes and had my Ford Focus hooked to the truck in under 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this towing company to any car owner who needs there car towed

If I could upload a video I just took of truck number 4 riding on my bumper come down 34 from lockwood into Waverly then passing us on a double line doing 75mph I so would. Very dangerous driver and being a company owner myself I would think twice of having a employee like that.

We got a flat tire on the highway. A very young kid showed up. The first thing he says is Do you have a jack I forgot mine . After I gave him the jack that came with the car, he says he can t get one of the lug nuts off and they will have to tow us! Do not use this company!!

Part of USAA road side assistance. The dog locked my truck with it running. He got there super fast and super nice. This company really is awsome. I highly recommend them. This is my 3 rd use of thier company and they have always delivered! Keep it up guys awsome work!
