Tough time of year to get service I called three times to find out what was happening. All I needed was Freon The tech was here for 15 minutes and the price was very high,over $320.

Service is very volatile. I had a VERY good first impression with a service on a home humidifier and I posted here. However, I called them back for 2 AC units not working. They were able to schedule me only the day after. They fixed it and then one of them broke again 3 days later. I had to call 3 times to get the technician back. He did fix it on the same day. All and all the work was done but it was nothing like the smooth first experience I had earlier during the year. Not sure I will use them again.

Do not believe for one minute they have emergency service. It s 85 degrees in July and my air conditioner is down. Get the picture?

Arrived after hours...promptly for A/C repair. After some troubleshooting the unit was fixed and the cost was reasonable. I really appreciate All Seasons Air.

I had two visits in the last week, one an emergency visit to repair a leak (Cesar) and one scheduled visit to clean the coils (Rob). Both were excellent: prompt, knowledgeable, and minimally invasive. Update: Several years later, Joe came and had to deliver the sad news that the system needed replacing (after over 20 years, not too surprising), and he, too, was very professional.

They were able to give me an appointment within a few days of my call and they followed up the day before to confirm with a time of when to expect them. After my conversation with Michael, who explained Mitsubishi Ductless Heat Pumps options and advised unit locations, I knew that All Seasons Air Conditioning was the contractor to go with. Dawn was very helpful with permit and financing paperwork. Work started and finished as Jeremy described the day of the call. Installers came on time and did a great job. They were highly skilled and extremely courteous. Once job was finished, installers explained functions of remote control. A very friendly staff that always aims to please. Recently put in 2 Mistubishi Ductless systems, and what an amazing product. Called for a service appointment and was pleased that they had an appointment available for the very next afternoon. Andrew, the tech from All Seasns was great. Very polite, provided tips to save on energy use, considerate, very clean and even had booties to cover his shoes. Cleared a clogged drainage line in the attic. Advised that the system was in great shape.

Im only giving 5 stars, so people read it! In 2021 I had my Duct work replaced $7,500.00. Well that still did not FIX the Problem! Still the AC did not work right! Even this year, again we voiced our concerns, when the Tech came to the house for the yearly checkup. If you walked in my house, no one knew the AC was on, we had to run 3 fans! Finally sick of this company NOT CARING! So, we got three other companies to take a look, funny they all said the same thing, the Duct work was not right! I asked how much it would cost for new Duct work, I was SHOCKED to hear, it was a few THOUSAND CHEAPER than what, I paid in 2021 for New DUCT WORK! So, we choose a company out of the 3 and I even asked them to put a new unit in, even though they said mine was good! They ran the Duct work differently! OMG We can finally feel the AC when its on! Im so happy with this NEW COMPANY! I thank them so much for knowing what was wrong and FIXED it! Wasted $7,500 with ALL SEASONS, Unbelievable! For Four Years, you couldnt fix my problem!! UNREAL!!

Things went well at first. Tech was nice and determined that the coil unit inside needed to be replaced. Downhill from there. Part was out of stock (not their fault) I kept calling and finally spoke to someone who assured me he would call me back today. Needless to say he didnt. I told him my upstairs was boiling hot and needed some options. Called another local company who will be here on Monday. Waste of over 300 dollars. They sound like they care but they dont.

First and foremost I apologize for not writing this any sooner. I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Mike who walked my home and educated me on the system I happily purchased and continued to use since 2021. I was educated on the product line and ended up going with ductless heating & AC (also called split units). We have two huge Mitsubishi split unit condensers sitting in my backyard that heat/cool a total of 11 rooms in my home. I can honestly say that these units cool and heat efficiently and really dont bang you upside the head in terms of electric bill. Ive had to call All Seasons to fix some issues that have come up but their team showed up like superheroes on the worst days and still made sure I was satisfied with their quality of work and service. Mike and the rest of the ALL SEASON AIR family, thank you for providing my family and I first class service even years after purchase! We wish you continued growth and success!

When the fan we needed for our system arrived, All Seasons sent them right over even though it was late in the day to immediately repair our air conditioning issue! Signed up for a yearly maintenance contract on heat And ac system made appointment 2 weeks in advance and confirmed the day before, Day of they canceled due to other emergencies. Mind you they did this one time before with zero regard that someone took a day off from work for there service window. Don t sign up for the contract it s a $630.00 money grab with zero perks. They offer you all these services and can t perform.

I cant Rave about these guys enough!! The day Dennis came to give me my initial quote, And showed up, and at my front door, BEFORE walking in my house Put on Plastic Booties over his boots to protect my floors from the weather.. (it was pouring out) That to me before he said a word SOLD the job.. If the company pays that close attention to just walking in a house to give a quote.. i can only imagine how great their work would be.. NOT to mention they came highly recommended from a friend Who already used them for the same service, and Could not rave about them enough.. I had central AC put in, in my whole house.. Consisting of Ducted Units, and Mini-Split Ductless units.. We had some issues with one room not getting cold enough, Dennis quickly came over, and within minutes we had a solution and plan to fix the issue, in the end, it was no additional cost, and we both walked away with exactly what was needed.. IN the end the install was Neat the organized the ducting in my attic as best as could be done also looked neat and organized.. and all holes and anything cut was neat and cleaned up when they were done!! So now the techs.. They spent just about a week at my house installing the system.. By the end of the week, i felt like they were friends, they are so personable, and friendly, saying good morning, checking in letting me now status/progress.. They covered every area they were working in, or even walking through in tarps.. cleaned up and straightened up everything at the end of every day. The last day of the job, not only did i tip them, BUT we bought them pizza for lunch, It was the least we could do for such nice guys, that did amazing work! Not only did they do a great job by me but i quickly referred them to my uncle, and he is also right now using them for work as well!! If you need anything done for Central AC work, Installs, or anything Go with these guys YOU WILL NOT be disappointed!! they have a customer for life, and I will ALWAYS plug them whenever i can and hear someone needs a AC company!!

Installed 2 split units at the end of the 2019 season (primarily only experienced how the heat worked). At the beginning of the 2020 AC season, we experienced some performance issues. After a brief hiccup getting the right solution, the Owner Dennis threw everything he had at the problem until it was fixed with no additional expenses. He even arranged to have the wall repainted after removing one of the units. Thank you Dennis and your techs. I would recommend this company completely.

Last year (2020) we changed companies to service our heating and ac units. I found All Seasons to be a great find. Their technicians are some of the best. They explain, in layman terms what they re doing, why, and recommendations if needed. Our A/C compressor finally died (mid July 2021) and we were given options. Replace the entire unit, compressor only, or include the furnace., heat exchanger with a new A/C. We chose the latter. We shopped a couple of other companies and decided on what All Seasons offered us. The entire system was competitively priced, and they were able to install it within one week. It s summertime and who doesn t want their a/c unit up and running ASAP. Their competitors were 3-4 weeks out. Their team came into my home and treated it like their own. They kept all areas clean (before and after). They were professional and kept me informed of their progress. I d also like to add how pleasant and helpful their office staff is. I would highly recommend All Seasons.

Woke up Sunday Morning on the most humid day if the year to a thermostat that read 83°. I called All Seasons Air Conditioning. Sandy answered the phone gave me all my options and specific instructions to shut down my unit. She was knowledgeable and professional. She sent a tech hear immediately. The tech was friendly, he wore a mask, he even put on shoe covers when entering my home. He not only knew exactly what he was doing but he explained everything that was happening to my unit and how I can take care of it and prolong its lifespan. The guys name was Andrew and he gave us old school customer service. He was absolutely amazing. He was honest and genuinely seemed concerned about our needs. I definitely recommend this company and if allowed to pick your tech ask for Andrew. He turned a difficult situation into a great experience and now we have an icy cold home. Air conditioning stopped working with the temperature being over 90 degrees outside. As usual, Sandy and her staff were kind, patient and professional. First, they tried to problem solve over the phone to avoid a needless service call. Then she made sure to fit us into her schedule right away so that we wouldnt go another night without air conditioning. Caesar, the technician, who is always great, was friendly, competent and quickly solved our problem. He came with a mask but was successfully able to solve the problem without even entering the house. So glad I can rely on Dennis Jr./Sr., Sandy and the All Seasons team.
