Thorough and good servicing! Had a rather big fix and the shop provided pictures of the issues they had throughout the exploration and fixing process. We felt they remained in very good contact and we always knew what was going on. The repair shop extensively also explained what they had done when the car was picked up. It was in better shape than it had ever been! They actually improved the car! It was a pleasure to speak with staff and to have a car fixed here, something I don’t think I’ve ever fully had before! I wish this shop was closer to where I normally live, because I would come see them exclusively for a lifetime of car service.

First time here. And everyone was awesome. They made you feel welcomed. Never been to a garage that made you feel welcomed.. I recommend this garage.. John and the whole crew were amazing and friendly

Our car broke down at Capital Region Welcome Center on the Thruway and we had it towed to Eagle. They were the nicest people. We needed a rental car while they waited for our part to come in. John actually drove us 40 minutes to the car rental company!! Unbelievable Customer Service. They explained everything about the car, and it was done exactly when they said it would be. We were on our way to a wedding and Eagle Auto Repair made a very stressful situation much more bearable. If you are in this area, you need to use these guys.

I had a break down on my way up north. I got off the hi-way and found these guys at 5pm on a Friday evening. They were obviously getting ready to close for the day, but they took a look at my truck, told me to sit tight, and had me back on the road in about an hour. They even brought a bowl of water out for my dog. Highly recommend

Great honest guys 👍🏾😎 Hard to find these days. My Toyota Highlander oil cooler hose burst about 30min from our location traveling from Maryland. These guys are very fast and knowledgeable in their craft, they found my problem in about 10 min. I Can't thank John, Bobby, and Steve enough. Got us back on the road in about 2 hrs. I'm glad it wasn't major. I'm not from around these parts, but I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area. Truly a miracle the way things worked out🙏🏾

These guys were able to fix my truck suspension issues, when no one else would touch it. The part they installed was defective, but they took it back and replaced the part. I would recommend them for doing the work other shops will pass on.

John was absolutely wonderful. My car was stalling and I was unable to get into the dealership for weeks. He took my car the next day. He was very kind and explained everything to me in detail and even taught me some things I didn’t know about newer cars. I would definitely recommend Eagle auto repair to anyone looking to have work done.

my tire ended up with a slow leak on moving day, I couldn’t remove my spare from my trunk as it was very stuck and I have a bad hand. eagle auto was only a few miles from my new house, they got my car in immediately, helped me through all my problems, and threw my spare on free of charge. I will be returning next month for new tires and my inspection. They were so nice, and really made my day. Would recommend to anyone in my area!
