High Quality work, I did get quotes that were a little cheaper but they showed me examples of work they did that didnt look that great, the dent doctor was able to show me why he was worth paying an extra couple bucks.

Never had such a hassle with any business for anything like I did here. Made an appointment, adjusted my work schedule for it, then get a text he needs to reschedule to next day with no reason given ok no problem. Next day another text needs to reschedule to next day again because his favorite dog is sick .. ok fine. Next day another text to reschedule to the next week because the weather says rain eve though I have a commercial sized parking garage. All the while acting like he s doing me a favor and has the audacity to say he s flexible and to let him know what works for me.. what worked for me were the first THREE appointments. Then he proceeds to berate me with texts and emojis (which is about as unprofessional as it gets) asking to make an appointment back to the week he tried to push off even though forecast was still rain and after I explicitly told him I couldn t adjust my work schedule any further that week. Can t even imagine what the next excuse would ve been to avoid the next appointment. Can t rate his work, but if his works is anywhere on par with his professionalism I can only imagine it s a nightmare. Would not recommend this place.

had to redo my orginal post, chris pulled a quarter sized dent and put a dab of touch up paint said he would come back to wet sand and polish in a week or so. texted him to make the appointment and tells me he don t do that. i explained that s what he told me a week or so ago. then comes up with the excuse he won t be around for another 2 weeks since he s outta state.don t bother the owner is a flake

Chris from Dent Doctor NY is the real deal. The first dent he repaired was right the gas tank. It was in February and 19 degrees cold and he worked for almost 2 hours with heaters, glues and suctions to get the job perfectly done. Recently, I went to him again in LI to get rid of two small dents which he did perfectly. Absolutely no trace and my car looks brand new again. Thanks Chris.

We had Chris, the Dent Doctor, work on a pretty big dent on the side of our truck this week. With our schedules it is usually tricky to get appointments but he worked with us to make sure he could fit us in the day we had available. Not only was it quick and painless but he was super professional and friendly at the same time! The dent is gone and the truck looks flawless, definitely recommend if you need to fix a dent in your vehicle!

On Friday, I texted a picture of a dent that needed repair and Chris showed up the next day (in the rain) and fixed it. After he was done, I could not even tell where it was, that is how good of a job he did. I would 100% recommend to family and friends.

I messaged chris on Wednesday about an estimate on a few small dents and dings I had on my car. He answered me immediately with a price and was able to see me the following day. When I met him I showed him everything I was looking to get done and he even found other spots that I missed as well. He also estimated me at an hour and took only 20 minutes. I have to say that iam individual that researches everything before I make my decisions. It took me two years of research to by my New truck in 2019. I even paid 999.00 for a special paint from chevrolet. My first thing was people opening there car doors with no regard to what was parked next to them. So I put aftermarket trim on the sides of my truck so they hit that before my paint. Well that worked before I made a trip to Home Depot in Linden NJ. Came out to my truck and someone let a long handle cart hit my truck. The orange paint was tough but I got it off. The dent it left in my driver side passenger door was disappointing. I went to a couple body collision centers and got quotes of 1750.00 to 4000.00. Thats just nuts. I Text Dent Doctor and was very pleased with the quick response to my concerns. Chris came by my house and within a hours time the dent was gone and I was happy again. It means everything to have the experience and expertise to be able to repair my truck I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for proper dent removal.

I recently had the misfortune of a grocery cart slamming into the side of my car and putting in a noticeable dent. I discovered Dent Doctor online and after reaching out, I got an immediate response from Chris, the owner. I provided the images, he gave me a price to repair which was far lower then what it would have been if I had went to a traditional body shop. He honored the day and time to come to my place of work and was done in 1/2 an hour. The damaged area looked like nothing had ever happened. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and fantastic service provided and highly recommended Dent Doctor

Not sure how these people stay in business. I texted Dent Doctors hotline on Wednesday 4/17 and talked to someone with very poor English and lack of respect and competence. He haggled his own price down from 300 to 225 without me having asked for no reason, then after he impolitely prompted me for my address, he seized to respond. It is now Saturday 4/20, 40 minutes before my appointment that was changed from the same time on Friday 4/19 out of no where, and he has yet to respond. I have called several times to a full mailbox. This is not a real business and does not seem like the trustworthy, honest, and experienced people they claim to be on their website; let alone, they are probably not very smart considering my agent played himself and lowered his own price even though money was no issue. Never again, big fat L from me.

I didnt even get the chance to try out the services of Dent Doctor. We tried to ask about the repair work they would do and the man on the phone started cursing and said he had a lot of work to do and does not have time for this. Thanks for the estimate, but no thanks. I was hoping for service from a quality business, clearly this isnt it.

Very unprofessional.. Postponed the initial appointment.. til the next day. Claimed to have the flu the next day.. and wanted to postpone it again.. I explained I moved around 2 days already wasnt sure if I could guarantee the day asked.. His reply was Ok by Cancelled By... Definitely not the way to do business the postponements werent my fault** The tone of the text was disrespectful.. Never force anyone to take your money especially if they do not appreciate it..

He cancelled and rescheduled four times, all with crazy excuses. The last one he rescheduled was for Monday morning at 7:30. On Monday morning, he texted me saying hed be an hour late, then later texted that he was cancelling AGAIN because his phones GPS wasnt working. I offered to send him screenshots of the directions. He declined my offer and cancelled. I texted him that my husband and I have been rearranging our schedules around his cancelling and if he couldnt come that Monday morning, wed find someone else. He then sent me a string of very rude texts. What a class act... On the bright side, according to the other reviewers about how he ruined their cars, maybe he did us a favor by never showing up.

It was a the worst experience i ever had, the person who tried to fix my car was extremely bad, bad language and no experience about the job, i guess he owns the business but i sent to him the picture, he asked me $$$i gave it to him without question but he never finishes the job and now my car looks worst than before, after i confront him, he started insulting me many times and threading me, i hace all his text messages and going to place a formal complaint about threading me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON TO PERFORM THIS JOB, even his car its fully of dents all around!! Anyone or any question post a question then i will show all texts he sent me after stupid excuses, one after the other, because weather he said . He is the one on red in the picture on the ad. He fixed the dent and recovered the dent area back to 70 to 75% of the original look but he is very sloppy. The price isnt cheaper either when compared to other dent removal servies (I found out later). It is slightly above the average cost. He left white powders and debris all over on the back seat of my car. He also put his tools on top of my car roof without any protection pad or towel. I got a few scratches on the car roof because of that. The end result is not very satisfying, costly, adding a few new scratches on my car and had me wasted half an hour to ceal my car seats. All could be avoided if he be more careful and considerate. Not trying to judge him but he does not seem to be a considerate person and the job hes done proved so. I never judge a person by their apparences but by how they do things. Really not recommanded.

The dent on my door was huge. They came and fixed it pretty quickly. Absolutely satisfied and saved me like $1,200 from rip off shops.

My brand new infiniti Q50 got dinged by some jerk in a parking lot the first week I had it. I did research and compared prices and couldnt get a lower quote than what I got from the Dent Doctor. They arrived same day and fixed the dent right in the parking lot. The only person that can tell something was once there is me and that is because it is a freshly waxed black car which shows every imperfection under the sun. The repair is excellent. Dont hesitate to use these guys in the future. I got them saved in my phone in case I need their services again and will recommend them to others without hesitation.

WHAT A WAIST OF TIME!!! Do yourself a favor and save your time! As the advertisement suggest i send images of what i needed done (very simple fixes on my lease return). He sends me a quote and a day and time...the appointment was set for him to come to my job on a friday at 3:00pm and it would take about an hour. Im thinking great...itll be done before i need to leave at 5:00pm! He sends me a text a 3:00 that he will not be there till 4:45pm...i tell him thats not good cuz i need to leave work at 5pm. I ask him if it was possible i would leave work EARLY and head home so he can come do the work at my house at 4:45...he says sure. I LEAVE WORK EARLY...and then get a text at 4:00 THAT NOW he will not be there till 6pm. At 6:15 i send him a text to ask if he was going to be at my home soon. He texts me back that there is traffic and he will arrive in 45 minutes (NOW making it close to 7pm) I ask him if he will have enough light to finish the job...2 minutes later he calls me...tells me he is on the Southern State in traffic because HERE on long island there is TRAFFIC at this time (HE TELLS ME as if i didnt know where i lived) COMPLETELY RUDE and nasty. He THEN asks me well you DONT need anything painted do you? cuz I DONT PAINT...ummmmm no...i sent you the pictures a week ago. Then proceeds to tell me that he does NOT give receipts. I told him that i needed a receipt to give to my lease company to show them i had the work done...at this point i say to him dont even bother to come . WAISTED my entire day waiting for this guy to come. DO YOURSELF a favor and call one of the OTHER 100 scratch and dent businesses on Long Island, dont give this guy your business. **** IMPATIENT THE OWNER STATES... Lets review... #1...I will be there at 3:00 #2... I will be there at 4:45 #3.... I will be there at 6:00 #4.... I will be there at 7:00 (and thats when I had to call at 6:15 to find out if he was still coming) Waisted my day .... And IM IMPATIENT.....????? FOLLOW UP... Took my vehicle to AUTO SALON in Medford when they opened this morn ... they took my car write then and called me by 2:00 to tell me it was done. For $150 it looks completely brand spankin new! So the owner Chris from Dent Doctor who was charging me $300, called me impatient for waiting all day for him to arrive and told me that he would be saving me thousands ... THANK YOU for blowing me off ! You did me a HUGH favor!! Also ... if you are ever thinking about using DENT DOCTOR... this is not the ONLY bad review . PLEASE review the other bad reviews !

Same exact experience as reviewer Cece. No show. Weve used him before when he had a shop with good results now he comes to you....ha! Last Fri we had a time frame with him of after 3pm, we asked for a ore exact time & he texted 4:30.....no show, no calls. Doesnt pick up calls & sends automated texts ie: I am on my way. Sadly I can no longer recommend.

First off I ll start by saying I never ever write reviews and I would give negative stars if I could. That being said i can only hope that this will help someone not go through what I have. DON T USE THESE HACKS!!!! Drilling a hole into the side of your door panel should be something that is never done... but in my case they reassured me that this was normal. Wish I knew better!!! The repair wasn t worth what I paid, they popped the dent out but pushed it so far out that it created a bumped or raised surface outward in the door panel. The color they tried matching isn t even close to the same shade of blue of my car..... and on top of all that the caps they use to plug the hole they drill are garbage.. my window on that door now fogs up while driving or when it rains which never happened until they touched it!! The drill they used was laid on my seat and scratched my leather. They broke off part of my plastic cap on my trunk and hot glued it back on. My car is now at a body shop after this mess and of course I should have started here from square one because the hole they drilled in my aluminum door is not worth fixing and is better off being replaced....as in the whole door on needs to be replaced to properly repair what has been done.... never use these guys unless you hate your car and like throwing money away.

Absolutely the worst. I paid for a ding removal and it was still there. Paid for a touch up paint job and they were all still there. Paid for detailing and its only a slight improvement from a carwash. The inside was a mess when I got it back with interior parts taken off and stuff not put back where it belonged and they scratched up my window with a little tint peeling and now I have to bring it back. Never going back there again for the price I paid off.

Chris, the Dent Doctor helped me to restore my hood back in great shape. He picked up my call after his working hours to help me. He fixed all my dents and Im 100% satisfied with the results.

Job was cosmetic repair to roof and hood of car damaged by tree fall. Car was 100% functional before Chris Turchiano arrived on the scene. -Turchiano botched this $800 job and broke his promises -He promised 95% repair to car with cosmetic tree-fall damage; actual result was maybe 50% -He blew some fuses when removing the headliner, tried to fix it by working on the fuse box for an hour but totally messed up the cars electrics (instrument panel, alternator, power steering, and air bags), and car would no longer run. Turchiano promised he would cover the cost of repair at a repair shop. -Broke the retaining clips on the overhead light console and now it hangs down -Car had to be towed to repair shop to fix electrics. Turchiano broke his promise and refused to pay the $224 I paid to repair his mess. -Turchiano says he is licensed and insured but I could not find his license on the NYS web page. Ask him to show his license.

I want to be clear that Im not an employee or affiliate of Dent Doctor in any way, shape, or form. In fact, when I read some of the reviews here, I was somewhat skeptical. I was even more skeptical when the day before my appointment, Chris the owner called my cell and raised my price by $75. He also then informed me that he would have to meet me in Plainview (my office is in Bethpage) and drive my car to his other shop in Whitestone because he doesnt do the work in Plainview. Again, I dont know why I didnt cancel, but his price was still VERY competitive. To make a long story short, he was the NICEST guy and did a PHENOMENAL job on my car. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy. My paint is pearlized white. He fixed the pretty bad dent perfectly and matched the paint perfectly. It now looks like a brand new car. I didnt realize it on the phone, but he was actually doing me a favor by picking up my car in Plainview and delivering it back there. He communicated with me the entire time before picking it up, while he had it, and when he was dropping it back to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DENT DOCTOR and I will absolutely use them again.

Highly recommended. Had a bad dent on my driver side from fender (all metal) and the new guy (trained in and from China) was able to work magic and get it back to factory. The damage was bad and he spent 3 hours on getting it right. He has the patience and eye for this type of work. Dent came out and no paint was needed.

Tech Mark came all the way to my house which is about an hour away .He worked on a dent on my quarter panel on my S2000. Fixed it in about an hour worth of work. Looks flawless! Highly recommend .Great to work with!

Horrible customer service and work performed. There receipt states no mismatch guarantee on paint color. Had the front bumper repainted due to a dent caused by someone else. Was assured that they will match the paint exactly. They did remove the dent but the paint did not match at all. The colors were completely dissimilar as if they mixed the paint to match in total darkness. Brought it back to them and they repainted it again and again the paint did not match. Not even close! I went back and spoke to the manager. He explained that it will never be perfect... You told me that you will match it perfectly and now you tell me that you cant match it perfectly despite your mismatch guarantee on the receipt? He tells me theres nothing he can do at this point and to get it done elsewhere, TURNS HIS BACK TO ME AND WALKS AWAY. Pretty much paid 650 dollars to remove a dent. Took it to another shop who actually did a good job matching the paint and was charged 300 dollars. This place Dent Doctor is a joke. The website says honesty and integrity. I encountered neither. Second guess yourself on the positive reviews listed here in that they were more than likely written by there own employees. They gave me a strong impression... Its not about you but more so your money. You have been warned. Dont get suckered by these guys. Do yourself a favor and find another shop.

Drove 20 min to this remote located place to fix the dent asked for price the guy says he cant give me 100% and calls 400 dol. i am asking him if can do any better he tells me good bye and turns around and leaves. Beware of this place. He said he is the owner. Ridiculous!! Insane customer service!

Well Im glad I made this decision. The job was done incredibly efficient and looked as good as new. I was amazed at how it came out. The Chinese repair man that worked on my car is a magician and an artist. The job was done in about an hour and looked like nothing had happened. Dr. Dent made my 2004 Volvo wagon look like new. He removed all storm damage and other dings of having a car in New York City. I was very please with the work Chris and his team of technicians did to make my car look as good as the day I bought it.

I brought my BMW to Dent Dr after purchasing it extremely hail damaged from PA. When I purchased the car I assumed it was probably going to need panels replaced and repainted. I called a few PDR people, had them stop by to check out the car and they claimed it was too bad and they didnt want to even mess with it. I texted Chris and he claimed it was no issue for him. I ended up stopping by,getting an estimate and leaving the car with him. After leaving the car with him for a few weeks ( thats how bad it was) I picked it up and the car looked like a different car! There were hundreds of dents from golf sized hail balls on this car and he got every single dent out! I rushed him to finish the car, so I will be bringing it back to him in a month or so for the finishing touches but overall, Chris did a phenomenal job! Just used Dent Doctor at their Plainview. LI location. I had a tennis ball size dent in the crease over the front wheel well. I texted them 3 pics this morning, they immediately contacted me with the price and an appointment time. I was a little skeptical because this was more than a parking ding. I was told to ask for Marvin who was extremely pleasant and courteous but more importantly a talented guy! I was done in under an hour and only Marvin and I know where the dent was. Highly recommend.
