The people here are experts at their job. From the moment you walk in, Vicky makes you feel welcome, and she is attentive. Vicky is a ball of sunshine. Melissa is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about her professional. Together, they provided the support I needed while dealing with getting my car fixed. Also, everyone did a marvelous job fixing my car. You can't even tell I was in a car accident.
The receptionist Victoria and the estimator Melissa were very helpful and informative throughout this process. My vehicle was fixed back to normal and returned within a week. Thank you to the staff for the hard work and everyone involved to bringing this beauty back to its original form. LOVE this place! Unfortunately my NEW car was rear ended and I only got it three months prior. I was beyond upset. I picked up my car today and it looks as though nothing ever happened. Vicky is so welcoming. She brightens your day as soon as you walk through the door. Melissa was very informative and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I love that this place was able to help make my car look as good as new!
This place is absolutely shameful. They took almost 2 months to repair my vehicle and after taking the vehicle back all the body panels were installed incorrectly. They also made me wait two weeks to find a battery for the vehicle, which I sourced in one hour elsewhere. Paid $500 to tow the vehicle to another shop, where they also found $3000 (!!!) in additional damage which was not fixed. After all this, I will have to have the vehicle repaired all over again. Carstar charged $19k for this repair. If you do business with this place, prepare yourself with a lawyer after the fact.
The staff was extremely helpful and communicated professionally. Edit: Same day when I got home: It was fine until I reached to work and realized that there were minor sounds coming from undercarriage. I expressed that the undercarriage was shredded and the front needed a fix (hit and run case), but only the front was fixed that took a little bit of time and almost cost a whole down payment to "repair" my lease vehicle. As you can see from my pictures, the undercarriage was just left. From the other picture, just a piece of plastic was cut off. Not sure what to do with this car after paying a fortune deductible for almost completed repair.....
Victoria welcomed me and Melissa did an estimate, and someone (forgot his name) fixed the damage on my car like a brand new one. What a teamwork! You are the best of the best. I had an amazing experience with their service.
Top of the line service, my car is like new. Victoria is so helpful and sweet, helped me get rental car company picked me up and sent me back, make life much easier.

This location is beyond helpful & the staff is great.
Called the office spoke to Vicky, my truck was taken care of right away. Melissa the adjuster went over everything with me and corrected the dents and scratches. Every time called I called I got my questions answered I needed.

This is my 2nd time using this location for car repairs. I used another one prior that was a lot closer to home, but I had a bad experience at that location. 2 years ago I used this location for a deer accident and I used them again this year from a hit and run parking accident. They are always communicative and accommodating. Great location for your repairs!

This place was great. We had extensive damage from a crash with a deer right before the holidays and they were all so great here- stayed to the estimated timeline, kept us updated, the work was great and they did everything needed with our insurance company! Were there issues? Yes. Was it a bit of a process at times? Yes. They were prompt and diligent in resolving my issues and navigating me through the process.
