They were friendly, prompt, and informative. The work was done in a timely manner and fair pricing as well. I recommend them for auto repairs.

Dropped off two wheels and tires to be mounted and balanced, unfortunately they're directional tires and I didn't explicitly say this. The tires coming off the wheels were also directional and I figured they would know to put them on in the same orientation. Now I have one on backwards and they want to charge me for fixing it. While I understand I could have clarified, this feels like an unfortunate mishap that could be handled better. Two stars because their tech was nice enough to clean the brake dust off my track wheels.

Me and my family moved out to this area 6 years ago and I went to them for the first time with my car, then my wife's car, my new car. I will never let another place touch my car, they are honest with fair prices, they go above and beyond and do there work efficiently and diligently, they are kind and polite, they do business the right way. I recommend them to anyone reading this.

I don’t write reviews often but since we need to support our locally owned and operated businesses and they have always done right by me, I felt the need to leave one! Great service. Up front and responsible on any follow ups. You never want to need to go to a car mechanic but I will bring my cars here the next time I need it. Ty!

Got new brake pads from this place. Within a day of driving my front calipers were rattling around inside the wheel and sounded like they were about to come off. Took it into another mechanic who found that the caliper bolts could be unscrewed by hand and some had just fallen out from not being tightened. They didn’t even grease the brake pads. Would rather pay someone else to fix their work than trust them with basic auto repair. Do not go here!

So, here we go... personally I am going to start with the work performed on my car. Great job and very attentive. I think the mechanics had their game on and Dave was very on top of my car and it's needs. So here is where it went bad. They have a woman in the office that does the accounting an answers the phone not so much a joy to talk to.. I had reached out to the garage instead of the owners cell phone because I heard he might have been away that weekend. When I called this woman answered the phone and I asked to speak to a mechanic. So as rudely as possible I was told we do not pull mechanics off a job to answer questions.. I then replied well I just spent over a certain amount of money an I expect to talk to one now. I am being nice on this edited version of the story. At this point the owner took the call. I explained what was going on an he took care of the situation on the car. I spoke to him about my run in with this woman and he listened but unfortunately nothing was done about it. So they lost a loyal customer and all my future business on my cars. There loss I guess and her gain..lol.. So moral to the story when you are pretty much called out and said they don't know who is telling the truth and being basially be called a liar at this point.. That speaks volumes as to what I was dealing with.. Go with caution with this unprofessional undisciplined office worker.. Nice I can speak my mind now. How wonderful..

After being told by a national chain shop that to pass inspection my car would need just under a thousand dollars worth of work, these guys got me in and out with an inspection for 150 dollars. Will definitely be going back! They were also extremely friendly and helpful. Much appreciated!!!!
