If you're looking for a restoration shop for your classic car to be restored NORTH POINT RESTORATIONS is the place to go. They are very experienced in restoring classic cars. I've had 3 cars done by them within the past 3 year's and they all came out beautiful !!! Mark the owner and Gerard the second in command are absolutely experts at restorations of the classics. No other place to go or look. This place is the number one shop for a beautiful restoration on your classic, and what I like the best about them is that they make your car VERY SHINEY !!!
My experience with Marc and his team at North Point was amazing from begin to end. The professionalism and quality of work is by far the best I ever dealt with. Marc made a stressful situation into a smooth and calm process detailing each step and going beyond the work order to make my classic car look like it just left the showroom floor. At one point we had a miscommunication which Marc quickly resolved. I can't thank him enough and would recommend anyone with a difficult project to use Marc and his team!!
5-Star Repairs with "Classic" Customer Service: Kudos to Marc & extended North Point team for their outstanding repair work on my '60 Buick LeSabre. The quarter-panel/bumper straightening, steering column rehabilitation, dashboard and miscellaneous electrical work have brought aspects of my classic car to life that I have never known in nearly 40 years of ownership - it has reminded me of why I fell in love with her in the first place.....
Mark and Gerardo who've helped me with my supra twice (once with a panel repaint, and once paint match wing + install) have been professional, helpful, and explanatory on their work. Gerardo's paint matching is fantastic and they even helped me check on my wing installation to quell my worries and questions. The quality work speaks for itself.
For many people, finding a company that will guide you through the auto restoration process can be daunting and can feel as arbitrary as flipping through the internet pages until you find one that "feels right". Then it becomes a roll of the dice on quality and professionalism. If you are looking for a friendly recommendation, then bring your car to Northpoint in Westbury NY. Marc and his entire team are detail oriented, thoughtful and trustworthy – clearly communicating upfront and throughout the project to keep you in the loop. They did an amazingly thorough job, I couldn’t endorse any higher. I brought my 1986 Mercedes 300GD in to Northpoint to get “cleaned up”, as the truck was my “getaway” car at my wedding so it needed to look great. Marc and his guys were up to the task – completing among other things - rust patches/refinishes along seams, windshield welds, door areas and they pinch welded a new rocker panel on as well. They also painted all the trim pieces, bedlined the skid plate and wet sanded the entire truck which literally made the 34 year old Mercedes look brand new. Additionally, they are located in a cluster of shops that specialize in upholstery, wheels, electronics, etc so they are willing to quarterback a lot from there for you as well. For example, I needed some of the original brown check fabric for the seats, vinyl for the A pillars, my wheels refinished (they had been painted black), and new tires - they coordinated it all, communicated along the way, and it looks awesome. And they got it done in time for the wedding! Rob
Best place in New York for automobile restoration. I had my 2004 Hummer H2 turn from from a rusty standard truck into a kick butt beast. The service, attention to detail, quality, and knowledge is outstanding. I highly recommend them!
The North Point team recently finished my third restoration project with them and once again I am very pleased with the results. This custom rotisserie restoration required difficult rust repair (done properly with hand formed metal patches) as well as fabricated custom touches such as the front and rear spoilers. To top off the laser straight bodywork, deep black paint with extensive hand laid graphics and ghosted stripes was painstakingly applied. Besides vintage car restorations, the guys have also done great work on my newer cars, taking care of dings, scrapes and panel repaints. I looked at a lot of shops before I found North Point 15 years ago. Save yourself the time and start here--I already have my next restoration project in the cue with them!
North Point Restoration Westbury: They took my 1969 Camaro which was in very very rough condition and transformed it into an award winning show car! It won 4 First in Class Awards this season out of 4 car shows. Their attention to detail is outstanding! Their service is excellent and professional. Cant say enough about Mark, the finished product, the attention to details, and the over and above service I received from North Point. Highly suggest taking your vehicle there for all of your collision and restoration repairs. It seemed like they almost cared more about my satisfaction than I did.
If you have rust on your car thus is the place!!! They will make your old car new again They rip right out!!I went to two other places they took my money and lied..This place they take a hundred pictures to show you the work they do and they really care because my car is just 1985 Volvo and they are treating it like a 100.000 thousand dollar classic Marc is great and the manager Jerod soon honest!!!!

Just picked up my Toyota 1986 Land Cruiser, lots of metal work done, a lot of disassembly, and great paint work. All around Mark and the guys (Gerard) did a fantastic job. There are not many shops around that can do restoration work like this.
Northpoint Restorations is THE pLace to go for work on your vehicLe. ANY vehicLe!! I took in my 62 Biscayne for Light bodywork and new rims. I can t say enough about Marc and Gerard. Those guys are beyond amazing!! They not onLy took care of my car, but Marc went above and beyond on ordering the rims and tires as it was a rare offset and quite tricky. Gerard s body and paintwork are exceptionaL. I decided to go with a power steering unit and aLthough Northpoint doesn t take on those types of projects, Marc found a pLace and took care of that transaction as well. Cherry on the Sundae, when the bill came, more than fair!! All in aLL, Northpoint Restorations is the one stop pLace to go for your Automotive project needs. The crew at Northpoint Restoration did an excellent job on restoring my 1971 Challenger. They already knew a ton of details about challengers that I wasnt even aware of , but also researched other details to make my car a more correct restoration. It has now been about 7 years since they finished my car and I am still surprised when people come up and comment how laser straight and beautiful the paint is. I would and have recommended Northpoint to several people. I not only consider Mark and Gerard as very talented people but also friends.
Northpoint did a great job doing a full paint on my Firebird (part of a full rotisserie restoration). I could go on like the many other reviews here about how good it looks etc, but the truth is other shops can make a car straight and shine (and Northpoint absolutely does). Whats more important and sets Northpoint apart is honesty and that they stand behind their work. Restoration is much more difficult than repairing collision damage on new cars. It always takes longer and is more expensive than you think and problems can and do happen. Its the nature of touching 50+ year old vehicles that were not built nearly as good as todays cars are. Well, problems happened on my car and Northpoint stood behind their work 100%. They easily could have argued and pointed fingers but instead they didnt hesitate to make my car perfect. Mark and Gerard are honest and decent and fair, in addition to doing show winning work. I highly recommend them.
I had a choke cable replaced on a 76 TR 6. The work was done quickly and inexpensively. Now my car runs great!
I cannot say enough about Mark and the guys who fixed my car after a wee incident at a gas station. My car got bonked by the trailer hitch of a large truck backing up whose driver didn t see me (not his fault, really, my car is small!). The other driver contacted Mark and he had me bring my car over on Saturday. I explained that both my husband and I are handicapped and we have just the one car but I had my daughter from PA staying the weekend, so could get around for a couple of days without but no more than that. Asking if there was any chance my car could be fixed on Monday and picked up Tuesday AM, Mark said he d see what he could do. He called that same day, said to bring it in Monday and it would be ready Tuesday AM. True to his word, Mark had my car ready and the work was excellent. Very professionally done, absolutely perfect! I highly recommend North Point not only for their stellar work but excellent customer service as well.
Excellent service and skill, really genuine and fair guys from what ive experienced. Really tight shop with alot of knowledge. Cant wait to see my car today. Bring your imports! Muscle! Euros! And whatnot!

An amazing team of craftsmen lead by good guys that always take care of their customers and always go the extra mile to make sure that your needs are satisfied.
Recently, I had my vehicle at Northpiont for numerous issues on almost every panel of my car. Not only was I called earlier then promised but to my surprise- the owners meticulous attention to detail picked up on more then what I brought to his attention......which he addressed to showroom condition!! A decent place for a Resto
Great body shop. Had my mangled bumper repaired, looked like new. Highly recommend. Ive had rust repaired here, my 92 skyline repainted and now the bumper and hood repair.
I brought my 2015 JEEP RENAGADE TO NORTH POINT, MET MARC HE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING FROM CONTACTING THE INSURANCE CLAIM AGENT TO GETTING ME A CAR RENTAL. AFTER 10 DAYS HE MADE MY CAR LOOKING LIKE NEW. WHAT A GREAT JOB THEY DID. NEEDED A SMALL ADJUSTMENTS AND BROUGHT BACK TO HIM FEW DAYS LATER AND HE HAD ME COMPLETED WITHIN MINUTES. AGAIN MARC IS THE REAL DEAL. YOU WONT REGRET GOING TO HIM.
