T & T Auto Body in White Lake

This shop is very unprofessional I've been calling and leaving messages for many months now and they don’t call back i gave up i figured there are lots of other body shops that want and need the business, i figured contributing to local businesses is a good thing but thats why they go downhill and eventually close sad but true. Wouldnt recommend.

Called and spoke to Tony to set up a day to stop by for an assessment and quote...when I got there Tony looked at my car. My name and number was taken and I was told that I would receive a message with the quote later that day. I called the following day when I did not receive anything. Tony told me he was busy and backed up but would get it to me. I waited a week and then called leaving a message when no one answered. Needless to say it's been a month and still no quote.

Locked keys in my car at bethel woods. Called and asked if they could unlock my car. They came in 5 min and got me back in my car! Great guy!

Outstanding service! I busted up my car for the first time in my life and was very overwhelmed at the process of fixing it. Tony was so helpful in navigating insurance and assuring me that everything would work out. My car now looks brand new, and it was such a painless process. They detailed my car, and even organized all the junk that I had lying all over my car! I had a flag somewhere in my back seat, and they took the care to set it properly for me. I was so touched. The most outstanding service, I felt very taken care of. Thank you Tony, and T&T Auto Body!!

It was our first time using Tony at T&T .. he did a sensational job . He repaired two doors, drivers side and rear door. His office staff are friendly courteous and lovely girls and extremely helpful. Tony's work is fabulous the car was immaculate inside and out...even on this leftover snowy day. The paint job is breathtaking you would never know that the car was repainted.. perfectly done. Tony always makes you feel extremely comfortable. He really is very talented at his craft. My car was scratched and damaged on 90% of all of it's body panels including damage on the front and back bumpers and passenger side door. These are the before and after images of when I picked up my car from T&T. Tony was very communicative and transparent about his timeline and services and I am more than happy that I sent my car there to get it repaired. I am more than satisfied with what him and his team have accomplished and highly recommend this body repair shop to anyone!

Broke down in white lake unfortunately end at this place couldn't fix my truck change a working fuel pump had to get towed out of there called the police held my truck for ransom 800.00 the guy can't run a basic circuit had it towed back to my place were i fixed it next time i see that lame mechanic will be in court .the photos are how they left my truck

Did a great job restoring my Escape after it met a deer in Rte 55! Dealt with the problems with my insurance company and were just awesome. They did some self-pay work for me too and did a job others priced out at thousands for about $50.
