Highly recommend — they are stand up people! Visiting Vermont for the weekend, got on the highway to drive 5 hours home and car shook badly — thought we’d have to have all the tires checked, rebalanced so we called Warren Tire Service but they said it might just be ice stuck behind the tires after the winter weather. Took 30 seconds and $0 for us to check the tires and dislodge the chunk of ice. Thank you!! If we’re ever back in the area and need car help we will definitely go to Warren :)
I highly recommend them to everyone that's looking for a place to take their vehicle. They take great care of you. They are always a great addition any community that has a branch. My whole family uses Warren Tire. And I very much enjoy interacting with the staff at Whitehall. Do yourself a favor and go there for all your vehicle needs. Great Customer Service , Professional and polite!
I have been a long time customer of the Whitehall, NY Warren tire but as of recently things have changed! Mike Koi is a slimy mechanic he lies about what your car needs! He told me my car needed new shocks and struts, my car has 60k miles on it so seemed funny to me. He stated my tires were cupping. He gave me a quote of over a thousand dollars. I had it looked at by another mechanic it was my driver side lower ball joint. So he would have changed all my shocks and struts then found the real problem and charged me some more! Next I recently had an oil change done there then a few days later had a puddle of oil under my car after only driving it 120 miles. I looked under it and none of my plastic was properly put back on I called down thinking it may have been a loose oil filter since they didn’t secure plastic either. Got it down there and Mike says it’s a ac condenser, he tells me this long story of how I need tranny flush , ac recharge (just did this a month ago myself for 50 and 5 minutes of time) and condenser, quoted my 1000. Next day comes he calls and says a vacuum line needs replacing so they couldn’t finish car. I do not believe for one minute I needed all this do I think there was a loose hose or a pin hole yes. Calls me next day bill is now 1400. I called him out and said so a vacuum hose is 400 he took 70 off I laughed knowing I’ll never bring my car back to this guy again went down paid told him how I felt and expressed I will no longer be a customer. Later I get a call saying he will give me 2 free oil changes. I should have took the old parts to prove there was no issue but I didn’t so that my bad. My car is now missing 3 screws that secure the grill and the new ac condenser fins are bent in multiple spots and the plastic underneath was still not secured nor any oil wiped off anything. I have witnessed this man take advantage of multiple people who came in for simple things like oil changes tell them of thousand of dollars worth of work they need. Guy might be good for Warren tires bottom line since he brags that he was out here to fix the store but he is ripping off customers to get a that a boy from corporate! I will no longer bring any of my business to this operation. If Mike koi tells you you need anything bring it elsewhere and get second opinion!
Since I returned to NY in 2022 after 35+ years in Colorado, Warren Tire has taken great care of me and my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Service appts are on time and efficient, they never recommend unnecessary work and take care of all the necessary issue with polite expertise. Rome is meticulous and always provides direct and helpful information.
After giving my car a good bonk on a forest road on an out of state trip, I came in while trying to limp my way back to MA, as my wheels were clearly whacked. They were able to take a quick look at everything and give me more of an idea of what I was looking at repair wise when back home, and gave me some confidence about getting back home in one piece (free of charge!).

Went here for new tires about 3 weeks ago and what a great find!last week I returned for oil change, brakes and rotors all around for 700$ and today for inspection.Prices are fair and the staff are friendly,polite, and get right to work.. my wait time there has never been long.Rome( works the front desk) is amazing, impeccable,and has a wonderful sense of humor.The waiting area is roomy well air conditioned,and very clean..Ive lived in the area for over 15 years and wish I had known about them sooner...a diamond in the rough..

Great service and staff
Brought my car in For an oil change, had it inspected somewhere else the day before. Got my car back drove it 56 miles before it started spitting and sputtering Called them they said bring it in The guy checks the dipstick and said everything is fine and disregard my complaint. They are crooks and they guy Romes got a bad attitude and lacks customer service .

We lost air quickly in our rear tire on our truck , 14psi. I googled looking for the closest tire place and found Warren Tire. We gave them a call less than a hour before closing, Rome got us right in. The guys quickly found the issue and less than 30minutes and 1 tire later we were out the door. Fixed my car but took forever to figure out the problem. Although it was probably not there fault
I brought a $4,000 set of wheels to Warren Tire to have the tires dismounted. Before they started work I asked the service agent to thoroughly inspect the wheels so that we could agree there was no damage to the wheels prior to them taking possession. I was present when the service agent inspected the wheels and agreed there was no damage present. Upon return of the wheels one had very obviously been damaged. The service agent straight denied they damaged the wheel even though he inspected them previously. He was pretending we didn t inspect the wheels prior to all of this. He was talking to me like my reality was different from his. Like we had made a jump to another dimension of space time where what I experienced never took place. The owner who I met to seek reimbursement from didn t care about making things right. Because of that he getting sued. Warren Tire employees and especially Ed Boyer are dishonest in his business dealings when appropriate. He could care less about doing the right thing and reimbursing you for damages they caused. If you have a nice car and would like to keep it that way go somewhere else for service.

Went in to have a tire fixed was asked if I had a key I said no the guy comes back 10 minutes later saying he couldn t find one and I informed him again I know I told you I didn t have one he said they can get the tire off not sure how they would put it back on all said and done tire back quick service (other than looking for a key that wasn t there) come to find out they threw all my stuff in the trunk were this supposed key should have been into my back seat broke a fishing pole and left me which a pile of clothes I would rate this lower but they were quick and affordable for the work done I would have appreciated the guy tell me he s tossing my stuff to find a key I told him wasn t there

Quick efficient service
Over charged my wife for a part we didnt need. Management made no attempt to right the problem. Apparently they need to steal to stay in business. $114 for a $10 non-greaseable sway bar link from advance auto? really?
