G&R is my local go-to repair shop. They have reasonable prices, professional service, and they even do transmission work. Rosie is a sweetheart who always has a smile on her face. Joselyn at the front desk is caring and considerate. George is a great guy, too, who is always helpful and very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend this shop for any work you may need, mechanical, cosmetic, or transmission!

Clean work and good service.

I recently brought my car here to get fixed after someone accidentally hit my car and left a huge, visible scratch. The process took about 3 days in total and the results are amazing! You cant even tell there was an accident. Rosie is super helpful and very personable. She takes her job seriously and delivers on her promises. Its hard to find an auto body shop you can trust that wont overcharge or leave you with problems unresolved. Thankfully, my vehicle was returned to me in great condition and for a good price. They even washed + vacuumed my car!! I will forever return to G&R services for any future repairs. This place is a gem. Muchisimas gracias a Rosie y a todos en G&R Auto!

I would recommend G&R auto services to anyone. They have the best costumer service, they always treat you like your #1. I took my car to this shop after a hit and run and it looks even better than before. They even removed a giant scratch I had!

G&R did an excellent job fixing up my Honda Accord after I was rear-ended. The bumper, side panel, lights and trunk lid were all as good as new, and they even matched the paint color perfectly, and detailed the front bumper too. Rosie and her crew were great and overall I couldnt be happier!

Rosie is the best and everyone who work there. Very courteous and nice. Takes care of everything from paperwork to the car. Highly recommended. And that makes this place very popular and busy. So keep that in mind. Give them space cus you are not the only one there that needs help. But they will take care of you when its your turn. Make appointments.

If I could give this shop 0 stars I would!! Rossie is a Liar & Fake! She forged my signature on a piece of paper I did not sign and I will be providing images of the paper she forged my signature on and the signature on my ID. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! They will Try to steal and do insurance fraud with your vehicle. I never gave this lady permission to fix my vehicle and when I went to get my vehicle she refused to give it to me. I had to call the cops and when I did she showed the cops this paper that she herself signed on behalf of me. As you can see the two signatures are very different and I will be taking legal actions against this shop!

Rosie and her staff are the absolute best People you could ever get to service your car!!! Forget about looking any further!! This is as good as it gets!!! Service is fantastic!!! Prices are very fair!!!! And they will not tell you that you need work if you don t!!! Once you go here you will never go anyplace else!!!!

The G&R Auto was recommended to me by a friend. When I first arrived to the G&R Auto, I heard a lady say, no matter what is the problem, Rosie always says that there is no problem. Then when I met Rosie, she was very nice, understanding of the problem and provided clear explanations of the repairs. The staff was very friendly and polite. Despite my apprehension at first, I felt at ease. The work was done on time and I was very pleased with the superb quality of the workmanship. I am happy to recommend the G&R Auto to others and can say that for Rosie there is never a problem that cannot be fixed.

They did great work for a Mercedes c300 lease return. The car was banged up and looked like new when done and for a very competitive price too.

My vehicle broke down in NYC after business hours and was in need of repairs. I called G & R Auto Services and spoke with Rosie. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My car was towed to the auto shop. Repairs were timely. I picked up my vehicle the next day. Great quality service. Quality parts were used to repair my vehicle.

My car was broken into, I called different places and 3 shops turn me down for same day service. When I called G R the lady didnt say no (like the other places), she said she will do her best to get the window same day and couple hours later confirmed she was able to order the window! I brought the car to their shop and not only they changed the window but they painted some scratches I had on the window. The customer service was excellent and I felt they actually cared about me understanding the problems my car has. TOTALLY recommend this place.

Where do I start? Well first, Rosie a very approachable and sweet person, she cares to help you with your issues. I had a decent size dent on my vehicle, she told me she would complete it in 4 days, but finished it in 3 days. The moment I saw it, I was speechless, its like there was no dent in the first place. Her prices are very fair; if anything better prices than other places. Rosie and the other workers there are very professional, and have my respect. Thank you! Will definitely return for any further issues, or requests!

These people have the best customer service. They care for their members and their cars. The work they do is great quality. They answered all questions and they always return all the calls.

My car broke down in the middle of the night (due to a dead battery, and possibly alternator) and I was trying to find an auto shop to get it fixed after having it jumpstarted. Called this shop, a lady answered and gave me a great tip as to how to check if it is the battery or the alternator that needs to be replaced. She was really clear, reassuring and patient in explaining how to diagnose the car. While she didnt have the replacement battery and alternator that night, she told me where I could find it. I felt that she was genuinely helpful, even though I ended up not being her paying customer.

Past weekend I had a problem with throttle body with my 2011 Chevy Malibu, was causing my car to read engine reduced power so i couldnt drive more than 20mph. I went to a mechanic close to me to try and see whats the problem because this was first time i had a problem with my car like this. They told me it was a sensor in the throttle body that had to be replaced, and to replace it I have to replace the whole throttle body and would cost $600. Im like wow this cant be.. so I wanted to get another opinion and called a few places they said i have to come in for me to know not really giving me much of anything, until i called G & R Auto Services and lady picked up told about the problem, at first she tried to help solving problem by making suggestions that could help rather than all other mechanics saying cant help unless bring it in. What i apprecited from the lady is that she tried helping over the phone which made me comfortable to speak with her and not think that shes just trying to have me bring in car to over price me. So that day (sunday) after i tried her suggestions, their shop was not open for repairs so she mentioned that i can drop off the car and they can see whats wrong with it next day and before they start working on it they will inform me of any problem and move forward from there. So i dropped off the car, and just went about my day.. at first did not hear anything so i was a little nervous until i called they mentioned they will call back with what they think is going wrong. So i waited....... when i heard back from them lady said it was a sensor problem but the throttle body was dirty and its fairly new so she suggested rather than replace the throttle body and sensor she will take out throttle body clean it and put back in... and suggested using premium gas from now on (because i was told im able to use regular gas from dealer) and i was able to pick up the car later that night. And when i started the car it felt good back to how it was before the problem. I was really happy 1. Happy with all the great customer service and all she did to help me. 2. It was inexpensive because going from thinking i had to pay 600$ to paying less than $100 im happy especially a week before christmas... also when i picked up the car it was when they was closed she gave me an options to pay and if i wasnt able to pay that day i can pay another day which was great (but i paid same day) but i just want to say G&R Auto Services did a great job very thankful and they was helpful with everything and really appreciated it. I Give this shop 2 and 5 stars!!!

I had the bad fortune of having my car vandalized (broken rear windshield, scratches all over, etc) earlier this year. But, I had the GOOD fortune of getting in touch with Rosie (The R of G & R), and she took good care of me. They stored my car out of the weather (snow), worked with my insurance, and were very responsive to any questions I had. They also did a great job at getting my car back to fantastic shape. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
