Honestly... what can I say. I was sooo excited! Expected so much more. Guys literally came passed the big machine and left didnt see much effort being put in to actual get the job done good it was very kuch a rushed job. Carpet floor is about 35% clean. Couldve did a better job myself honestly. If you want customers to be satisfied and actually recommend you and go back you gotta put a bit more effort. Extremely dissatisfied

Today October 17th we had the pleasure of Stanley Steemer cleaning our carpet for the 10th year. Troy who was the technician was absolutely the best technician weve ever experienced in all the time we have been a loyal Stanley Steemer customer! Not only was he friendly knowledgeable, gave us information that we were never told by any other technician about how to treat our carpet and everything else. Moving forward I only want Troy he was the best I cant say enough about him we loved him!

I had just moved into a new apartment but didn t put my furniture in yet because of the smell. So I called Stanley Steamer immediately and did the carpet the same day. They were really good. And even showed me how dirty the water from the carpet was. I give them 2 thumbs up.

Troy was very professional and worked hard. He listened to my concerns with the carpet and explained everything as he went through. Total time was about an hour and a half for two rooms. Carpets came out really clean. Difference is night and day. Would definitely recommend.

Today we had the pleasure of meeting two outstanding employees from this Corona location, Robert and Matt. I don t typically leave reviews, but these two truly exceeded my expectations. We experienced a sewage flood in our basement, and the odor was unbearable. Not only did they clean our carpets to perfection, but they also identified the root cause of the issue mold. They went above and beyond to address it, offering valuable advice along the way. Robert and Matt were incredibly attentive and sympathetic to the fact that I have asthma and small children, taking extra care to ensure the environment was safe. My husband and I can t wait to have them back this week for other rooms in our home. I will definitely be recommending this location. Fantastic job!

While the cleaning of the carpet and mattress was OK, I had a scheduled arrival time from 11am to 4pm. That is unacceptable - and to make matters worse they didnt show up until 4:30pm. I called throughout the day and was told they couldnt get in touch with the service guy and would just have to wait. When the guy left I asked am I the last person today? He says he didnt know as he has to wait to be told where his next appointment is. I would make sure you lock them in on a better timeframe as the customer service is ZERO!!!!

This is my first time using this service. I needed carpet cleaning done for 3 rooms. I chose the 11am - 4pm window, the cleaner showed up at 4:30pm. I find this to be unprofessional since I waited for hours. I called customer service and that was no help. The cleaner was a nice guy and did his job. The areas on my carpet that was clean looked good after, brighter. The areas that needed cleaning looked the same. They only steam, they don t have a way to scrub or clean stain or spots. I truly feel like it was a waste of my time and money. I will not be using Stanley steamer again..

Shaq was very friendly and professional and explained everything to me especially since I did not realize the shower tiles were not included in the price. Had color service added to my grout. Wayne is a gentleman. He did a great job. He definitely deserves a race take that great consideration. He works very hard to make your company look good it s hard to find guys like that.

Unfortunately, I hate to write back reviews, but I have to in this case initial estimate when I went online was $430 and ended up costing me $580 and it looks like absolutely nothing was done so purpose of this cleaning was to make my grout lines cleanI had to come home from work to look at the quality and it remains unchanged. Grout lines are still black really feel duped.

The worst duck Cleaning Service you could imagine using they scratch my paint left my air conditioner unplugged left three vents covered with plastic left another two vents closed and they broke my air conditioning fan and had to come back the following day and fix it during a heat wave, I would never recommend this to my worst enemy Good luck if you try them, but you ve been warned

Kwambe was meticulous in cleaning all items & attentive (& well humored) listening to my instruction of the location of the bigger stains. I am very happy with the service. Looks sparkling fresh !! The technician was extraordinary. He went right to work and was able to make my sorry looking carpeting new again. There was a lot of suds from the previous carpet cleaner, but Keenen was able to get all of it out and all of the stains as well. My whole house smells beautiful. Wasnt very happy i paid $200 for him to mop my floors . I originally hired them for a job and for ONE room not even the full room just one spot ! He said he doesnt think he can fix it but he still mopped the floor and did another area WHICH I NEVER ASKED FOR and he charged me for it ! When i never asked ! He was trying to take pictures of the area to laugh it was just not a great experience and i will NEVER book or work with them again! Was not happy at all! I felt ripped off ! I give 2 stars because the floor was shiny after he left atleast.

Except for being from 11am-3pm window..shows up at 530-545pm...NOT GOOD! A phone call would have made a big difference. Had to cancel dr appointments etc. Poor guy had no partner to work with so cant blame him. It was dark by time of arrival so really couldnt tell if it was a good clean or not. Its OK. Better than it was..but for the $$$ I thought it would be better. Maybe Ill think about flooring instead of carpet!
